Limpio, amplio. Los detalles (mínimos) fueron 3 -no funcionanaba el elevador, el hotel es de 4 pisos. -el aire acondicionado era un poquito ruidoso (solo un poco) -las persianas eran blancas y aunque eran blackout, no oscurecían la habitación totalmente. Aún así, muy muy recomendable.

Pero esperaba mucho más en fotos no se ve tan austero y la habitación se muchísimo más grande La próxima vez me hospedaría en uno de cadena que ya sé exactamente cómo son las habitaciones ya que aquí el precio no es precisamente barato Si me gustó mucho la seguridad de cada puerta y que tiene estacionamiento seguro

Todo estuvo perfecto, lo único es que los cuartos ni la recepción tienen cafetera. Y los elevadores no funcionaban. No fue mucho problema porque estábamos en el segundo piso y usamos escaleras pero es importante punto a considerar si va alguien con alguna lesión o silla de ruedas

En general la propiedad necesita renovación; en la habitación que me tocó, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y ni dejo dormir y el extractor del baño igual, mucho ruido y en el lobby te cobran el café. Pero el hotel muy conveniente para ir de compras a sus alrededores y no batalle para el estacionamiento.

What i like no isdues in requesting clean towels or toiletries... what i dont like is that e erytime i stay there they disconnect the key at 11am during checkout day and checkout us at 12pm.. I have to go to the lobby and have the key card reactivated... also they have a swimming pool but its always cold. They should add heated lamps to heat uo the pool. Ive been staying at this place for over a year. And I can hardly ever use the pool. Its always cold...

Hicimos la reservación en este hotel para NADAR por el calor con mucho tiempo de anticipación y al acudir nos dicen que al alberca esta inhabilitada, esperamos al dia siguiente puesto que nos dijeron que mañana quedaría y tampoco estaba habilitada, terrible que uno vaya por los servicios que ofrecen y al llegar enterarse que no cuentan con lo prometido y por algo que uno está PAGANDO

The rooms were disgusting... My floor had long black gross hairs all over the place and also had a very unpleasant lingering oder that would not go away. They charge you to have complimentary coffee, not that we wanted any because that too looked disgusting. Won't be back

I didn’t like that we didn’t have enough towels, and there was no safe inside the room. No glass to rinse your teeth. There’s a microwave but no plates to warm a piece of bread! Bed was nice!👍 Food options are great, we walked to El Cafezito, a cute restaurant that offers great food. The neighborhood is nice with friendly people!👍

As this was listed as an extended stay suite - would be impossible to stay they for an extended stay! No coffee maker, no plates - no nothing! Beds were okay but just okay! Nowhere around to eat! Was pretty disgusted! Would never recommend this place to anyone ever!

Pero es un hotel sin alma, no hay cuadros, flores o decoraciones, ni detalles, ni siquiera una botella de agua de bienvenida. Hay muchos trabajadores de empresas industriales, que se levantan o llegan en la madrugada. Se oye mucho el ruido del pasillo y de los otros cuartos. Tiene refrigerador tamaño completo, microondas, estufa eléctrica. El refrigerador hace mucho ruido en la noche. Hay un clima Carrier de ventana, muy eficiente aunque ruidoso. Le hace falta un espejo de cuerpo completo. No hay más que el espejo del lavabo. La cortina del cuarto (# 406) se cayó en la noche y nos despertó. Estaba pegada con cinta adhesiva. La cama es demasiado alta (peligrosa en una caída) , dura, y muy ruidosos los resortes al moverse en el colchón.

It felt like a lower end hotel, even if it has the full kitchen which is why I booked the stay there. The entrance is secure I guess, because I ringed and nobody answered. I had to wait for somebody to exit until I could enter. Then I asked the attendant why he didn't open the door and he told me he was in the restroom. I guess it's correct, but it didn't set a good tone for the stay. So, no frills, and customer service is on the low end of the priorities.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel ya que queda enfrente de Galerías Saltillo y está cerca de Parque Centro, unos de mis lugares favoritos para ir a comer en Saltillo. Las instalaciones estaban modernas y cómodas para pasar la noche. Tenían justo lo que necesitaba. Solo le gustaría que pudieran vender comida aunque fuera tipo snacks porque no tenían nada. Había que comprar cosas en el súper para llevarlas al hotel y consumirlas ahí.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel ya que queda enfrente de Galerías Saltillo y está cerca de Parque Centro, unos de mis lugares favoritos para ir a comer en Saltillo. As this was listed as an extended stay suite - would be impossible to stay they for an extended stay! No coffee maker, no plates - no nothing! Beds were okay but just okay! Nowhere around to eat! Was pretty disgusted! Would never recommend this place to anyone ever!

Check in was different than what we are used to. Staff was not very friendly. We were given only one key. There was a coffee machine in the lobby that was out of service. Coffees were a little over a dollar. Lukewarm water instead of hot water. No usual coffee maker, cups or any of that stuff in the room. Only two large towels for a room with a double bed. It was ok but could have been better

Los hoteles de estancias prolongadas en los que me he alojado antes tienen cocinas equipadas con todo lo necesario para preparar y comer. Este no tenía nada. Ni siquiera un vaso. Pedí un vaso de plástico para el baño en recepción y el recepcionista me dijo que no tenían. Parece poca cosa, pero cuando te cepillas los dientes antes de dormir es un detalle agradable.

El Aromatizante olía a limón con nicotina o cigarro demasiado penetrante. El cobertor igual tenía un olor muy fuerte. En internet venía que incluía desayuno y ni siquiera tenían restaurante ni maquinas expendedoras. Por favor corrijan la página de expidia.

Esta en buen lugar, pero concepto en se manejan que excluye la limpieza y genera un costo extraño me parece bueno, la regadera está sucia hay cabellos muy viejos en el piso, y no hay ni en donde tomar un café.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel ya que queda enfrente de Galerías Saltillo y está cerca de Parque Centro, unos de mis lugares favoritos para ir a comer en Saltillo. Las instalaciones estaban modernas y cómodas para pasar la noche. Tenían justo lo que necesitaba. Solo le gustaría que pudieran vender comida aunque fuera tipo snacks porque no tenían nada. Había que comprar cosas en el súper para llevarlas al hotel y consumirlas ahí.
