This was a great hotel. Two solid Wolfgang Puck restaurants on site, plus a heated rooftop pool and bar. It's in a good location if you're going out to the bars and clubs in WeHo. One frustration is the only parking available on site was $70/day valet, but that's also because of the neighborhood. If you're going to visit L.A., you're going to need to rent a car, and you're also going to valet most places you want to go. Plus the valets were all very friendly and they did bring my car out quickly each time. Overall I'd definitely stay there again, and would recommend the Pendry to others!

Wow! What a beautiful hotel with the most incredible and hospitable staff. Sadly we only got to indulge for 24 hours but during this time, our stay was nothing short of impeccable. Nothing was too much to ask. The rooftop pool and bar is an absolute dream. Excellent location for a trip to West Hollywood.

I absolutely liked everything. Room was large and very clean, quiet nice airconditioning, large windows, espresso machine, fridge as option. Roof top pool was so nice with the views to the city line. Staff was very very friendly, especially Adrienne the concierge . They have complimentary Cadillac service, you can test the cars. This was one of the brst hotels I have stayed! Service has gotten way worse since the last time I stayed 6 months ago. Hotel did not give me the room I paid for initially. Gave me one without view and called it an upgrade. No service at the pool at all. $70 overnight parking fee is new. The valet folks scratched the flap of the car’s charging port because they couldn’t open it. Very unfortunate.

No detail is left to chance at the Sun Rose. Down to the velvety cushions in every chair, to the art deco styling, to the seasonal touches, to the in-room robes you will long to take home, every little thing is on purpose and well designed for beauty and comfort alike. The food is like poetry: each dish has layers of experiences and textures to keep you enthralled (yes, food can really be this good). Our favorite part of all was the people we met. D. Lo took excellent care of our car, helped us newbies every step of the way, and even held my phone just for me when I accidentally left it behind! His warmth and good humor were an excellent start to a perfect stay. Doug at the front desk told us all we needed to know, with style and infectious enthusiasm. He gave us insider tips right away so we would have an even better experience. Each day when she saw us, Brooke checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. Her attention to detail, positivity, and one-in-a-million smile were always welcome. Every question we had she had a detailed answer for us. We also adored the heated saltwater pool on the roof, “basement” bowling, city views over dinner, and world class spa. You will not regret choosing to stay here!! Bring cash for tips, as this staff earns them a thousand times over!

- location was ok, nothing too much within walking distance. So Uber or a car is needed. - Free coffee for guests at the cafe on L3. Fantastic coffee - Gym was quite large with decent amount of cardio machines. - Not enough towels in the room for 3 people. Housekeeping also didn’t leave enough towels. Easily sorted by the hotel reception.

I have stayed at this property about 5 times before this stay. The upkeep of the room has significantly declined. The phone did not work, the door to the minibar was broken and you couldn’t open the minibar fridge. Additionally, the comforter had a stain on it. Also tried to reach the front desk for about 10 minutes and nobody answered. Also quality of in-room dining food was not what I would expect for this caliber of hotel. Overall a disappointing stay. On the good side, dinner at Merois was excellent and the service was outstanding.

Beautiful hotel with lovely decor. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Tried both restaurants which were both good; recommend the one on three. Only thing I would say negative is that house cleaning was below average. They did not refill the toiletries and my first night it looked like the hand towel had been used hanging on the shower door and the soap was already taken out. Also noticed a cashew at one point on the floor.

As soon as you step into the lobby - you get a sense of trendy elegance and you are staying in a unique hotel. The room beautiful with a walk in closet and massive bathrooms - for 6 people. The restaurant was also very trendy with an amazing view and great signature cocktails.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. At checkout, there were unresolved issues regarding incorrect charges and missing invoice details. Although the staff member assured me these would be addressed after checkout, no follow-up was ever provided. I sent a follow-up email, but received no response. When I later called the hotel to follow up, the staff I spoke with was neither helpful nor courteous. The entire process felt unprofessional and irresponsible. Another frustrating incident occurred while waiting to check out. Even though I had arrived first, three other guests who came after me were assisted before me. To make things worse, it wasn’t even the same staff member — yet none of them respected the order in which guests were waiting. This showed a lack of basic courtesy and respect. During my stay, there was also a day when, after the room was cleaned, no bottled water was provided — a basic amenity that should not be overlooked in a hotel of this level. Overall, my experience was terrible. The staff I encountered consistently showed a lack of responsibility and professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience

Management here does not really care for their customers. After being out a whole day and coming back to my room at 4pm to change and shower for evening activities, my room was not cleaned. I had to use dirty towels to dry myself off. When you think of a 5-star experience in WeHo, this definitely does not come to mind! When I went to bring this issue up, I was lied to by front desk staff that they did not clean room since they wanted to maintain guest privacy and not enter my room unless I requested it to be cleaned. However, I was never told of this in check-in and this policy was not true when I asked the General Manager and others. It was at most. 3.5 star hotel. Staff pleasant and food was good. Service was disjointed and awkward- some standing around doing nothing while others were juggling tables. The area around the hotel was horrible. Ghetto at best. Stay at Wilshire Four Seasons or Beverly Hills Hotel. We ended up staying a night at the Shutters- Santa Monica to elevate our vacation. As a VIP we received NO benefits and actually paid extra for the room upgrade.

A really beautiful and clean hotel in a tremendous location. I was really impressed with the quick check-in and friendly staff. The on-site restaurant Ospero provided some delicious options to start each morning.
