Luggage lift not working, carried 100lbs of luggage up 4 flights of stairs, room did not look like photos, ceiling slanted and could not stand up in room. Bathroom has light flickering and made it uncomfortable to shower. Noted that this is what 120CFH gets you.

Great location and close to main station. Reasonably priced for Zurich but expect the minimum. Self check in and bag storage really handy. Good for a few nights but I wouldn't stay any longer here

Good location very close to Langstrasse and Zurich Central Station. The hotel is fully automated, did not have any issues in that regard. Did not see any staff. Room cleaning can be pre-ordered for a fee. The room had no A/C, that was a big problem due to 30+ degrees outside in June 2025. No restaurant or bar - just a vending machine.

Luggage lift not working and you are expected to carry your heavy ones to the 5th floor and way back. It is not acceptable even when it is advertised as budget hotel. Think of an elderly person have to do this which i believe is just ridiculous!!! No staff around to help or even update when it will start working. Overall very bad experience and would avoid at any cost.

Easy to check In/check out and really like that there were self servce luggage storge in the hotel before the check in time. They had bed, hanger, towels, platic cups, tissue, soap, all in one shampoo. The hotel itself was really quiet but it was Saturday to there were roof top party was going on at the next buiding… The music was so loud until the late night… The 2 things that I didnt like were the luggage lift was broken so we had to carry our luggage to the second floor… And the room was too small that I couldn’t even fully open my luggage..

My room was on the very top floor and was very clean. I stayed one night but slept well as the bed was comfortable and I was able to turn up the heat on the radiator to make the room temp just right. I am happy that I found a hotel for such a great price that was near the sights that I wanted to see. The Wifi was excellent. I thought that the TV did not get a signal at first but if you change the channels you will find many stations to watch.

I was 5 days in Switzerland and they never clean my room, not change my towels, not check shampoo and soap. Plus not A/C in rooms. It was really hoy because is summer time. The only thing that is really worthy is the walkable area and near to Zurich HB céntrale station.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the WORST place that I have ever stayed at (as a regular traveler). The room was extremely dirty with built-up MOLD everywhere, multiple hairs left from previous visitors, and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. I honestly brushed my teeth outside of the hotel and slept on top of the covers, fully clothed, with the pillows wrapped. IT WAS DISGUSTING EVERYWHERE. Really wish that I had never found this hotel, and really hope that at least one person reads this and decides against putting themselves through this experience.

무인 체크인이라 매우 편했고 엘리베이터는 없지만 캐리어 리프트가 있어서 괜찮았다 처음 체크인시 숙소는 깨끗했지만 5일 머무는 동안 한번의 무료 하우스키핑만 되어서 아쉬웠다 5일 머무는 동안 여러차례 수건을 달라고 요청하고 싶지 않아 한번의 하우스키핑시 많은수건을 요청했으나 나에게 허락된 수건은 큰수건두장과 작은수건 한장뿐. 공용전자레인지가 있기는 하나 쓰기에 거북할 정도로 청결하지 않았다 스위스치고 저렴한 숙소지만 오래 머물리 보단 하루이틀 머물기에 괜찮은 숙소이다

Billig og fin lokasjon, men renholdet var meget dårlig. Hyllene på badet var nedstøvet og skitne, likedan hyllen bak sengen. Ingen som tømte søpla vår i løpet av våre 4 overnattinger.

The Hotel is a walking distance from the main train station from where we took 9 minutes to the airport, but not the best neighborhood. Since the Hotel didn’t have air conditioning and it was hot, we let the windows open, and it was noise at night and at 5 am people were working and being loud.

It's not cheap for what you get. Next time I would rather pay little bit more and stay in proper hotel. Location is not 8 mns walk from main train station its 20 mns. Flickering cheap pot lights. Washroom sliding door doesn't close properly shower poor quality curtian shower head very poor quality. It's good for one person for few hrs to sleep n take shower not for couple. No elevator/lift only luggage lift.

Quarto muito pequeno. Já fiquei em outras opções com quartos pequenos, mas esse é tão apertado que chega a ser desconfortável e claustrofóbico. Além disso tem um bar lateral que ficava em frente a nossa janela um pouco barulhento, mas não chega a atrapalhar muito. Só não recomendo pelo tamanho, exageraram na economia de espaço!

This is a self serve hotel. Bathroom is divided from the bed by glass doors, therefore no privacy. Bed from the glass door is less than two feet. Beds are very hard I felt the springs, also the bed is less than one foot from the ground.

This is the sort of hotel that is pperfect if you simply need a night's sleep in a room that is clean and with a good shower. However, it is in the centre of town and the noise from nearby bars woke us up at 1am, 2am and then police car/ ambulance at 3am; so sound proofing is not good! It also really frustrated me that this was a totally automated system and having booked the hotel and wanting to change my itinerary I found I couldn't cancel (which was extraordinary in my view). I should have read the small print - but even so - pretty shocking given that I'd paid upfront and was seeking a change weeks in advance. So I would never stay here again or in a similar Easyhotel if the terms were the same.

Check in was a terrible experience, took us nearly an hour waiting for a member of stuff to come and help. Also you NEED a credit card, debit is not accepted so don’t bother booking if you don’t have one. Stressful experience the whole time. Room was basic but ok. Noisy outside all night as bar next door. Wouldn’t recommend. Still really expensive!

The hotel is adequate for a place to sleep and shower. I would advise against staying in the summer, there is no AC and the rooms are not well ventilated, no fan, no mini fridge for cold drinks, no ice machine. I couldnt sleep well as I kept waking up in a puddle of sweat. The staff that I met was very friendly, helpful, and advised that it was going to be very hot here in the summer.

Although it does not have front desk, the check-in process is very intuitive and easy to complete. There are multiple restaurants on the same block, lots of options. My room overlooked the backyard and dining room of a nice restaurant. It is quiet and no noise even when we opened the windows. Overall the hotel is adequate.

The only thing Easy about this hotel is the name and checking in. It should be called hardHotel. It was hard to get comfortable because there was no thermostat. We opened the windows to cool things off which made it hard to sleep because there was noise and activity on the streets until 4 am. It was hard to communicate with anyone because the wifi didn’t work and it was hard not to be bored at night because the TV didn’t work. It was hard to shower in the morning because the shower head was broken and it was hard to get service because nobody is available in the building. It is self check in (which was the only easy part). Nobody picks up the phone when you call and they never got back to me about the wifi etc when I messaged them.

Not personal at all. No table or chain in room. super tiny bathroom. No one to talk to for any issues. Phone number was out of service. You need to send an email to get any help. I wanted to add a day to my reservation, I ended up getting locked out of my room between 11am and 3pm while their fully automated system transferred between one reservation to another.

Very convenient location close to the train station and near the downtown area. They don't have a front desk but it's all automated. You have to look around for breakfast because the closest restaurants doesn't open for that. The price is good for the central area of Zurich

The location is around 10-15 mins walking distance from Zurich main station. There is no reception in this hotel, self check in service is provided, it is smooth. There is no lift for this 4 storeys building, but luggage lift is provided. It is pity, I didn't notice that after I pick up luggage to the 4th floor. However, I can make it when check-out. It is good. Room is small but good for single traveler. It is clean, but no refrigerator. Shower room is compact. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe nearby, also you can find convenience store around, but need to pay attention to their closing time. I stay one night only, but it is good enough.
