Staybridge Suites El Paso Airport by IHG

Clean, good location and friendly staff. Had no issues with my pet (large dog). Would stay here again.

This Staybridge was amazing. The lobby is so nice and roomy. Plenty of table and chairs in the breakfast or main meeting area. The outdoor area has plenty of chairs and tables and wonderful pool area. Our room was wonderful with both a sizeable separate bedroom and the living room area. The kitchen is so nice with both a microwave and actual burners to cook. At first we had been assigned a room with a regular shower and I had requested a walk in one because of a disability. We went back down to the lobby to see if that couldn't be changed and the man at the desk was very agreeable to do so. We will remember this place to recommend to others.

Where do I start?!! Asked b4 considering stay if hot tub was working and available? I WAS ASSURED-YES! Hot tub= cold, jets not working!! Informed staff= we”ll get someone on that right away, no response entire night?!? Next morning, how was your stay? Explaining why my stay was horrible (no comfort from the spa down) she said to my chagrin “ why didn’t they send you to our sister property 100ft. walk next door?!?” REALLY…..,. That would have been nice!! Black mold in shower. Carpet thru out in shotty disrepair, you can’t even roll your luggage w/o lifting rollers over tears/wrinkles in common walkways/hallways. Complimentary food made me sick (diarrhea) for 24 hours!! Room carpet had big stained area ( looked scary) Staff was not present or helpful. Always a sign saying we’ll be back in 15 minutes.

Nice pet friendly hotel

Beautiful property. Very clean. Execellant breakfast. Heated pool and hot tub. Outdoor grills. Fire pit. Fully stocked suite. Very quiet. Loved it.

My stay was awesome and the staff did everything in their power to ensure my stay was pleasant... Breakfast was great the laundry room was complimentary and the room was clean and comfy... Will definitely return...

Room was clean, but even though we were there for three nights, housekeeping did not once come through. Had to call out to front desk to pick up more toilet paper. There were no towels in the pool area any of the days we were there. Staff could not keep up with demand for breakfast items even though hotel was not sold out that weekend.

Property was quiet and clean. Staff was nice. We came to El Paso for shopping so we liked that it was close to the Cielo Vista Mall. Walmart and several other stores and restaurants were close by as well. We had a double bed suite and the room was a good size for 5 of us. Breakfast was great with several options including scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon or sausage, diced potatoes, fesh fruit and yogurt, cereals and bagels. The outdoor pool and spa were clean and there is a spacious seating area outside with grills. The only three minor downsides were the TV signal was spotty so we couldn't really watch TV, the wifi is slow, and the AC thermostat in our room didn’t seem to work properly so the room would either get too cold or too hot unless you manually adjusted the temp. Those were minor inconveniences though. Otherwise our stay was great.

Friendly staff, could use renovations and a bigger pool

We stayed on the first floor in a king suite. It was nice and clean, but not frivolous. Just a standard decent hotel room. The breakfast each morning was good, not a huge variety, but what you'd expect for it to be included with your stay. Being on the first floor was convenient as we had our dog with us, but there's not a ton of area outside to walk them. There are however some nice parks with 10mins or so of the hotel and plenty of places to eat that are close as well

We rented a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout for 5 people, one of them was my grandma who uses a stroller. I had called the hotel to let them know we'd be there late, about my grandma's needs and to make sure there was a pullout because we would be using it. They assured us all the rooms were very spacious. My parents got there before me, so I wasn't there to make sure all the notes I called about were fulfilled. Turns out the hotel gave us the very last room, furthest away from the elevators. That was already bad because my 85-yo grandma had to walk down maybe 20-25 rooms down to the end of the hall and around, but when I finally got there about an hour later, there was no linen for the pullout. I called down for the linen and they said we had to come get it. The didn't have pillows, and said we had to use the ones on the formal beds. The attendant did go hunting for one and gave me one, but I had to wait longer. All I got was fitted sheet, flat sheet, and a thin blanket, then the one pillow. When when we pulled out the pullout, the mattress was stained with something that looked like dried blood. It was close to midnight and I didn't feel like fighting, plus everyone else was already settled in and in pjs, and with knowing there were no more rooms, what was the point if they wouldn't even have anything available to move us to? I got comfy and tried to make myself some tea to relax, only to find out the coffee maker was dirty, with old coffee grinds. Not top notch.

The hotel was dated with a badly stained carpet, refrigerator that neither the refrigerator or freezer worked, extremely uncomfortable heater/ AC system that was extremely noisy. I had called ahead to make reservations to find out if any pet fee & was told no. After I was walking away from desk after checking in, the clerk shouted “I forgot, I have to charge you a $75 pet fee”. Needless to say I was not happy but it was late & we were very tired & of course had already checked in.

Great service, nice room, comfy bed! We appreciated the hot dinner and breakfast was good too! It’s an older hotel so the carpet is worn out etc.

Everything was really good, room was really clean, really quiet, the hotel is really pretty the staff it’s really nice I stayed with my 3 kids and I don’t have any complaints we had a really nice weekend

Our family slept very well. The beds were super comfortable. The sheets & towels were soft. The coffee machine was broken & they replaced it right away. We were all well rested for the next day.

Love having two bedrooms!! AND two bathrooms!! When traveling with teenagers this is awesome. So spacious!

Excellent property, they just need to improve internet speed in rooms, everything else is great, definitely coming back.

Nice quiet place to get sleep

Room was big and spacious. Had a full kitchen which was nice for a family trip. Furniture could use a little upgrade, but overall it was a nice stay.

Paid $200 for a room. With no air conditioner. Would not refund my money only thing was offering me a smaller room for the same price

The access to the property was super easy, as well as everything around it is so clean and so tidy. The staff to check the same we’re super nice and very helpful. Hands down I would stay here again.

Best service

Upon arrival there was one person working the desk at 8:18pm. The man seemed to be experiencing some kind of technical issue with the guest he was helping. After that it took him I've 30 min to get us checked in. Our room was already booked and paid for. They needed a card on file for incidentals. No problem. They ran both of my debit cards and said neither work and to cal my bank. My bank said that it they were processing the charge and the hotels system was declining it. It took 40 min to get in our room mind you my 7 month old was screaming and my 3 other kids were exhausted as we just drove in 8 hours from Texas. I reserved a room for 6. There were on 2 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. The pull out couch was horrible. There were no sheets açaí for this rock of a bed. We had to go get them from the front desk. Super disappointed and dissatisfied.

Customer service was over the top.

There was no house keeping service. When I mentioned that my beds had not been changed or new towels exchanged, the front desk told me that because I was staying less than 6 days, this service was not provided. They didn't even empty my trash in the room.

We got in at 3am and had called to make sure they wouldn’t give away our room. The gentleman working overnight was super friendly and helpful… he actually upgraded us to a two bedroom suite. Sadly we were only there overnight, but we definitely appreciated it! The breakfast there is also one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. 10/10 recommend!

I had previously stayed a week ago at this hotel and had no issue. Yesterday when I checked in, the room wasn’t available. I had to wait, then the room that I was given wasn’t the one I booked. I showed up at the hotel a bit after 5pm and didn’t get my room til 7pm. The girl at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I believe the problem is that the hotel might had been understaffed for the day?! Idk. I did notice that the rooms weren’t ready when people were checking in, so that’s what makes me believe that they are understaffed. Again, the girl at the front was extremely helpful and nice, she communicated with me. I waited with my family until my room was ready. Even though I had this bad experience, I would stay here again. I normally choose this hotel because of their suites.

The manager stated that they only clean rooms every other day and not on weekends at all. Checked in on Thursday evening and room was not cleaned until Sunday after several complaints. Manager was trying to run the front desk and prepare/serve breakfast at the same time. Hotel seems to be severly understaffed. Would not recommend staying here at all.

We have repeatedly stayed at this hotel on trips because it was so convenient to the freeway and restaurants and it was clean and comfortable. Lately, I have been disappointed in the condition of the rooms. Hotel needs a refresh, for sure.

So I accidentally booked a king bedroom and needed two queens, manager was quick to help me change it and get it fixed I appreciated that so much because they didn’t charge me for it either but overall the hotel is old and it smells like moth balls on the 4th floor. Breakfast was fabulous tho lots of fruit and a verity of food.

Checked in. Was told breakfast till 10:30. Showed up at 10:15. There was no food. No cofee. Nothing. And staff picking up everything as fast as they could. Would be happy with just a cup of coffee

I had a King bed and they gave me a handicap room with 2 beds because they ran out of room, which means they gave my room up to someone else when i had an RSVP. The breakfast was says till 930 and they where putting everything up by 9 am. The breakfast was not good at all and as well cold.
