Aloft by Marriott Denver North Westminster

Wonderful place. Rooms were nice. Beds comfy. Bathroom was nice and overall was very comfortable to be in with family. The pool was nice and the gym was very nice as it had a range of equipment. Although we didn’t eat at the place i liked how they had a selection of foods an even food to order at the bar. We didn’t notice the lobby had games but loved there was a pool table. Parking did kind of suck because there is no walk ways to the lot itself & you have to walk thru some bushes if you don’t wanna go all the way around but that’s just something minor. Will definitely stay here again & the area is also spectacular.

One cannot beat the location of this hotel! Plus beds are very comfortable and the staff is very kind and helpful! The outdoor pool in the summer is certainly nice! My husband and I stay here often and have not been disappointed!!!

This Aloft was wonderful. Loved the little bar. The nice lady who took care of us was awesome. Pool/hottub area was nice. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I will definately be back.

Pool and jacuzzi were great

Music by pool until 1:00AM kept us awake. There should be a quiet hour when pool activity and music ends.

Everything is good, the only thing i don't like it's, the pool is on maintenance. Why in weekend, why more than 2 days. Why happened when I arrived.

Great hotel, very clean and modern with soft, comfortable beds. Nice pool and jacuzzi .Property is close to many dining and shopping options.

Property staff very nice and location of this hotel can't be beat! Such a great location! It would be nice if there was a lobby TV that ran all night for either early risers or late nighters that dont want to distub their rommates at those times. Bummer that only one elevator was working during our stay since it was long wait times to utilize and no stirway to use to get to rooms, so had to use slow single elevator.

First room had dirty towels laying on floor and hanging from hooks. 2nd room had no shower gel, toilet needed repair, slow draining sink and some stupid lights in ceiling that flashed every time you moved in bed. Aaaarrrrrggggghhh!

Title: Disappointing Experience at Aloft North Denver I recently booked a three-night stay at the Aloft North Denver and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon entering the hotel, I immediately noticed that it had a general air of neglect. The carpets in both the room and the hallways were stained, giving a very unwelcoming impression. To make matters worse, our room had carpets that felt dirty, and the window blinds were also stained – it was hard to feel comfortable in such an environment. Additionally, the furniture in the room was ripped and worn out, which further added to the feeling of being in a rundown establishment. To top it all off, there was a strange odor permeating the hotel that made it even less inviting. While I must commend the maintenance man for his friendly demeanor and willingness to help, his efforts were no match for the overall condition of the property. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues and general disrepair couldn’t be addressed overnight. As a result, we decided not to stay for the last two nights of our reservation and opted to leave after just one night. As a Marriott-owned hotel, I expected much more in terms of cleanliness and customer service. Sadly, the service did not meet the standard I anticipated either. I do not recommend staying at this property, as there are likely better options available in the area. Save yourself the disappointment.

This is the best hotel in the area. I will only stay here for all my Denver trips. The staff is always friendly and inviting. The rooms are always clean and the beds are as comfy as home.

Overall it was easy and in a great neighborhood. Staff was efficient and friendly. Noticed lots of stains on the blinds, carpet that were off-putting to me.

It was a quick 24 hr stay. The floor was sticky and the side tables had sticky cup rings still present from someone’s cups.

Rooms were clean but hallways and elevators were disgusting. Iron had wax on it and it wrecked my shorts. Brown stains on washcloths. I probably will mot stay at that property again when visiting.

Convenient location. Clean, spacious room. However, there is no desk at which to do work. Wouldn't recommend for a business traveler that needs to get work done

Overall, it is an excellent place to stay. the staff is prompt and friendly and professional in demeanor and appearance. The only part of my stay I did not enjoy was the noise/sound proofing. I could hear everything going on in the hallway through the walls and door. Slamming doors all night because the doors don't have any kind of dampers on them. I just wish there was some investment in noise control. I'm lucky if I got three solid hours of sleep. Also, there was no soap anywhere to be found in the room.

Disappointing. The room AC was very noisy and only one cup for coffee . Other Alofts I stayed at were much better.

Tried 2 years in a row now, loved the location. The lack of a microwave oven in my room was a huge downside which will most likely make me choose a different location next year when i travel to the Denver area.

The hotel was clean and modern. The pool was outside and was pretty decent size for my 9 year old to have fun. There is no door in the hotel rooms that separate the room from the shower so that was slightly awkward with my teenage son. Our bathroom door also did not stay closed.

My husband and I decided to rent a room for one night to have a relaxed and much needed night sleep, but it appeared that the walls were paper thin since we were able to hear people above us fighting, shouting and stomping as well as what seemed to be tossing furniture around! Needless to say we were more tired when we left than when we got there! 😔

Nice and clean but for all the rooms on the east side where the sun rises there should be a curtains, the light shines in your face from around that shade and we woke up with the sun all 3 days.

Just wish i had more privacy in the room, no division for bathroom., not great for older kids.

The front desk staff was amazing. They were nice, approachable, and offered a lot of information about the surrounding area. The room was incredibly clean and the mattess was amazingly comfortable.

Rude management, was not pleased with her service at all. Every other employee before her was kind and understanding and extremely helpful, until she started working the monday day shift. So i will now be contacting the higher up reps at the Marriott to discuss a resolution

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor service we experienced during our recent stay at your hotel. Given the amount we paid, we expected a much higher standard of service and attention to detail. Issues Encountered: Amenity Shortages: On our first night, our room lacked basic amenities including shampoo and conditioner. We were forced to visit the front desk ourselves to obtain these essential items, which should have been provided as standard. Inadequate Housekeeping: The following day, our shower gel ran out completely, yet housekeeping failed to replenish it despite their daily rounds. This oversight left us without basic toiletries during our stay. Poor Communication and Follow-through: When housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:20 AM for cleaning, we politely requested they return later to accommodate our schedule. Unfortunately, they never returned to clean our room that day, leaving us with an unserviced room. Lack of Proactive Service: Throughout our stay, we were repeatedly required to visit the front desk for items and services that should have been automatically provided or delivered to our room. Your staff showed no initiative in addressing our needs or ensuring our comfort.

Stayed 4 days. Twice requested housekeeping and could never get them to my room. Very annoying

Nice quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Room was not available at check in time. Parking for check in was not clearly marked. Wrong room was assigned despite arrangements multiple times in advance requiring change after first night. Registration would not allow new room key despite obvious physical disability making transfer of luggage unnecessary difficult. Ran out of tissues and toilet paper. Housekeeping did not provide service within the parameters given of 3 day. 9 day stay should have have decent housekeeping. You call that breakfast? Food choices in the bar were inadequate.

I paid for the room for another night after one night there they locked me out of my room at 8am for nonpayment.. because of the security deposit for THAT NIGHT.. was not even checkout time.. I left came back paid the deposit then they claimed it did not go through but it came out of my account and they proceeded to escort me to get my stuff from my room… lol.. they got all the money AND the deposit and kicked me out for nonpayment before checkout time in my current room. Was all the money I had. This place is low down I can’t even believe this happened and Marriot woukd do nothing about it.

I got to my Aloft hotel around 9pm. Despite having confirmation # , they informed me that they did not have room for me. I was forced to find another place to stay after a long day of travel.

Everything from the check in to the check out personel very friendly , also the breakfast lady excellent service .

I booked with Expedia. As soon as the front desk lady saw that, her attitude changed. She was not welcoming at all after that. It really put me in a mood after a 6 hour drive. I checked in about 4 on 8/9/25. If you allow 3rd party booking then it shouldn't matter. Everything else was wonderful for our stay.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Neighborhood is very walkable with lots of restaurants and retail.

We booked the Aloft based on a family recommendation. It was conveniently located from DIA and for the family events of the weekend. It also was in walking distance of numerous restaurants and shopping.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. It is located near lots of restaurants and in a safe area, it was a great place to rest and refresh for our trip to Utah.

We were on a long road trip from Aspen and decided to drive through Denver to check out the city. We found this hotel on Expedia for a very reasonable price. Planned to stay for one night but then extended for another night. This hotel is new, clean, and fairly quiet for being close to the highway. The design is very modern and chic. Our room is small and cozy like a loft but that's all we need for a couple. I'm sure they have bigger rooms. We feel safe staying here. The parking is well-lit with surveillance cameras. We have a lot of expensive equipment in our 4runner. There’s easy access to the stores and shops. 20-30 mins to downtown Denver. The staff is friendly, especially the gentleman who works in the morning. We would stay here again when we come to Denver.

I’ve stayed here before, it is a great spot. The staff is very friendly and professional and the hotel is in great shape. Close to restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel

Great bar for a drink but not a destination. Comfortable, better than average quiet rooms with plenty of space. Lots of attention to details. There were a couple spots in the room that could have been cleaner but not bad. The bed location in my room, say from adjoining walls was a huge plus. I am a light sleeper so that worked well. The pillows were goofy small but comfortable bed. Checkin was efficient. Never have paid for the breakfast there so don’t know. But the bartender made some good cocktails and I was glad my room was close. But again the bar is not a destination spot though sometimes they have live music.

This is a nice hotel without “frills”. No restaurant, although you can “order” microwave breakfasts. Pool is small, large pool deck, definitely not enough shade. On a busy street so it can noisy with traffic. Located within walking distance of basic restaurants and shops.

Good but you charged us $20 extra for breakfast and they don’t do that anymore. It’s just muffins apples & coffee.

It was a comfort stay. It would be nice if they would carry more healthy food options in the snack area. It’s mostly just packaged, unhealthy processed snack food.

This place was dirty, unorganized and had none of the expenses you would want. Pool was closed, bar was never awful. DONT stay here

Nice hotel with an eclectic lounge/bar/main welcome area. Off season stay so the bar wasn't open but I think beer and wine could probably be obtained if desired (we didn't try). Breakfast bar with limited hot meal and/or continental options. My mattress was well-used and sagged in the middle - time to replace... Very clean hotel with friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of minor sleep discomfort.

Great value for the comfort and location. Convenient to freeways, shopping and restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable and great amenities at hotel even though bar was always closed.. Only wished they offered more blankets and pillows..
