My wife and I chose this property off of the internet on short notice and were not disappointed. It is a very clean and well maintained hotel. The staff was outstanding, and the food at the Sea Salt restaurant was excellent. The layout of the pool area and outdoor deck was very well thought out. We will return!

Was the perfect weekend, the weather was great, was able to book the partial ocean view room at the last minute at a reasonable price. Mike and Felecia were absolutely awesome when it came to making sure that we had everything that we needed. Chairs were setup on the beach so no lugging chairs and umbrella's around. Food and non-alcoholic drinks delivered to the beach chairs. Just an overall great weekend.

Location great as most places are in walking distance which was so convenient. We didn’t have to drive. We love to walk! Enjoyed setup on beach of chairs, towels and umbrellas by the Ocean Club. View of ocean great. This was our third time staying there and will not stay anywhere else.

Work being done at all hours at the hotel . When I complained I felt like their explanation was it’s the off season it’s when we do our work . They should close the hotel if they are not prepared to make every guest feel like they matter, and their money was spent well . Not to mention the restaurant was understaffed for breakfast leading to a horrible experience and scavenger hunt for condiments from the other tables . They should post a calendar so you know it’s the “off season “ and they are not going to try very hard . Super disappointed , only bad Cape May experience and we go at least 6 to 8 times per year .

Excellent location, front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is the lounge chairs by the pool were uncomfortable and we’re so close together it made it difficult to get in and out of them.

The staff at this hotel particularly Sammy at the pool is amazing. He watches over the pool area as if it were his own cherished home- keeping it clean, rushing to exchange towels, etc. The rooms in the hotel are not fancy but very clean . We had a suite with a balcony and the balcony was big enough to sit outside.

Very good in general. But our room was right across from the ice machine which had a very loud motor and noisily dropped ice cubes even in the middle of the night. The mug that was upside down on our table in Sea Salt restaurant was dirty. View on the balcony was great.

This was our first time staying at the Ocean Club Hotel. There was convenient parking, ramp to the entrance to roll your luggage/cart, and an elevator. The interior of the hotel was very clean and seemed to be recently renovated. Our room was perfect - oceanfront balcony, comfortable king bed, and tv in the bedroom, large living room with plenty of seating and tv, clean bathroom with plenty of storage in the hallway. Staff were very personable. Will definitely stay again.

Great location. Restaurant was good but very expensive. The service was good. The room was oceanfront which we loved but the bedroom is small and the bathroom way too small. Be sure to pack light! No room for toiletries.

The hotel is beautiful and the view from our room was amazing. Very clean. However, their incidental charges are almost as much as the total room cost so beware of that. I have stayed in hotels in many cities, never have I been charged 85% of the entire room cost for incidentals. I also had to switch my dates to one day before my original reservation and they were unwilling to waive the fee of 50%. I feel a bit robbed for a one night stay. Next time I'm in Cape May, I'm likely to book a different hotel based on that reason alone.

First thing first, people care about the place itself so let me say it’s gorgeous. Very clean. What sold me really was the staff. Especially the lady that checked us in. We took a shot and went early and she was able to check us in hours in advance which is a huge thing for me. She was so nice and helpful with everything. This place has its own area on the beach as well with lounge beach chairs. The guy that helped us with that was amazing as well. Already planning multiple trips back.

Nice bar and dining room, walk across the street to beach with complimentary chairs. I was disappointed that the outside bar, sitting area around the pool was not in use. A fire pit would have been nice
