Não recomendo. Começando pela cama, sem quaisquer resguardo, o que além de incómodo pois o lençol de baixo enrolava constantemente, é uma autêntica falta de higiene pois o nosso corpo acaba por entrar em contacto direto com o colchão que pode ter ácaros ou outras substâncias desconhecidas!! Uma autêntica desilusão, e apesar de ter marcado pelos Hotéis.com não o voltarei a fazer pois apresentam uma autêntica publicidade enganosa. O Hotel tem, na verdade uma localização maravilhosa, contudo marquei para usufruir de um spa e piscina que nem sequer estavam em funcionamento. Não se publicita nada que não seja real, nem o check out que seria ao meio dia e tive de sair às onze. Tudo surreal. A limpeza deixa a desejar. Até as paredes tinham manchas de sujidade, o sofá nem se fala. A tampa da sanita com bocados de madeira a menos, a sanita rachada. Todas as questões foram reportadas aos funcionários, mas a gestão não se falou. Pedi várias vezes para que pusessem um resguardo e durante quatro dias nada foi feito. Estavam várias pessoas a reclamar do mesmo. É uma pena que um hotel tão bonito e tão bem situado, numa praia tão maravilhosa, esteja tão mal gerida. Tem um potencial imenso. Agora qualquer plataforma que, como está publicite tudo o que não é verdade, não é de confiança, desculpem, mas ainda fiquei à espera do que prometem no site, piscina e spa... They have to do some refurbishment at the rooms building. The lift need some care. At night when you go to your room is poor lighting in the access

Comfortable bed and very good breakfast. The sauna was not operational.

We stayed during the winter so almost everything was not in use, including the bars. Accommodation is basic, dated and simple but clean. The breakfast is sufficient with both hot and cold options.

Pues no tenia jacuzzi, baño turco y masajes, deberian haber puesto en la pagina que en temporada baja estas instalaciones no funcionan, en la habitacion nos encontramos arañas. En el desayuno estuvo bien, no habia camareros que recogieran las mesas y una cosa graciosa que habia un gato que se paseaba por debajo de las mesas.

A streetlight flickered on and off every night and shone directly into my room which was annoying WiFi is not good in any part of the hotel 2 flights of stairs up to my room not good with a heavy case Breakfast was ok one day they had forgotten to switch the food heater on which meant everything was cold

Hotellet, værelserne og omgivelserne er gammelt og trænger til en kærlig hånd. Skimmelsvamp på værelserne, indelukket og generelt nusset. Poolen trænger til en opgradering, men så ren ud. Generelt er det ok for pengene - lige udover skimmelsvampen som er overdøvende på værelser og efter min mening er uacceptabelt. Morgenmaden var god!

Site exceptionnel avec piscine, grande chambre, très propre, bon petit déjeuner et André à la réception était très gentil!

En la limpieza de las habitaciones algo de dejadez ... la cama estaba muy mal hecha ...

El lugar es muy bonito el alojamiento esta bien aunque un poco viejo, los colchones regular mas bien malo, tendrian q renovarlo, por lo demas muy bien.

Great price with a great location. I would recommend it for the price. However, the hotel is pretty old and run down. The Expedia listing also has several pieces of incorrect information: The address is wrong (you want to go to the "Luz Bay Hotel" and the address Expedia provides is a couple streets over), the check in time was wrong (actually 3pm, not 2pm like Expedia said) and the check out time was wrong (Actually 11am, not 12pm).

El lugar es muy hermoso, ubicado súper cerca de una playa muy hermosa. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda. El desayuno es muy bueno, una gran variedad de opciones y sabroso. Ofrece un área para dejar el vehículo a la vuelta del hotel pero es un lugar muy seguro. Una estadía que realmente disfrutamos.

We were a little leery having read other reviews of this property prior to arrival. We are very happy to say that it was a nice place to spend a few nights. Included breakfast buffet was fine. It is a five minute walk to the beach and shopping. The only complaint we had is the Wi-Fi was very sketchy at times. We would come back here to stay again.

Der Preis für eine 3 Sterne Unterkunft passt. Keine 4 Sterne. Frühstück ist ganz ok, besser als selber kochen und einkaufen. Im Zimmer im Februar sehr kalt. Wasser in der Dusche ist nach 10 min nicht mehr heiß, reicht nicht zum aufwärmen, zum normalen Duschen reicht es aber. Wegen dem Preis und der Lage kann ich es trotzdem empfehlen. Wir haben dort immer nur gefrühstückt und geschlafen, ansonsten den ganzen Tag mit Auto unterwegs.

Mit eigenen PKW sehr zu empfehlen als Ausgangspunkt für viele Touren. Ruhig gelegen und nicht weit zum Strand. Das Frühstück war gut, die Anlage und Zimmer etwas älter, aber noch okay. Sehr hilfreich und extrem nett war André vom Empfang, welcher uns viele gute Tipps gab. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Excellent stay. Really nice rooms and great breakfast. Service was wonderful and very helpful. Close walk to main area and public transit. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was perfectly located for the beach and for the arrangements we had while in Luz. We did have some difficulty finding the hotel as it was called by a different name on the outside of the hotel. It may have just been us after a long day of travelling!

It should be luz bay beach club and the address is wrong took me more than half an hour to find it

Very difficult to find the hotel. The name and address of the hotel in Expedia is not correct. We spent more than an hour to locate the property. We walked all over the area in rain looking for the hotel. A local resident helped us in locating the hotel. The name of the hotel is Luz not the Club House CVl and it is on a different street.

Note that it is at Hotel Luz Bay. Close to beach, restaurants and hiking trails
