Lovely property and wonderful staff. It is on the 3rd level and there is no lift. However the delightful staff carried our heavy bag up for us. She insisted. That was great service.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower had fantastic water pressure. Be aware that the rooms are up 3 long flights of stairs (the building has 20 foot ceilings!) There is no lobby or common space. You have only your room to relax in, and the room is very small.

This was an outstanding place to stay and the host, Ivana was very welcoming and lovely to deal with. The only issue I have is the noise outside at night. If you stay here, definitely bring earplugs as there is a bar scene outside the accommodation that goes on late into the night. By wearing earplugs, I was able to get a good nights sleep and a very comfortable bed but without it, I would suggest you have some difficulties. Fining the place is a challenge. On the street there is a subtle green door with an even more subtle small sign up in the top left corner for the accommodation. Once you find it, you’re good to go.

Awesome accommodations including check in process. Loved the entire layout with comforts of home ! It had great mattress, shower, location close to the bus terminal, promenade, and nearby assortment of restaurants. The noise level from the streets was minimal . We felt very safe walking at night.However for older adults with 12 kg luggage climbing 71 stairs was challenging without elevator in this unesco protected building. By the last day our stay our legs were stronger and got use to the stairs.

Note; my travel was late and I communicated to the hotel that I was gonna be late and they waited for me. It’s important to communicate to them if you’re gonna be late. The room is on the third floor so if you’re travelling with big luggage get ready for a climb

What a perfect place to stay in Split! The accommodations were clean and modern- looked just like the pictures. The host was very kind and helpful. Location was amazing - right on one of the main streets in old town. It wasn’t noisy so windows just have been good. Comfortable bed and nice shower. There was no lift/elevator and 3 flights of stairs, so that would be the only challenge if you had any physical limitations. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay. We would come back here for sure!

Excellent location in the old town of Split. Easy to get to and near everything you need to see. Our room was very clean, modern and beautiful bathroom with spacious new shower cubicle. The hosts were very friendly and great with communication. They let us store our bags after check out and also assisted us by carrying our luggage down the stairs.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the old city. The owner was very friendly and helpful and it had great Wi-Fi. If you have mobility issues, you need to know it is on the third floor with no elevator. We loved it and would stay there again.

We stayed in the Ocean View Suite. It was amazing. Staff was so helpful and responsive. Close to everything. Only drawback was the night club across the street. It was loud at all hours with people coming and going. I slept with ear plugs so it didnt bother me but something for families with young kids to be aware of. Would definately stay again if I am ever in the area.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom with great instant hot water and good water pressure. Nice to have hot water kettle for coffee or tea. Location was great and easy walk to all the sites. Host was friendly and offered great suggestions for where to eat and what to see. Definitely recommend Marjan park! One note is that there is no elevator so there is a hike of 4 flights of stairs and because of central location, can get quite noisy. I did fine with ear plugs.

The apt had a nice layout although the bathroom off main bedroom was a bit small small to navigate . Apt very neat and clean and the host was very accommodating ,she offered us great suggestions to explore city . The balcony was lovely to people watch on street below which is beautiful until after midnight Then from midnight till 4 am on all 3 nights we were there the nightmare begins!!!! There are groups of guys hanging out screaming all night long and I mean loud obnoxious hooting and hollering We did not get any restful nights !!

Absolutely amazing location and facilities. This was our first stay in Split. Nice big walkway so we could navigate from the taxi dropoff to the front door of the apartment. Small tip: asked to get dropped off by the Croatian National Theatre at the top of Marmontova Ulica - it will save you money instead of by the waterfront. It felt very safe even when it got dark outside. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor. We were travelling with our daughters so having 2 bathrooms made a huge impact on our stay. Nice balcony to sit have your morning tea or coffee. Lots of nice touches such as soaps, tea, etc. Very clean. Great mattress. Communication with Ivana was amazing. Ivana also walked us through lots of good options for restaurants and shopping. She also showed us the other single bedroom units on a higher floor. Definitely staying here again on our future trip!

Excellent location in the old town of Split. Easy to get to and near everything you need to see. Our room was very clean, modern and beautiful bathroom with spacious new shower cubicle. The hosts were very friendly and great with communication. They let us store our bags after check out and also assisted us by carrying our luggage down the stairs.

Great location for walking around. It was loud out on the street all night so take earplugs. The hotel is up 4 flights of stairs so be ready to haul your suitcase. The owners helped lug our stuff which was very kind. There are no cars on the street so there is a bit of a walk to the hotel but not far. Got vouchers for breakfast down the street which was delicious.

Absolutely amazing location and facilities. This was our first stay in Split. Nice big walkway so we could navigate from the taxi dropoff to the front door of the apartment. Small tip: asked to get dropped off by the Croatian National Theatre at the top of Marmontova Ulica - it will save you money instead of by the waterfront. It felt very safe even when it got dark outside. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor. We were travelling with our daughters so having 2 bathrooms made a huge impact on our stay. Nice balcony to sit have your morning tea or coffee. Lots of nice touches such as soaps, tea, etc. Very clean. Great mattress. Communication with Ivana was amazing. Ivana also walked us through lots of good options for restaurants and shopping. She also showed us the other single bedroom units on a higher floor. Definitely staying here again on our future trip!

Amazing stay in clean rooms right on the main street. Quiet and comfortable with veeery nice and cold air conditioner. The breakfast was served at a luxury restaurant 100m from the hotel at the boardwalk. Nice selection, you can choose between full breakfast, french toast, poached eggs…

Awesome accommodations including check in process. Loved the entire layout with comforts of home ! It had great mattress, shower, location close to the bus terminal, promenade, and nearby assortment of restaurants. The noise level from the streets was minimal . We felt very safe walking at night.However for older adults with 12 kg luggage climbing 71 stairs was challenging without elevator in this unesco protected building. By the last day our stay our legs were stronger and got use to the stairs.

Greeted with a warm welcome. Our room was ready 2 hours early & so we were able to check in. A very clean & comfortable room made for a relaxing stay. Great location perfect for all you want to do in Split. Easy walk from bus station & ferry port. Great bars & restaurants nearby.

Når vi omsider fant hotellet. Gikk alt veldig bra. Fantastiske personer som driver hotellet. Perfekt beliggenhet. Super frokost løsning. Skulle ønske det var lettere å finne inngangen til hotellet.

If it was for the street noise and partying with shouting and music that was easily heard it would have been much more pleasant to stay. We had a city view room and there was no suppression of the outside town noise that kept us up until around 5:30am everyday we were there
