Hampton Inn Ozark

The stay was good. Hotel is in need of renovations. No breakfast due to the truck didn’t run. Friendly staff.

Room was good and clean. Staff was excellent. My only complaint was the pool was under repairs.

We felt like this was the most outdated Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was old and most of the chairs I saw had stains on them. Otherwise, It was clean and the service was very friendly and courteous.

This is the second year in a row that we stopped here on our way to the beach and both times were in July, and both times the pool was closed. It looked perfectly fine, but they had excuses as to why the pool was closed. Needless to say, the kids were very disappointed after being in the car all day. We will not stay there again.

The hotel was average ! For a Hampton Inn, it should’ve been a lot better, the worst one I have stayed at. The hotel was not very clean , and had old furniture. Should be painted and updated. The exercise room was nice but half of the equipment did not work , the outdoor pool and breakfast we’re good.

Renovations are being made, so didn’t give higher rating but it was a nice experience.

Overall a good stay. Staff was very nice. Newly remodeled room and quiet property. There is a pretty large renovation going on at the moment and that may be an issue for some.

This is probably the best hotel to stay at in Ozark! We were visiting family, and after a really bad stay at a nearby hotel we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and caring customer service we received at the Hampton Inn. There are definitely some issues with the facilities - AC wasn’t quite working in our first room… pool was out of service… but honestly the fantastic customer service and hot breakfasts in the mornings made up for it. Overall we were grateful to have a comfortable and pleasant stay for our last couple days in town.

Wish I could attach a video of the bath tub which I shamefully admit I refused to shower in. I understand the property is under renovation however to actually pay money to stay somewhere and this is the condition is absurd. Traveled from ATL to bring my 85 year old blind father to see family he hasn’t seen in 25 years. We will definitely not be staying in this location again anytime soon.

The bathroom was filthy. There was old urine in front of the commode and the floor of the shower area dirty with foot prints. There was extreme build up of soap scum and mold all along the shower. The caulking repair looked like the work of a two-year old. The lamp shade had a major hole in it and the walls were extremely scuffed. Was moved to another room that was not much better. I stayed in the same hotel a year ago and the hotel was not in this condition. Where is the supervision of the cleaning staff prior to releasing the room for occupancy?

Bathroom badly needed deep clean - floor needed good scrub around edges and corners, caulk around shower was orange and black with mold/mildew.

The beds were unmade and had dirty sheets on them. Old clothes in the closet. The floor was filthy, stuck to your feet when you walked on it. No shower curtain. It was late so we got another room, it to had a dirty floor.

The room had cobwebs on the wall and dirt on the tile floor in the bathroom, it looks like an old facility but appears they are trying to update some. The staff was very friendly.

Horrible cleanliness within the room. The was mold/mildew that I have pictures of, above the shower. The ottoman was full of stains and was 1/4 of the reason the room smelled incredibly bad.

This is our hotel of choice when visiting family in Ozark. Check in/out was easy as always, though we did have a small hiccup with our room. It was quickly and cheerfully rectified and was actually a little less expensive. The complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh as always, and the staff was friendly and helpful. This is an older hotel, but in spite of the cracked bathtub and slow bath drain, the room was neat and clean. We keep air freshener with us, so the slight odor was easily masked. The beds were clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. Unfortunately, this was the first time we saw roaches. There were two very tiny ones and one larger one on the bathroom floor. Overall, we will still probably stay again tje next time we visit. It is the best of the three hotels in Ozark.

Room was very clean and the staff was courteous. Motel location was perfect for our travel plans.

The room wasnt too bad but when we came down for breakfast i witnessedba cockaroach crawling on the wall behind the coffee pot & then a baby one right by the open food. DISGUSTING! WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN, EVEN IF IS IS THE ONLY HOTEL IN OZARK. ID MUCH RATHER TRAVEL THEN HAVE TO STAY THERE AGAIN.

This hotel is right off the highway, easy in and out but the noise is pretty constant. We did use earplugs to sleep and they worked well.

A lot of broken items in room, glass was shattered in our closet from the sliding door.

Quick overnight while traveling. Hotel a little tired looking. Walls scuffed. Pillows too thin.

Got there after 6 hours of holiday traffic at 3:25 and room was not ready and wouldn’t be for another half hour. 3pm check in. Bathroom door stuck when closed. Wife got locked in. Light switches on outside of bathroom. Sink drained very slow. Tenants above us were very noisy. We were on far end of hall and thought we were in a good low noise area. Would have been had it not been for above us.

Everything was good except the most important thing. The mattress was bad. So bad that if you weren’t careful you could roll off. Mattress was worn and had little support.

For me paying 167.00 the door were horrible. The entrance door was hard to closed. The bathroom door was the same way. I have a bad wrist so it was extra hard for me. Also who wants to use the restroom witj the door open. Smh I need half of my money back.

They didn't have the room that I reserved through Expedia, so the give me a lesser price room but it didn't reflect on the cost!

Paid extra to have the large queen suite only to find that the AC was broke. The person that worked at front desk being out late at night had no idea what he was doing when trying to put us in another room. The room that we were placed in had a working AC but was half the size of the room that we paid for. Unfortunately are used our hotel.com points to purchase our stay and pay the difference using our credit card and now we are out about $30 due to receiving a credit for our stay but hotels.com actually paid for our stay. So far today I have yet to see either points put back on our account or a refund of the difference on our credit card. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and we’re satisfied but there were people outside who smelled like weed and the guy that worked the front desk while he was a nice person really didn’t know what he was doing and also smelt like weed. There was also someone who appeared to be homeless or on some thing in the hotel lobby. Grabbing lots of sugar and tea packs from the coffee bar area. When we came back late to the hotel, after being out with family, there was a guy hanging around the back corner of the building that made us feel uncomfortable. I don’t know the lady that worked the front desk but she was really nice though.

Excellent staff! Very friendly, the cook, the maid and the staff cleaning the elevators. The place was pet friendly and very clean! I’d stayed here again.

Stayed 6/5/23 to 6/9/23 the staff was exceptional hot breakfast everyday hot coffee outdoor pool room was clean really no complaints.

The hotel was dated. Shower handle spun around and hard to find the right spot for hot water but did eventually. Downstairs the pots with coffee in them where lukewarm and the hot water one the water one was cold. Only thing on breakfast area for us was dry cereal but there were lots of people eating the hot breakfast. Its a C to C+ hotel that needs some attention for what the price was.

This is the first time i stayed at the Hampton INN. I check in process was very easy less than 2 mins..i received complementary water. The breakfast was excellant. I had an omelent sauage and potatoes homemade..I enjoyed my stay..

Check in was easy. Room was spacious but bathroom area was dated. Breakfast included items that were supposed t be hot (eggs, potatoes, sausage) but they were stone cold. No one appeared to be restocking or available to ask for warm food.

We were there for a funeral for two days. Saturday morning they had no breakfast and we were down at 8:00. The excuse used was that microtel had a fire and they guest came to the hotel for breakfast. We paid for our rooms there and couldn’t even get breakfast before the funeral. There’s no management on weekends and the workers I can tell are underappreciated. It’s not ok for another hotel guest to come eat breakfast and the actual guest staying at that hotel go hungry and have to buy breakfast

Receptionist was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of parking. Bed and pillow are very clean and comfy.
