The included buffet breakfast was one of the best we’ve seen—huge selection, fresh, and beautifully presented. Perfect base for a work week in HK. Club level a must as the 28th floor is a fabulous lounge with full breakfasts, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour. All with a beautiful view of HK Island. Staff was great, pool and gym top notch. Zero complaints.

多方面，第一當曰入住房間後我第一時間將冷氣調至最低15分鐘後發現房間冷氣冇反應，跟住我打開電視，由於我不懂怎樣調教台，所以我即時打電話到customer service，電話打咗15分鐘冇人接聽於是我繼續打第二次都係好耐冇人接聽，直至第三次在響了1 0分鐘先有人接聽，我將問題告訴他小姐話好快會安排有人上嚟，點知我等到差唔多20分鐘都冇人嚟我又繼續再打電話又係打咗10分鐘先有人聽先生話好快會有人嚟如是者再等、最後我們需要外出食飯了於是我就打電話準備通知不要來了，但最後終於有人上房檢查冷氣和教識我怎樣調校電視他們發現冷氣真的有問題，所以佢哋話會安落去問前台安排另一間房間俾我試試，一等有10分鐘當我再去另外一個房的時候一打開門發現成個房都係臭味，當時那位員工同我的反應都是一樣，於是佢再通知樓下前台問應該怎樣處理，但我已覺得冇意思了他們於是安排清潔女工上房噴空氣清新劑，而且房間嘅枱面所有都係有塵，我唔覺佢哋係冇個清潔衛生都係好差，所以我覺得四星的酒店比他還要好太令我失望了

Suite was exceptionel and very clean. Staff was very helpfull and nice. Suite was cleaned twice per day. Amenities refilled every day. Club Lounge staff also extremely helpfull and service minded. All in all we are very happy with our stay. HOTEL ICON is highly recommended.

Service was excellent! This hotel does have intern working here but they are so well trained. So it helps to contribute to society by training more hotel staff for the future. We were pleasantly surprised. We almost lost a small soft toy, possibly wrapped up within the bedsheets, but the housekeeper managed to find it back for us and even gave us a free hotel icon bear! Really grateful. Location is great. Near food places and hung Hom station. The only thing I dislike is that the shower area drainage wasn’t too good and it may flood after a long shower. Not sure if it’s because of this, after that it had a musty smell.

ロビーがいい匂いです。高級感がありました。 クラブではない普通のシティービューの部屋ですが、ビクトリアハーバーが部屋から観られました。 部屋も広くて綺麗でした。 ドライヤーがダイソン風のライフェンSEで、早く乾いたので良かったです。欲しくなりました。 最初尖沙咀から少し離れているかなと思いましたが、普段も徒歩で移動することが多いので大変ではなかったです。

Loved the service and amenities at this hotel! 😬 they gave us the highest floor and we had free mini bar every single day! The daily housekeeping was done really well too :) overall we enjoyed our stay there very much and would recommend anyone to consider this hotel!! The only downside would be that the rooms don’t have very good soundproof and we could hear people talking in the corridors in the morning. It didn’t affect us as we were going to wake up anyways!

The partial sea view room was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to such a beautiful view every day was a highlight of our trip. 多方面，第一當曰入住房間後我第一時間將冷氣調至最低15分鐘後發現房間冷氣冇反應，跟住我打開電視，由於我不懂怎樣調教台，所以我即時打電話到customer service，電話打咗15分鐘冇人接聽於是我繼續打第二次都係好耐冇人接聽，直至第三次在響了1 0分鐘先有人接聽，我將問題告訴他小姐話好快會安排有人上嚟，點知我等到差唔多20分鐘都冇人嚟我又繼續再打電話又係打咗10分鐘先有人聽先生話好快會有人嚟如是者再等、最後我們需要外出食飯了於是我就打電話準備通知不要來了，但最後終於有人上房檢查冷氣和教識我怎樣調校電視他們發現冷氣真的有問題，所以佢哋話會安落去問前台安排另一間房間俾我試試，一等有10分鐘當我再去另外一個房的時候一打開門發現成個房都係臭味，當時那位員工同我的反應都是一樣，於是佢再通知樓下前台問應該怎樣處理，但我已覺得冇意思了他們於是安排清潔女工上房噴空氣清新劑，而且房間嘅枱面所有都係有塵，我唔覺佢哋係冇個清潔衛生都係好差，所以我覺得四星的酒店比他還要好太令我失望了

Smooth check in, the front desk staff was welcoming and polite. Spacious and beautiful room comparing to other hotels in the area. The only downside was the housekeeping staff rang the bell at around 1145 (15 mins BEFORE our check out time) and asked whether the room can be cleaned or not. It felt really instrusive and interruptive as we were already busy hurrying ourselves to get ready for the checkout. It would be a perfect experience if the housekeeping staff could leave us alone and patiently wait outside of the room.

The location of the hotel is close by the HungHom MTR station, and is in walkable distance to the harbour and ferry pier. The biggest shopping complex in Tsim Sha Tsiu are all within the area. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful as usual. I would always recommend this hotel to visitors to HK.

Fantastic stay at the Icon - the staff were all fantastic and friendly and the room was huge and very comfortable with a great view over harbour (thanks for the upgrade). The club room on 28th floor was good for afternoon tea and evening cocktails. Good location to get to Hung Hom station and over to TST very easily. Would highly recommend the Icon.

We had a great time staying at Hotel Icon! The staff are great and helpful. We booked the partial harbour view room and the view was great. The room was spacious and the free mini bar is a plus. The location is convenient, it's close to the bus terminal and a huge bus stop next to the cross harbour tunnel. The closest metro station is about 10 minutes away.

Perfect base for a work week in HK. Club level a must as the 28th floor is a fabulous lounge with full breakfasts, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour. All with a beautiful view of HK Island. Staff was great, pool and gym top notch. Zero complaints.

3泊4日をとても快適に過ごせました。 今回は、パーシャルオーシャンビューのお部屋でしたが、広々としていてパーシャルでも十分に素敵な夜景を眺めることができ、今回は疲れを取る旅だったのでちょうど良い感じでした。 特にクラブフロアにアクセスできるため、アフタヌーンティー、イブニングカクテル等、うれしいサービスを受けることができました。特にKaren Cheungさんには素晴らしいアテンドをして頂いて感激でした。 特に日本人であまり英語が話せない私に対して、日本人的気質もお持ちなのか優しいアテンドで、また、私だけでなく、いらした方々皆さまに心地よいサービスをされていたと思います。ありがとうございました。 また、後半アテンドしてくださった女性の方も「ありがとうございます」と日本人と確認されて挨拶してくださったのか、細かい気遣いにビックリしました。特に食事をする際にウエットティッシュやナフキンのセットを持ってきてくださる心配りがありました。 若いバーテンダーの方も笑顔で良いサービスを提供くださいました。 カクテルやビール、illyのカフェも美味しかったです！ 残念だったのは、Above & Beyondに入る前に案内する方がいらっしゃるのですが、最初の2日くらいはとても怖い感じの女性で、Karen Cheungさんに助けてもらいました。 また、当初、ホテルにあるエステでマッサージをして頂いた後、Above & Beyondでディナーを取ろうと予め予約をお願いしましたが、あまり沢山頂けないので、スモールポーションの食事はないかと問い合わせしました。既にメニューを見てメールをしての問い合わせでしたが、メニューが添付されてきて、そこから選択するようだったので、量的に無理とディナーは諦めました。 実際に、クラブフロアで頂いた軽食は申し訳ないですが、特筆するものはなく、日が変わってもあまり変化がないので、ディナーを頂かなくても良かったかなと思いました。 ただ、できれば一人で頂けるようなスモールポーションのメニューがあったら良いなと思ったことと、日本語のメニューがあればさらに良いと思いました。 朝食は2階のThe Marketで頂きました。最初は目を見張るほどの素晴らしさ！と思いましたが、日が経つにつれ、大きな変化はなく、味は普通と思いました。ただ、ペストリーがとっても美味しかったことがうれしい発見でした。いつも以上に沢山頂いてしまいました！ 料理を作っている方の女性は愛想がいいですが、男性は中国語を話さないからか愛想なく、ただ、フロアのアテンドしてくださる方は皆さん感じが良かったです。 お部屋は快適で、きれいに清掃されてありました。ただ、日によってアメニティのあるものとないものがあったりしました。 バスタブに入れるバスソルトを持参していたので、気を利かせてくださったのか、2日目にバスソルトが置かれてあったり、体を洗うスポンジが置いてあったり、、、これらは最初から置いてくださってあればと思いました。 また、最終日でしょうか、午後に再度部屋のチェックにいらしたようで、これも毎日ではないようで、逆に不安になりました。 他、洗面所にあるBetter Waterのサーバーは素晴らしいですね！感激しました。美味しいお水でしたし、空きペットボトルが出ることなくいいアイデアです。 2度目の香港の旅は一人旅でしたが、日々の疲れが取れる旅でした。 他、アンサナスパでのエステでは、Lisaさんの手はゴッドハンドと思えるような心地良いマッサージでした。 多謝。

All the staff at the lounge was soooo nice: Agnes, Issac, Angel, Vivien and Karen offered the best service during breakfast, tea time and cocktails. We enjoyed our stay in HK at the icon hotel. We enjoyed the shuttle service but we think it might offer more rides after 2pm because the following service is around 4pm. One thing that could be improved is to have tables available in your restaurants for the guest that has just arrived. Another thing is to limit the age of the children, sometimes the kids get too noisy. Its the first time that in a hotel lounge that allows children, these ammenities are usually for adults only

We booked two rooms and both of them are so clean. The restaurant - the market - is very convenient and a good choice for both breakfast buffet and dinner buffet.

A very pleasant stay. Extremely well run hotel, friendly and helpful staff who were happy to share travel advice and recommendations, immaculate condition room, great buffet breakfast. Stunning views from the rooftop pool and gym. The hotel is also very conveniently located near the MTR station and is easily walkable to Kowloon itself. The promenade is directly opposite via footbridge and has fantastic views across to HK Island. Plenty of local restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

Rooftop and pool was much smaller then expected, Gym was the smallest i have seen and very bad air in the gym and welnesss floor, almost not possible to breefe. Breakfast was nice. Location also good
