Great check in. Room was nice and bed comfortable. Pool was ice cold and full of leaves but it was winter after all. Plenty of amenities nearby. Stores, gas, restaurants etc... The girl at front desk was friendly and helpful.

Let me start by saying - "if you're expecting the Ritz - this ain't it - the furniture is old and the room could use updating." However - if you're looking for a nice sized room - with a very comfortable bed - for an extremely quiet night's rest - then this is the place for you. What my wife and I truly loved about this property is: 1) it's pet friendly. 2) it's gated with roving security - we felt very safe. 3) we had a little issue with the hot water - we called the front desk - and the issue was fixed within minutes - not hours. 4) there's a wonderful breakfast served in the morning from 7am to 11am (times may change in the future). The breakfast personnel were wonderful and very accommodating. The food was hot and plentiful. 5) The layout of the property was very easy to access and there were plenty of parking in front of our room. Overall - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would definitely stay here in our future travel while enroute to Mexico City - and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you Hotel Mision Express Saltillo.

Recepcionista en la tarde (mujer). Cero cortesía, no te saluda, su unico movimiento fue para cobrarme. Ocupaba hielo y no tienen fabrica de hielo, lo fui a pedir a cocina, donde me dijeron que el hielo que habia era de ellos y no me podian compartir. Tuve que ir al Oxxo como a kilometro y medio de distancia a comprar un bolsa de hielo. En el baño de mi habitacion habia dos cucarachos pequeños muertos y la pared de la regadera se estaba desprendiendo. El mobiliario de la habitacion se encuentra viejo y desgastado. El aire acondicionado hace DEMASIADO ruido, batallas para quedarte dormido. En fin, un desastre, una sola noche de hospedaje gracias a Dios. No vuelvo a venir.

Si el supervisor no valida las habitaciones, cambien al supervisor y a la mucama. Habitación sucia sin cambio de sábanas aupongo, porque al levantar las cobijas habia mucho cabello, lo cual indica que no limpiaron y solo acomodaron el espacio. Es la parte más importante por lo que uno paga el precio de la habitación. El servicio de desayuno con mala actitud de parte del equipo. Si les gana tener listo el servicio de restaurante, mejor que recorran el horario (si no pueden contratar más personal) para que cuando abran, puedan atender a los huéspedes de forma decente.

La atención a cliente es muy mala, sobre vendieron las habitaciones, los restaurantes siempre estaban cerrados, me entregaron la habitación tarde, no tenían papel de rollo en la misma y no me dieron la llave del habitación; como tenía prisa lo dejamos así, pero en la noche cuando regresamos al hotel tuve que acudir a recepción para me entregaran la llave de la habitación. No dan bien la información; pagué una habitación con desayuno incluido... en la mañana nos levantamos temprano para entregar la habitación e ir a desayunar (La habitación se entrega a las 12 pm y nosotros llegamos a recepción a las 11:15 am) y hasta ese momento nos dijeron que los desayunos solo se sirven hasta las 11 am. Pésimo servicio al cliente, las recepcionistas son groseras, mal encaradas y no te resuelven nada.

My biggest issue is that there is no refrigerator in the room otherwise everything else was fine. Breakfast was better than you get in the normal US hotels. If you want to eat out you are probably going to have to drive

I cannot recommend this property - the air conditioning did not work and we had to change rooms - the place is obviously very old and there was a terrible smell in the bathroom - all that was available for dinner was a chicken sandwich at their small sports bar - it was disappointing
