Great property, close to fun activities such as Dream World and Go Karting. Pool and water park are excellent! The location is a little noisy because it’s right next to the motorway but overall I highly recommend this property & would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay with kids. You have a whole lot to do on the property with a playground, jumping pillow, pedal carts, arcade room, swimming pool, water park with slides, and pedal karts to go around the property. It’s also walking distance to all the easy kids options - subway, McDonald’s, KFC, Hungry Jacks, pizza and sushi, as well as a kid friendly pub. Recommend for a family holiday 👌

Great spot for family with plenty of facilities to stay. Heaps of kids activities like kids club, playground, pools and jumping pillow. Rooms are spacious with large living room. And it’s clean. Food from cafe is good as well. Excellent staff services. Secured gate to ensure safety. The bonus point is having charging station for Tesla. Strongly recommend for families .

The kids loved this!! We stayed in a motel room, close to the waterpark, pool and cafe, perfect!! Got a late checkout so the kids got extra time in the waterpark. Great that you can order food and drinks from poolside and have them rough to you so u dont have to leave the kids unattended ! The only downside is that the waterpark opens late in the morning. Would be good to open earlier in the warmer months when it’s hot and the kids are up ready to go. Otherwise great few days away.

Visited the theme parks with my 6 year old and we stayed in the motel. So much to do here with the water park, jumping pillow, activity centre showing movies, games room, park, lots of green space. My son was over the moon. Great food and drink options- good prices. Super comfortable room with great sheets, so soft and luxurious.

The only things that i was unhappy with was that we came back from a full day at Australia zoo discovering that our room had be serviced but they left the door wide open ...anyone could have walked in and take our things. Also the cafe needs to change their kids meal options...you need to include some vegetables in there for kids that actually eat them. I only asked for a small bowl of mash and veg for my 16month old abd they said no srsly i saw that yoy had mash and veg on the menu. Also the bathrooms have mould.

My hotel room was disappointing as it had a connecting door and you could literally hear everything happening in the next room!!, I would return just not in a hotel room. Park is a bit run down , staff are amazing but over stretched. Definitely not what you see in the pictures.

Overall quite good. The only things that were a bit of a problem were the size of the shower and the two single beds that form the queen bed. The shower was less than 1m² and the door was quite small. The way the bed was two smaller ones joined together was a bit annoying as it's uncomfortable to lay where the join is.

The cabin we stayed in need restoring as the siding door was jammed. Shower door wouldn’t work either. Front office staff were very friendly however one male worker was completely rude when approaching us.

Motel room were ok, could hear the highway, TV was broken, one bed didn't have doona and early one morning staff pressure cleaned outside our room these aspect were disappointing. Raised concern hotel got a “thanks for telling us response” so overall very average for price.

Stayed in motel room, rest of family in ensuite campervan site. Motel spacious, clean with toaster and microwave. Suggest curtains needed on windows to give more privacy during the daytime. Water slides, pool and restaurant area all excellent so was the camp kitchen

One male staff member at the scavenger hunt was very rude and sarcastic to my daughters and myself. Told me not to teach my girls to cheat the system and told my girls as well all over a yellow leaf?!? (So silly) I stuck up for my girls and said come on mate they are just trying to have some fun & you have already sent them away twice… and he told me I should go have another cocktail (like I was a crazy lady) I maintained composure the whole time.. I was humiliated in front of other parents All for a zooper dooper for a prize Next time we won’t join in I’d rather save my family the embarrassment and buy my beautiful girls a treat instead..

We have stayed at this Big 4 (motel rooms) several times now . It’s amazing every time. The staff are so wonderful to deal with. Have never ever had one problem. The property is beautifully kept and the rooms are so clean. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the vacation feel and want to be close to everything in the Gold Coast. Will be back again!

This would have to be the best park I have stayed in. I have stayed in parks all around Aus and this is definitely the best. The facilities are clean, the kids loved the water slide. It was so good to not need to go out to eat. The food at the cafe is top class. The location to the theme parks is great. The staff are the friendliest I have ever encountered on my travels. Over all the resort is ok. However. There was broken glass from a smashed bottle over and on the driveway to my cabin. Due to checking in late when it was dark I couldn’t see the glass and drove over and maybe parked on the broken glass. However due to it, my rental car got a puncture which resulted in a bunch of extra costs. When bringing it to managements attention was told “it’s not our problem” Second, facilities that the park said were available (bouncy pillow) were not available at all. I understand things break or need maintenance, but there offerings should be updated to reflect that. Again managements attitude to it was like they didn’t care.

Walking distance to theme parks is perfect. Water slides are actually really fun even for adults. Cabana like set ups around the pool for anyone to sit on for free was a great suprise to most resorts charging you for anything they can nowadays . Loved the basketball court although both rings were pretty bent hopefully will be on there fix list and playground all on a nice open area. Food was nice only has breakfast and one dinner some more less processed options would be good. Overall a great place and value

We as a family of 14 had a wonderful time, we were so close to the Theme Parks, close to driving down to Surfers Paradise and driving to Harbour Town or to one of the big Shopping Malls. Perfect location for our Whanau (family)

Walking distance to theme parks is perfect. Water slides are actually really fun even for adults. Cabana like set ups around the pool for anyone to sit on for free was a great suprise to most resorts charging you for anything they can nowadays . The best was so comfortable super soft , we all slept in , it was so comfortable. Food was incredible,even the kids menu was exceptional. The spaghetti was delicious!

This would have to be the best park I have stayed in. I have stayed in parks all around Aus and this is definitely the best. The facilities are clean, the kids loved the water slide.
