Good stay. Pool was warm, no jets on the hot tub. They don’t have a crib or pack n play for your littles so bring your own. Great breakfast and a great place for a get away.

This hotel is horrible pool was green I have pictures, there were dead birds at the top carport and birds eating at it have pictures the grass hadn’t been cut in I don’t know how long The shower no hot water even turning it on all the way hot it was like warm. I have been trying to call someone to see about these matter and getting the run around the hallways smelled like the sewage

I was disappointed that the swimming pool and pool area was closed for repairs. I went planning on the spending the day by the pool, and didnt happen. I was lead to believe the swimming pool would be open and available when I booked the room.

The Fitness Center was "out of order". The hot tub was covered up with a sheet of plywood. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good, the room was confortable.

The first thing we observed when pulling up to the main entrance was a dark parking lot. I went into the lobby to the front desk to check in and while checking in three other guest walked by smelling so strongly of alcohol . As I left the check in desk through the front door those same three guests were standing about 15 feet away smoking marijuana.

The lobby was very clean and the staff were friendly. The room had a musty/moldy smell that they tried to cover with a sweet smelling cleaner. The bathroom was outdated, cracked tiles and the shower once had a glass door that had been removed and a shower curtain put in its place. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. There is a fast food restaurant that shares a parking lot with the hotel, there is obviously an after hours hang out for teens/young adults who rev their cars and play their music so loud that we could hear it in our room on the 2nd floor. The final charge to my credit card was over $50 more than the total that I was given in my confirmation- so be prepared for that.

Grass outside needed cutting. Floor in room needed vacuuming, bathroom was nasty (floor dirty, tub had mildew, towels clean), walls behind bed were dirty, cabinet fridge was in dirty. Had dustballs and had not been wiped, light bulb was out in two lamps. Definitely needs an update. Door to unit was very hard to open and close.we have stayed here before and it was not like this. Will not stay again😳😳😳😳😳

I would highly recommend this hotel . The lady at the front desk greeted us and was very nice and helpful! The room was very clean ! The breakfast in the morning was very good ! They had a variety of things for you to choose from . From hot breakfast ( omelets,sausage, grits) ,to waffles, cereal, fruit,yougurt along with juice, milk and coffee. All rooms are smoke free ! All employees were very polite! We will definitely book here next time we visit Marksville !

I literally had to call the front desk and let them know we still didn't have any power. The lady at the front desk told all the power had been restored. I told her we were still without power. Let me 1st start by saying the staff was exceptional. Very courteous and helpful. The entry and food court/coffee bar was nice, clean and stocked. The breakfast was good and had several options. Now, the room was less than adequate. The lamps, bed and furniture needs to be replaced. They looked like someone had ransacked the items. They need to put a heater/vent in the bathroom. And the handle on the shower wouldn't hold the temp, it kept slipping to extremely hot. The staff does the best they can with what they have, so it's not their fault. The room was clean, bit that's about it. I did mention it to the desk staff and they said the hotel was under new management and they've complained to corporate as well. Hopefully they'll make some changes before I decide to stay there again. Again, the staff were friendly and courteous. I enjoyed talking with them.

This property has definitely gone downhill since my last stay. Front desk lady was on a personal call using speaker when I arrived and made me wait while whoever she was talking to finished her curse filled rant. Apparently she thought this was funny. My room was clean but there was an overwhelming smell of bleach to the point of irritated eyes and throat. I mentioned to front desk but they said they knew already. I would definitely think twice before staying here again.

I was charged for a trip that I canceled. The Hotel blamed Expedia, Expedia blamed the Hampton. The Hampton charged my card. Bad business practices. Will not deal with the Hampton again, in any town.

Friendly reception and housekeeping. Clean rooms. Fluffy towels. Walking distance to Paragon Casino. The bed linens were clean but need updating. Lumpy pillows and old sheets. Bed was not made well. Bottom sheet not pulled tight. Upper sheet not folded back. Pillows just thrown onto the bed instead of being placed.

The entire trip was absolutely fantastic. It was a road trip and the best part was exploring several different routes to our destination! The check-in and check-out was aweseom. During our check-in the representative shared with us some the great feastures of the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and felt just like home. The hotel is located acroos the street from the Papragon casino. This was our first time staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites, but it'll definitely not be our last . The whole atmosphere of this trip was blessed and fun!!! I highly recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites whenever you're in Marksville, LA!

Room was clean but during our 3-night stay, our room was not cleaned on the 3rd night. I had to ask for fresh bath towels and they were delivered. I reported to the front desk that the bath lotion depenser was broke and they did not replace the depensor. Breakfast was fresh but the hostess slow to restock the food items as people depleted the supply. All of the staff was super friendly to visit with. We would likely stay at your hotel again.

We went down for breakfast at 8:25. There was nothing left to eat.No grits, eggs, or meat all were empty. Breakfast signs said from 6am to 9 am. Very disappointing, I will never stay at any comfort inn again.
