The price was the one that decided the choice, but on the spot I was pleasantly surprised to find that from the airport you only take one bus that leaves you very close to the hotel. The room was clean and over night was quiet even though I slept with the window open. In the room there is air conditioning and TV with the main international channels including BBC, ITV, Chanel 4 and Chanel 5. Near the hotel you will find numerous shops where you can buy groceries, as well as restaurants and coffee shops. Following the road that descends to the valley, you reach the sea. I will return 🙂

Basic hotel but was perfect for our first night on Tenerife. Flight delayed so arrived after midnight. The check-in machine was straightforward to use but there was a nighpoorter who was also very helpful. Room was quiet and had Aircon but we chose to leave it off. Tea and coffe provided in room. Surprisingly quiet.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe der zentralen Shoppingmeilen zwischen Busbahnhof und Fährterminal. Die Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel ok, aber einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sehr eng und nicht sehr sauber. Man hört durch die dünnen Wände die Zimmernachbarn. Alles wirkt recht abgewohnt und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. EZ 90 € pro Nacht ohne Frühstück, da stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Für nur etwas mehr Geld, bekommt man in der Umgebung Hotels mit höherem Standard, Komfort und Frühstück.

We stayed in this hotel for a night before getting the ferry to one of the other islands. We did not arrive until quite late but the reception was friendly and efficient. A choice of some great restaurants nearby for a quick bite to eat. 10mins easy walk to the port in the morning. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Very quiet in both the hotel and area around.

Im Kühlschrank war Schimmel. Ich habe an der Rezeption darum gebeten, dies zu beseitigen. Die Reinigungsfrau kam dann auch gleich, hat den Kühlschrank ausgewischt und ist mit dem selben Putzlappen ins Bad gegangen um da zu putzen... Auf der kleinen Ablage im Zimmer, auf der ein Wasserkocher und zwei Tassen stehen war, dem Staub nach urteilen, seit Wochen nicht mehr geputzt worden. Der Staub sammelte sich auch schon in den Tassen... Kaffeeautomat funktionierte meine gesamte Aufenthaltszeit nicht.

Great location for the ferry and restaurants, minutes away & safe on well lit street with manned reception. Unfortunately one of our bed covers smelled strongly of BO, which they apologised for… also the internal room feels windowless & a bit like a cell. It does have a thin window in the corner which I opened onto internal courtyard, but if you are at all claustrophobic get a room with a balcony and air. No restaurant for breakfast on site but lots of cafes nearby. Generally clean.

The location of Hotel Andrea's was excellent. Close to the beach and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet at night. The walls are very thin and you could hear the tv in the next room which woke us up!

Its a 2* property so no breakfast / dinner facilities but for a one or 2 night stay its ideal. A central location with very friendly staff, Rooms are basic but have a fridge - beds are comfortable and bathrooms ok with a basic but good shower. You do get a bit of noise from other rooms we heard the alarm clock and snoring form the next room to us - we were in 211. My advice would be to ask for a high floor room.

It was fine. the location is good. away from the crowds and conveniently located between the main bus stop area, the free siam bus and to the water park is 5 minute walk which is cool. the staff were really nice and helpful. the room itself was fine but needs some love. Bulb in a light needs replacing, screw loose in the shower. the shower head holder is placed in a way that if you're showering inside wall it's perfect. so you HAVE to take it off and shower yourself by hand. that really annoyed me. it's just sloppy. But it served its purpose for one night. AC was good, the fan worked too. TV also fine.

We like this hotel and as a result have used it numerous times over the years. It is within an easy walk to the ferry for ongoing trip to the neighbouring island of La Gomera. It is central to good shopping and restaurants. It is a quiet environment, and the Receptionist always helpful....and in English as well as Spanish. It suits our needs.....The Canadians.

For a 2 star hotel this hotel was good value with very friendly helpful staff, always smiling. We stayed in a balcony room with a lovely Avenue of trees opposite. After the first night we advised that the shower water would not drain away. We were shown another room straight away, which was much bigger and we stayed there for the rest of our holiday. We particularly liked that we were only 5 minutes walk from the beach and all associated bars and restaurants.

This hotel is quite basic, but suits me perfectly for a one night stop. It's location is perfect as it is only 10 minutes walk to the bus station and 5 minutes to the seafront. There are many restaurants nearby and Harriets Tea Room behind the bus station is perfect for a Full English Breakfast before getting on to the bus to wherever you are travelling on to.
