Está ocasión no me fue tan bien como la primera. Cuando me entregaron el cuarto este no estaba bien aseado y tuve que hablar a recepción, después de negociar me cambiaron el cuarto y las llaves que me dieron del cuarto nuevo no funcionaban, me volvieron a dar llaves nuevas y no funcionaban bien, a veces abría a veces no. Fui al gimnasio y no funcionaba la caminadora como la primera vez, la caminadora elíptica fallaba del apoyo de la pierna izquierda. Quitaron la cafetera automática de Nescafé y pusieron una americana cómo de 4 litros pero su funcionamiento depende del personal. Lo único que mejoró fue el bufete, había alguien limpiando y resurtiendo seguido, la primera vez no dejaron a nadie.

If anything, our only complaint was there was no fridge in the room and the ice machine was broken. The doorman offered to find us ice but the restaurant took care of us...great place to eat, btw. Beds were very hard for our liking but we survived.

Fue una experiencia complicada diferente, en la primer habitación que nos entregaron estaba sucia olía horrible a humedad, tenia cabellos en la cama y en la regadera, nos cambiaron de habitación sin embargo el confort de la habitación no es bueno, los aires acondicionados hacen ruido toda la noche, importante también que no hay seguridad en el estacionamiento y esta abierto eso también genera cierta inseguridad al dejar tu carro con cosas.

Various things: 1. the door to our room was stuck; needed to run the key card twice and almost kick the door open (no exaggeration here) 2. the carpet in the room was dirty 3. there were dirty spots on the wall 4. THE DOOR TO THE EMERGENCY EXIT WAS EITHER LOCKED OR STUCK AS WELL! (Capitals deliberate) 5. at breakfast I asked if there were knives; there weren't; they told me to use a spoon instead (to put butter on my bread?) 6. this hotel was very basic; I expected basic (just spending the night), but this was less than I expected 7. the hotel is not in a very nice neighborhood; this is not a complaint, because I should have checked better, but it is worth mentioning I thought this was comparable to Holiday Inn Express (where we stayed in Austin); basic but okay. This was not okay. It was terrible.

Nos cancelaron la reservación desde las 12:00 pm del 1/29/2025 siendo que el check-in era a las 3:00 pm, segun el la señorita de recepción me marcaron a mi celular pero nunca recibi ninguna llamada y decidieron cancel mi reservación y cuando llegue a realizar check-in solo me dijeron que estaba lleno y que nuestra reservación ya habia sido cancelada.

Al llegar a las 7 pm con reservacion hecha no habia habitacion limpia, la que me asignaron habia una bola de pelos en la cama, las fundas de las almohadas estaban sucias llenas de maquillaje. La srita Fernanda nos atendio muy bien, se hizo cargo de la situacion y me soliciono el inconveniente, una chica muy amable.

Llegamos a las 4:00pm y no tenían lista la habitación, nos pidieron esperar cuando teníamos muchísima prisa por dejar nuestras pertenencias, vestirnos e irnos a una boda. Una de las personas de recepción me contestó molesta cuando le pregunté a qué hora era el check-in. Al final pudieron resolvernos dándonos otra opción de habitación, pero fue una mala experiencia por la actitud de la persona cuando el no tener habitaciones listas fue error del hotel. La limpieza de la habitación está bien, pero las toallas se notan muy viejas.

El personal fue poco amable cuando les externamos nuestra incomodidad por el ruido en la habitación que procede del exterior, a lado del hotel hay un bar que tiene música, al menos desde que llegamos a eso de las 6 pm hasta la 1 am. Al pedir cambio de habitación, la señorita nos responde que no tiene más habitaciones sencillas, solo doble sy tendríamos que pagar la diferencia ($200), al mencionarle que no me parecía que por causas de su propio servicio nos cobrara una tarifa más alta, nos respondió que no es culpa del hotel que a lado haya un bar, lo cual entiendo pero en la forma de decir las cosas y atender al cliente es donde se podía resolver, incluso hasta hubiéramos pagado los $200, que para ellos ni para nosotros era tanto, pero para ellos implicaba cero perdida y un cliente contento. NO VOLVEMOS.

I loved the breakfast here. Made by someone who knows how to cook! The refried beans with cheese and fresh chopped onions and cream was excellent. Good coffee. Excellent tangy yogurt with real honey. Eggs spiced with just enough jalapeño. Wonderful stay! Thank you!

The breakfast was the highlight of every day, the neighborhood was a little bit rough, but this hotel was a far cry better than the Hampton that I stayed in last year for family vacation. It wouldn’t hurt anything for Marriott to bump up and remodeled the property but overall it was very well kept.
