Beds were not comfortable, definitely not good for a long stay. Parking was decent. No food there as far as I’m aware. Room was very basic.

Overall, you get what you get for $400 for 2 nights. Booked a trip with my boyfriend for the weekend, There was mold? In the shower, on the shower certain. Cigarette burns on the blankets, a hole in the door. It was poor. Parking is tight, not a lot of spots. But again, get what you get.

STAY AWAY - Filthy and beyond disrepair. The only interaction with staff was check-in/check-out, which took place through a hole in the exterior wall since the office was gutted and under construction. I’d like to hope that’s the first step to an overall renovation but it wouldn’t explain the lack of, well, anything positive about the rooms now. Mine was also ground level with a large sliding window that didn’t lock.

No amenities, but very clean and comfortable. Nice walking area for dogs. One thing lacking was outlets for charging devices.

Major construction in the parking lot were being done which made it difficult to get to my vehicle. All cars are covered with dirt & debris. We were never told of this beforehand. In addition, the property manager, without my consent, contacted Expedia & cancelled one of the nights booked. That meant I had to pay extra taxes & fees. They were not cooperative-I would strongly advise avoiding this property. Also, housekeeping came to the door & asked for a tip, saying they didn’t receive enough pay $ were hungry , etc. It was a very bad situation.

For the price, this place was lcean, quiet and comfortable, best of all was the location. I ended up staying longer than expected, front desk very nice and was able to keep same room. No restrictions on pets and cleaning staff was great. Always checking with me to see if I needed anything. Would definately stay again.

Rude staff, noone ever cleaned room. No new bead sheets agter 2 days. Broken ice machines and vending machines and shattered glass all around for days.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes in a non smoking room when I asked to be moved they refused. We had four pillows for four people and when we asked for more pillows I was told that housekeeping was gone (It was 5pm on a Saturday). Bed sheets were stained and yellowed. THERE WERE COCKROACHES. We asked for a different room and was told there werent any available. We slept that night in the room because it was late but we left the next day. They refunded our money but we lost $50 in taxes. I will never book a room at a Motel 6 again.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Immediately when walking in the room there was a bad odor. There were large blood stains on the sheets, there was orange harden stains on the walls, foot print on the ceiling, writing on the walls, dirty socks left in the bathroom from the previous person who stayed. The smoke detector that was supposed to be in the room was removed from the wall.. That is not even legal to rent a room out like that. It was just absolutely terrible

Dirty floors and walls. Not cleaned properly (used soap bar found on bathroom floor). Broken toilet seat. No soap or shampoo supplied. Needed to request more toilet paper (only about 1/4 roll supplied)

Clean room, clean and comfortable bed, friendly and accommodating staff. Bathroom needs some work but was clean and stocked with towels and toiletries. Given that it was also 90+ degrees and oppressively humid outside, the powerful AC in my room was a cool plus. Honestly everything I needed it to be, woukd book again.

There was a hole in the floor between the bed and window bigger than a size 12 men’s foot. There was BLACK MOLD in the bathroom by the shower. Smelled gas, even though there was no stove?

Only 10 TV stations on the TV that had poor picture quality and sound.

Got charged extra for the room once I got there even though I’d already paid when I booked, don’t know what for because there was an employee in the little office part screaming about she was going to miss her bus so I couldn’t hear the woman at the desk. Get to the room… the toilet doesn’t flush, the hot water took 10 minutes to heat up, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the microwave didn’t work, no coffee pot and the tv was all static. We ended up leaving a night early and just lost money on the room. It was awful.

The room was clean, mattress was comfortable. Furniture was outdated. There wasn't a hair dryer and you need you're own shampoo and conditioner. It was fine.

I think the room and property was clean and quiet. We did have 2 concerns that couls be fixed. Our door looked like it had been kicked in, wirh the door handke and key panel attached with a piece of wood. You can easilt move the door, it was very loose. We did not feel it locked properly. Also, the bedroom window did not seal, so cold air came in qnd the heater was in living room...so bedroom didnt get heat at all. We bought heated blankets fir the stay. I would stay there again. I would just want the room fixed or another room.

Better than what I would have expected staying at a Motel 6. Looks like it was recently updated with fresh paint and bathrooms. Room was sort of prison like but came equipped with a comfy bed, microwave, fridge, and TV. Decent and low cost for a one night stay.

VERY CLEAN BUT THE BEDS AND PILLOWS WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. TV WAS FUZZY AND TOILET WOBBLED.

This place is less of an apartment and more of a motel with extra rooms/amenities and seemed to have a similar clientele. The place was clean, but definitely in need of some updates. The AC/heat unit was in the living room area instead of the bedroom, so, to get the full effect of it, you'd have to leave the door open. The walls are also not even remotely soundproof, and it's especially eat to hear everything going on upstairs. My biggest complaint though is that the hot water only lasted about 5 minutes, and that's regardless of what time of day I took a shower. The check-in/out process was simple with an electronic keypad, so no worries if you're getting in extremely late at night like I was. Because of the hot water issue, I probably wouldn't recommend this place for groups or families unless it gets fixed, but, if you're traveling solo like I was, it can be a decent option if you don't mind some of the annoyances that were previously mentioned.

As always our stay was amazing! Had issues with the fridge and they fixed it asap.

I booked a room on Expedia for this property. The next morning I decided to book again and I used Expedia once again. Expedia gave me an option to pay now online or pay at the property, I chose to pay at the property. The room was booked before 11 AM check out. My significant other was staying in the room until I got back from work at 2:30. He was staying with my service animal that was registered at the front desk. The owner started harassing my friend and made him leave the property because I didn’t call her from my busy job and let her know that I rebooked. I told her that if they use Expedia as a third-party booking agent, it says nowhere in their guidelines that I must Call her and inform her when I booked it online very legitimately. This woman obviously did not like the fact that my significant other was a black man, she refused to give me my $50 deposit back and also kicked me out of the room when I came back that day after work, she ranted and raved and condescended us and she said that she refused to give us a deposit because I didn’t get back to the room till 230 however it was booked. There are no batteries in the smoke alarms.

literally just dont stay here, id rather stay in a tent. staff was not only unpleasant but harrassed me and went out of their way to not communicate. broken window that i had to tape up for my cats safety, hot water 1/5 times. just aweful. also housekeeping tried to force themselves into room.

No toiletries, just a bar of soap. Staff very unfriendly. My credit card was charged an additional $50 security fee. Was told it will take up to 5 days to be refunded. Not happy!!!

This isn’t a hotel I would want to stay at, but it was convenient and cheap near Asbury park.

Looked at the property/ room and left. Did not stay there. Felt very unsafe

We came to see a concert at Asbury Park/Stone Pony one night stay...affordable, clean, bed was comfortable, mini fridge was turned on and at a great cool temp..it was clean inside the mini fridge...lol i mean the bathroom was clean and new/fresh..my friend who went with me ONLY stays at Hilton...I didnt have $450 for a night after buying concert tickets etc....said the bed was as comfortable.....

It was a place to sleep. The front desk is the size of a closet, no staf at night, check out was dropping your key in a basket. There was no coffee, or even a coffee maker. I feel I got ripped off staying in such a dump for the price I paid.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND BREAKFAST FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! LOVE TO STAY AGAIN!!!!
