I picked this place for the price & the fact they have a pool & hot tub, yet the first thing the door on the side of the hotel didn't work with my key card. I bought a coke and it was hot cause the cooler wasn't working & when I went to get in the hot tub I walk out to realize the hot tub has been filled in with cement & the pool was less than desirable it was very dirty I refused to get in! I then go back to my room to watch some TV & it continued to cut out on every channel!

The 2nd and 3rd floor of hotel smelled like soured clothes. My room smelled the same but also had a bug spray smell to it. There was a bunch of dead bugs in window but I didn’t see any live bugs. The elevators are broke and the pool was really cloudy wasn’t sure if it was safe to swim in. If you are staying there for work it wouldn’t be so bad but if you are bringing your family there to stay I wouldn’t recommend it. I guess you get what you pay for. Sometimes cheaper isn’t worth it

This is the most discusting hotel we have ever stayed in. Firstly the one and only elevator was out of order (and had been for months according to the receptionist). The room (304) was filthy and in poor condition. The bath had a mouldy shower mat, the curtains were mouldy, the ceiling was mouldy, the floor was filthy and sticky, the bedding did not smell clean, there were unsafe electrical outlets and switches, there was a used bar of soap in the bath. There was a pooly fitted (pushed up into the ceiling) fire sprinkler, totally unsafe. It was horrible. We checked out and cancelled the remaining 3 days because it was so, so disgusting. We expect a full refund from Hotels.com. I have emailed them the same photos.

Terrible the door to the side was broken making easy for everyone to come in, the elevator was broken, the rooms smelled like fresh cigarette smoke, the Poole was green and they said they are non refundable if you wanted to cancel your stay there.

I didn't stay was not happy at all… the trust was full the elevator nor the ac in hallway didn’t work and the pool was open but it had mold in it and that’s the reason of my stay… I left after an hour of checking in

I did my reservation based on info on expedia but in reality the pics very old. Rooms are outdated and dirty. Furnitures like stool should be replaced. And hottube eas filled with concrete. I would not stay again there. Very disapointed

Check was horrible, the night manager did not know how to and had to call 2 people to assist. The elevator was broken, the pool was cloudy. the bed was extremely soft, we literally sunk in to it. The breakfast was cold and the management staff didn't care nor did they try to makes things better. We left 7 hours later and was charged a "cancellation fee." NEVER AGAIN

Hotel is in a pretty rough area and is in major need of repairs. Room had a cracked sink, holes in carpet, unfinished painting. Pool did not look useable. Roaches in the room. One of our towels had lipstick stains on it. The room above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night long. For the nightly price, our experience was just awful. Would not stay here again. Pro: breakfast was good

The elevator was broken the whole time, the roof looked like it had some mold, the floor, bathtub and toilet was dirty and the molding around the walls was coming off. Wish I wouldn’t have paid ahead of time because we would have found somewhere else.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel! I had to switch rooms because my first room on the 3rd floor smelled of mildew and had a thickness to the air in the hallway. Then when I walked into my room the sheets were brown and dirty and a water leak was happening somewhere in the bathroom. When I switched to a new room the tub was black and dirty. I requested someone clean it and nobody ever came so I had to use a towel to cover it all while I showered because I didn’t want my feet to touch the tub. Lastly, when I went back to my room on my last night my hotel room was open and my key card didn’t work. I don’t know if there was an attempt to steal happening and I just happened to show up just in time or what because that was the weirdest thing I ever experienced. I was hyperventilating in fear that someone would come in my room in the middle of the night. From what it looked like nothing was taken but by that point I already felt violated. I checked out a day early and the lady at the front desk said I would be charged an early checkout fee. I replied no ma’am not after all I’ve been through. When I tried to talk to staff early in the morning nobody was there because the employee didn’t show up for their shift. By the time someone was there I was rushing to checkout because I had to drive back home 4 hours away. I don’t know if they will try to charge me a fee but if you’re looking to stay at a hotel this is not the one for you.

The room has had sloppy repairs done and looks unfinished. The bed cover had worn stops where the material becomes little balls. Luckily no roaches. Temperature control was good but you could hear the neighbors talking bedsides you and walking above you. Coffee was nasty. Breakfast left much to be desired. Price was fair but I don’t think that I would book this place. It’s close to refinery so for less picky people this might be a good option.

The room was not clean there was wax all over the walls and dresser and the side of the tv was not wiped down. The bed was hard as the floor. Then it said it slepted 4 people with one bed. I had asked for a dobled bed and they wanted to charge an extra 50 per night on top of what i already payed. They had a roll out bed and wanted to charge 10 more for it. Just a bad experience. The breakfast was trash the gravy was sour.

The location worked well for me. Also the high speed internet was a great bounus. Con: It was hard navigating the television stations. Maybe a channel guide would be a great addition. My television would default to channel 15.1. I guess they had my television on a digital antenna.

Typical cookie cutter Hotel, Breakfast was good. I don't care for new internet TV. Could not find local stations. Also had to reconnect to internet every day. Hotel was clean, has a Hot Tub, but wasn't heated. I would stay again.

The receptionist was completely drunk, didn't know what she was doing, and was making nonsense. It took a long time, and she had to call the maintenance guy for help. He helped us and other guests who had been given rooms that were occupied by the receptionist. I can't believe they show up to work like this. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The cleaning staff was excellent! Extremely helpful and polite. Two of the front desk clerks were also excellent but it was hard to get anyone to answer the phone. The pool was closed. The lighting is poor and for the location a little extra lighting wouldn't hurt. Noisy neighbors with noisy kids at 3am. Kinda upsetting but it is what it is. When I arrived I told the clerk I need a shower chair and she made no offers to accommodate. It wasn't until the next day I had to ask again and the day clerk was on it and got me what I needed immediately. Cleaning staff brought it up to me.

A very large crack that ran from fllor to ceiling on the exterior side of my room. I was on the 2nd or 3 floors. Very concerning that the management had ZERO concern. Location was loud as hell. Great place to stay for all you ROKU users.

Hotel was an updated La Quinta. It is remote location but not far from where we needed to be. Everyone was friendly enough. My daughter enjoyed the breakfast I didn’t eat. I was shocked however the only creamer available was powdered. I have never seen that and we stay at a lot of La Quintas. We had an enjoyable stay!

Run is all I can say! The beds are not queen beds and are like sleeping on a rock. Everything there is cheap down to the breakfast and coffee creamer. The staff was the only nice thing I can say about the place. They didn’t open the pool until 530 on a weekend and the people at the pool partying wasn’t even staying there. Location is the worst as well

This was the worst exyI have ever had. The room was dirty and disgusting. This hotel property is next to a major highway and located near a gas plant and big rigs are picking up and leaving all night long. If you are looking for a clean and quiet place this is not for you.

I’ve stayed at over 20 hotels, and I’m not a hard guy to please. This place, however, is downright horrible. There was no room service (our room was never cleaned), and we had to ask for clean towels constantly. The management seemed completely disorganized during check-in. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place goes out of business soon! Also, be CAREFUL—people loiter around the property. When we arrived, there were four homeless people drinking alcohol in the parking lot.

Its was ok, it was safe. Pool was murky, no clean sheets no clean towles in the room had to ask and we put them on our own beds. The breakfast was good.

It was good, but were 2 issues that need addressing. Our TV was useless, because you have to go through a maze to activate it, even for just local channels. The hotel receptionist/managers were excellent, and attentive. But, she couldn't activate it either. She called the technician, and thought it's fixed, but still couldn't activate it. She apologized, and mentioned that this has happened to others too! Breakfast could use improved (sausage and eggs.)
