Friendly reception and perfect place for a family of five to explore the city. Everything you need in the apartment and walkable to so many sights and shopping. The apartment is very secluded, very clean and very comfortable. An elevator was also nice as we had luggage!

Overlooking the main square, couldn’t be better! Nice room size, aircon working just fine, nice bathroom. No breakfast, no dining as they are apartments. Only big disadvantage is no parking (it is a downside of many places in the square, but some offer valet service or have some spots.)

Clean, comfortable room for a great price right on the main square. No outside the indow from my room and there is no car access to Rynek Głowny so you need to walk a short distance for cabs, trams or hotel pick-up but it was well worth the quality of the stay.

Very nice apartment in prime location. Nice and cold air condition. Impossible to park your car. We had to park the car and walk 20 minutes with the lagged. Our floor apartment almost had now windows, mold in shower, bathroom sink was clogged and water didn’t drain. Overall pretty good place.

We loved this apartment. Small elevator helped get the bags to the top floor. Waking up to the view of the Krakow Market Square will never get old, it is incredibly beautiful. Apartment had everything needed for a few day stay and is located in the center of everything you want to visit. Drawbacks - due to location, taxi can get only close to it, rolling suitcases on granite pavers is a challenge. Night deliveries or night visitors at the square may be loud. Still if you love the Market Square - this is a gem.

The location was incredible, literally staying in the city centre. The staff were so friendly and gave us an early check in which meant we could start our trip early. They also held onto our bags at the end of the trip so we could spend the day without having to carry luggage. The room however wasn’t cleaned once while we were staying there, no clean towels or bed made which I found odd as there was a sign on the bathroom door which made it seem like it would be cleaned. Room was very warm and the walls are fairly thin because we heard our neighbor cough all night which kept us up

This is a great option for families as there are 2 separate sleeping areas. There is AC in every room so living and sleeping is comfortable. The room was very nice and we had a lovely view of the square. Great value.

Fully equipped kitchen, tea, coffee facilities all good. Bed comfy, plenty of pillows and covers. Only issue was the noise from the next door bar/nightclub, hence the earplugs provided in the bedside cabinets.

Our room overlooked the square. It was delightful! Music every night but it end 10-12 depending on week night/weekend. The windows are designed in a way the noise did not bother us at all. Ver convenient location. Nice view. We’d stay here again and would love the same room!

This is a great property in the main square, my only complaint is the beds and pillows. Mattress was very hard for my whole family and lack of full or firm pillows made sleeping difficult

Not even close to a 4-star hotel; 3-star at best. The location is its best feature. The room was small and in average condition. The bed was very saggy. The property has very poor soundproofing so you are constantly disturbed by noise from the courtyard and neighbouring rooms. I left early because it was so noisy. Krakow is relatively compact and walkable. Stay slightly further away from the square and you will get a much better hotel for similar money.

Excellent place to stay in the old town area of Krakow. Location is perfect with the square right on your doorstep. There is always helpful people on hand in the reception area if you need anything. Only a couple reasons I have not given 5*. Firstly if you are given one of the rooms that overlooks the nearby alleyway then you will hear a nearby club at night on Fri, Sat & Sun Secondly the TV & WiFi are pretty poor. The TV is very small and doesnt have any smart features. The WiFi is extremely slow most of the time, i found it difficult to even receive emails or send WhatsApp photos.

Fantastic location and spotlessly clean! We didnt have a view over the square but we werent bothered as we were just using it for sleeping and showering. The shower was amazing! Really powerful, temperature controls good and drained immediately. Everything you would need right on your doorstep and everything easy to find. Didnt ask for a late check out but they kept our bags for the whole day. Cant fault it at all.

Fantastic place to stay, I have chosen to stay here 3 times now. Staff at check in are very helpful, and location is on the main square, so in the heart of the city. Lovely decor in all rooms. They also looked after my luggage and booked airport transfers both ways, with good quality cars and drivers.

The property is right in the heart of town. Top notch: service. The front desk attendants are kind, energetic and helpful. Very accommodating staff. Easy to communicate as they speak English well. We arrived very late night due to flights delays but there was no problem to enter the property. Since we were only for one night and wanted to do some shopping around the square, the staff stored our suitcases and later called a taxi for us to drop us off to the Airport. We will definitely stay at the property longer on our next trip. We were totally satisfied. One thing though; there is no parking around the square so the best thing is to use taxi from the airport to the property.

Excellently located (sites, shops, food) property, staff and most importantly, front desk “Cornelia” was super helpful and truly went out of her way to make sure that we had the best experience in Krakow as she made sure we visited also Schindler’s Museum, the Jewish quarter, etc. Thank you.

The hotel is in a great location, the room was spacious clean and comfortable and I loved having the additional lounge and kitchen area. Breakfast is available in the restaurant downstairs and there are plenty of little supermarkets and patisseries nearby. The daytime staff in reception were excellent and helped us purchase tickets and organise day trips at a reasonable price unlike many websites.

We had a fabulous stay here, such a perfect location and restaurants and cafes everywhere outside the door. I would recommend if you’re staying over a weekend to ask for an apartment at the back of the property as it can get quite noisy from revellers outside but overall it didn’t affect our stay and would happily stay here again.

The room was just equipped with everything you need. You have your own WiFi. It was a little noisy due to location of restaurant / room but not much. The bathroom was clean and great. Hairdryer, iron, microwave, cooker. The girls on reception were all lovely. So helpful and eager to make sure you’re alright. You can ask them anything and they will help. The location could not be better for the old market square which was buzzing. So alive with lots to do and see.

A superb location right on Market Square. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. A well equipped kitchen with a full oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of crockery and pots and pans. Lots of places to eat nearby and there are several small supermarkets to get ant essentials you might need. We booked a city view room and it is well worth paying a little more for it. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.
