We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The location is excellent and the hotel itself is clean. However, there is extremely poor sound insulation between the rooms. On the second night, there were at least four people in the room next to ours. At first, we tried to tolerate the noise, but by 3 a.m. I had to call the reception. They said they would send security, but I’m not sure what happened afterward. We were only able to fall asleep around 5 a.m., after staying awake the entire night. There was excessive and very loud laughter, people shouting while talking, and women speaking in Russian. The noise was incredibly disturbing. The next morning, we woke up exhausted and in a bad mood. It was even difficult to go to the airport because we were so tired. During check-out, the receptionist asked how our stay had been. I was just about to explain the situation and provide feedback, but the moment I started to speak, they cut me off and said, “That will be all for your transaction.” It was quite awkward, and it felt like they were implying “you can leave now.” We simply thanked them, left our luggage, and walked away. When we returned later, a new family was checking in. Interestingly, the same receptionist, who barely interacted with us, was now very talkative. They were explaining concierge services and offering to make restaurant reservations to other Turkish guests. I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.
