The breakfast here was excellent. Our shower was not pitched correctly and the water ran all over half of the bathroom floor, which was annoying. We ended up having to use extra towels to contain the water. The gift shop across the street said it was open until 5 PM, but we tried to walk in at 4:30 PM and they said they were closed. The room layout was a bit strange and the TV was in a very weird spot, where nobody could watch it as we tried to sleep. Overall, the hotel was very nice though. Just a couple of strange circumstances led to it getting a four out of five, rather than a five out of five.

This was one of our favorite hotels we stayed at in Iceland. It is fully staffed with very helpful & knowledgeable. There is tons of parking as well. Across the street is a walkable path. At the hotel they have amazing wooden hottubs & sauna available. The food at the restaurant was great as well & breakfast was large, good options & healthy! The room was clean & quiet & had heated flooring & a full bathtub. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
