My recent stay at this hotel was below expectations due to several concerns: Non‑functional hair dryer The hair dryer provided in the room was not operational, which caused inconvenience and did not align with the standard amenities expected from a hotel. Unclean bathtub area The bathtub had visible dirt and residue along the edges. This indicates insufficient cleaning and raises concerns about overall room hygiene. Inappropriate swimwear in the pool area During my visit to the swimming pool, I observed a guest wearing attire that was not appropriate for a family‑friendly environment. Proper supervision and enforcement of pool guidelines would help maintain a comfortable atmosphere for all guests. Hot-tub Exceeded the limit, rings and swimming tubes inside it Washroom close to the pool We couldn’t use it as it shown in the picture, it is very dirty in the beginning of the day I would not recommend this hotel

The lobby was bright and welcoming. The desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very cool to have a room with a walk out to the pool. Such a great property that has so much potential.

I will begin with the positives: friendly, quick and efficient check-in, bed was comfortable and clean, the room had basic necessities like microwave, fridge, tv, coffee, blowdryer, decent breakfast is included (eggs, pancakes or waffles, sausages, sliced ham (didn’t eat the pork product), oatmeal, toast, coffee, juices, fruit, yoghurt. I was attending a full weekend event in Sylvan Lake, and accommodation there was limited and almost twice the price, so I decided the drive wouldn’t be a big factor and selected this property because it had a fitness centre, pool and hot tub (but didn’t end up using any of the amenities). The hotel is a short walk to a park, with a viewpoint. Opportunities for improvement: entering the property my first thought was omg what happened to this place! The parking lot is wide open, but the asphalt, planters, landscaping, and hotel in general have definitely seen better days!
