We purposely stayed here for the hot tub and it was out of service. The front desk staff was on her second day and didn’t know the answer to any questions. There was no bedding or pillows for the pullout couch bed. The floors in the bathroom were disgusting. The pool was full of hair and a dirty bandaid. Coffee and juice tasted sour at breakfast. This stay was for a birthday and I am so disappointed at the amount of money we spent for one night to be miserable.

Clean, comfortable room in a convenient location. Hot tub was wonderful. Also appreciated that the shower had a non-slip surface. Breakfast was great. The workout room had decent equipment, although I didn't get around to using it. Would definitely stay again if in the same area.

The staff was very friendly. The whole place was in the middle of a renovation, and it showed. The drainage on the pool deck seemed to be clogged or otherwise not working. There was standing water all around the pool. The Culvers right next door was convenient. I never understand hotel room designs that have bathroom sinks outside of the bathroom itself, forcing people to do all of their bathroom sink/mirror needs in front of their roommates. Our fourth floor suite was like this. Whoever thought this layout was good for hotels, they are wrong. Overall, not bad for the cost.

The room itself was fine, a bit outdated and worn. We had to switch rooms due to another guest smoking pot and it wafting through our ac/heating unit. The employee at the counter was very kind about it and did not make a fuss over switching our room, was apologetic even though he had no control over it. The pool was chilly, not as cold as most hotel pools however. The real disappointment came from the temperature of the hot tub. That was cold! Felt like a Luke warm bath that sat for an hour. As with most, there was an abundance of chlorine and our eyes could only tolerate about 30 minutes of pool time. Staff we encountered was all very friendly, breakfast was mediocre at best, and the rooms could definitely use an update. Location was wonderful and convenient. Close to many great restaurants and things to do.

We are local to Fort Wayne but I wanted a hotel with a jacuzzi tub and pool to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I was very disappointed that the pool area was closed. There were no signs posted about this. We got our suits on only to not be able to open the door to the pool. I asked the front desk and they said it was closed. They told us we could go to a nearby hotel 5 minutes away to swim but that was not an option for us. We didn’t want to come back with wet suits or change somewhere else. The jacuzzi tub was nice but the room was a bit dated. The bed frame was a big metal frame that stuck out so I had to be careful getting out of bed each time or I would have hurt myself. If it weren’t for the jacuzzi tub, this room would have been a complete waste of money. As it was, wasn’t worth what I paid expecting a pool.

They were renovating the lobby upon check-in. The next morning it was cleaned up for breakfast. The new furniture looked very nice. The lobby / breakfast area is very beautiful. The pool was ICE COLD. You know it's too cold when the kids wouldn't even go in and stayed in the hot tub. The "hot" tub was luke-warm. The temp of the hot tub should have been the temp of the pool. The hot tub should have been much warmer. Very disappointed in the pool/spa. Breakfast was superb. The waffles were great! Overall, this is a nice place to stay. I would stay here again, but I would hope they'd get their pool/hot tub temps correct.

Upon arrival of the hotel room, we noticed a pungent smell and that the toilet had been used and not flushed prior to us arriving. The beds were very uncomfortable and the noise level was absurd.

I didnt like dirt and stains on bathroom floor, unremoveable dirt stains embedded on the edges of bathtub, area around fridge dirty and extremely worn. The looks of this room is a major downgrade from previous stays i had at Hampton hotels.

The room had an odor, tile floors sticky, hall carpets filthy and worn. We were staying several days and on the third day I asked for housekeeping at 6:30 am at the desk and was promised a cleaning. When we returned at 6:00 pm nothing had been touched. When I brought this to the attention of the desk staff they responded stating they only clean every third day. I said this was the third day! They brought towels and the toilet paper we needed, but they never cleaned as requested. We left a day earlier and lost money on our booking. We had stayed in this hotel last year in June and really had a great experience, but we will be looking around next year.

Pretty clean, hair on the toilet seat and carpet did not look vacuumed, but rest seemed okay. Noisy. Room near elevator so people in halls running, yelling and slamming doors until about 1 am. Thin walls and could hear everything next door. I took a picture of the door in the dark and you can see from the light in the hall that there are huge gaps around the door which probably contributes to the extra noise and coldness. Pool was warm, hot tub a little warmer than pool, seemed clean enough. Breakfast fine.

They are doing renovations but not on the rooms yet. Old rooms. Mattress is on a metal platform and we'd hit it getting in and out of bed and it was like a gong! Super loud. Hotel was loud and not very clean. Not worth $200!!

Bed felt like it was about to collapse, every time you move it was like an old school water bed. The room smelled like chlorine and the fan in the bathroom sounded like a phone was ringing. Staff was very polite and friendly though.

We got to the room and the refrigerator was dirty inside and damaged. The room was so cold. We tried to turn the heat up but we still had to sleep with our coats on. The beds hurt our backs. So we didn't sleep well at all. I had to be at the hospital is the morning for a biopsy. I had problems laying on the bed at the hospital do to my back hurting so much from the night. Before. I will not be staying at the hotel ever again. I travel a lot and do not have much problems with Hamilton Inn.

This hotel was not bad. Weird check in, seemed like the front desk did not believe I am who I said I am. She questioned my name. Then the fire alarm went off at 7:30pm due to excessive weed smoke and again at 1:30am with no reason why. Breakfast was good and the manager was very respectful to guests and staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I am on the fence whether I would stay there again.

Close to interstate, restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast. My door stuck so bad I had to force it open with my shoulder. I didn’t receive housekeeping (probably because the door stuck) Shower curtain was visibly dirty and looked like it had hung in dirty water all along the bottom edge. Curtains were hanging unevenly. Bedspreads were snagged all over. There were no wash cloths or hand towels. There was no toilet paper holder, the toilet paper was in a drawer. Trash can outside exit door was overflowing and there was trash on the ground around it and was in this condition for three nights I stayed.

We stayed one night with 6 people in two suites. Great service, easy check in, great breakfast. Their staff are very helpful, friendly, they even recommended a dinner restaurant. We returned on our way home and had the same great service.

we made our reservation 2 months ahead through hotels.com I called the hotel 2 days prior to ensure it was all good. 3 hrs from home for a cheer competition 3,6, 8 yr old. and 3 adults. Desk first assumes our last name 20 minutes in I ask again if she needs reservation number. No, I said how do you know who we are. Well wrong name then finds ours. Now she says well I don’t have the rooms you need. She then takes 1/2 hr to find kings rooms with pull out couch. All luggage ready up we go no couch 7 people two room and only 2 beds. She calls hotel next to them. She said oh you can walk and they have rooms but we don’t. Now we walk there and they only have the one night not 2. It took us till 10:30 at night to find a hotel 40min away because everything was booked. I had 3 little ones who were excited about swimming and cheer now it was fast food and bed. I have never in my life had something like this after booking way ahead due to competition and knowing the hotels would book fast. They just said I can’t get ahold of my GM and there’s nothing I can do.

Manager was standing at side of desk while we were checking in and witnessed our displeasure over the$25 early check in fee. He said nothing (Brian Brandon). It's Been my experience that a Hampton Manager would always greet their guests. "welcome" "how was your drive". Not a peep just continued looking at his phone.

Elevator smelled terrible. Room had stink bugs in it. They said breakfast was until 10AM, however they hot food was gone shortly after 9:30 AM and was not replenished. This included waffles, eggs, sausage, and bacon. Had to leave to get breakfast. When asked, the hotel staff informed us they were told not to put out any more food. 3 kids and 2 adults and no breakfast

We had a really nice stay! The room was very clean and well taken care of. However, the one AC unit in our suite could not seem to keep up and our room was pretty hot through the night. The pool was nice but the hot tub jets didn’t work. The staff was very friendly and inviting! The breakfast was really good as well! Lots of options.

I loved our room and ease of getting to/from hotel to the colliseum. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast - the sausages did not taste right. And several mornings we had to ask around to find someone who would refill the water tank....one morning we got there at 6 a.m. and there was no water in it yet.
