We had a huge room which was the best family room I’ve ever had. Large kitchen, living room and bathroom, then 2 full bedrooms (both with space and tvs). The front desk staff at check in went above and beyond and got items that I forgot to help me out. The slide is fast and the kids loved the pool.

Getting in and out of this property is inconvenient but that’s what you get staying on the highway. Rooms are large and quiet. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is sub par and doesn’t deliver to the room. The pool chemicals were completely off and made everyone’s eyes burn for days. If you have kids, stay somewhere else.

It’s quite you cannot hear any noises when you are inside your room. I like the ambiance and the staff as well. How I wish the pool area floors would have been replaced? It feels slippery and is a near miss for slipping.

Expedia texts the incorrect address so we drove around in circles for a half hour trying to find it but once we were there, the property on great, the pool is a decent size and pretty warm, with an awesome waterslide! The rooms were fabulous! The staff are second to none!!!! Especially Andrea who went out of her way to make sure our stay was incredible!!

Had a wonderful stay. Comfortable bed, and the pull-out couch was pretty good too. Large room, very clean and quiet. No continental breakfast, but you can purchase a breakfast in the restaurant with your room, which was excellent and well worth the price. My only complaint was that there was not enough parking around the hotel, so we ended up across the road in a vacant lot that they use for overflow. There was no lighting or security on the overflow so I wasnt too happy about leaving my car there overnight, and it was extremely icy walking from there to the hotel.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is nice and rooms were big ! The only complaint is that the pool was pretty cold and the air in the pool room was pretty chilly. But great hot tub. There was a hockey team that was super loud and disrespectful. Playing hockey in hallways really late at night. Screaming so loud in the pool area Made a lot of noise But that’s not the staffs fault

We stayed in room 400 facing the highway. Had I known that it was noisy with the constant traffic flow, we would have asked for a room facing east! As it was, I did not have a good night sleep.

The room we booked was amazing. Huge apartment size hotel room was the perfect room for our weekend in town for Cheer competition. Will definately book here again and the same room. Besides the hockey kids running through the hallways at all hours, it was a great stay.

The king suite was great, clean and had a very comfy bed. I also like the idea of having bottles of soap, lotion etc fixed to the wall, instead of wasting single use products for every new stay. However, the baseball team also staying at the property the same night really soured the experience, particularly at the pool. They hit us and almost hit our baby with numerous balls, used the slide improperly, and the chaperones didn’t seem to care.

The only complaint I have is that we basically had to check ourselves in as we were handed an iPad & told to fill in all our information while the sweet gal working the front desk stood there awkwardly waiting for us to do all the work & enter all the details.

I was only there one night for an early soccer game with my son. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Someone in the restaurant got me a couple things before they opened as we had a very early start. Would likely only stay there on the future.

There are 2 Holiday Inn properties in Red Deer. I thought I had book the other one which is located in the south portion of the city. I was disappointed to discover my mistake as I do not prefer to stay at properties located on Gasoline alley which is at the very South tip of Red Deer and technically not actually in the city limits. My disappointment soon turned to smiles as this is a GREAT overall Hotel with excellent Service and Cleanliness. It was surprisingly quiet given its location adjacent to the highway. I would actually stay here again.

Best Hotel we have had our whole trip! It was impeccably clean, ALL staff were very friendly and accommodating and the Boulevard Restaurant was FANTASTIC! Excellent meals! We will be back and I will be signing up for your membership program to stay at future Holiday Inn Hotels.

Was told told the restaurant could not serve food faster than 45 minutes due to a couple large group bookings. Also, conference dinner portions were extremely random with some plates being over full with other less than half.
