Apartments are large compared to new developments, bedrooms and bathrooms have plenty of space. Some apartments have sea views, most don\'t. Grounds always kept clean by staff, nice heated pool. Reception staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. Disappointing for a "deluxe" apartment on arrival the side panel of the bath/shower was hanging off and dirt and rust had fallen on to the floor. Although maintenance replaced it the dirt was left to us to clean up, Toaster had a faulty and was sparking when used, replaced in ten minutes. The apartment could do with additional cooking utensils (only two saucepans) one frying pan. Courtesy bus to Los Cristianos very necessary and welcome.

very tranquil pool area and Viktor the lifeguard is the best there is. The bar is only open daytime and really needs additional staff as often one person is the barman cook and waiter at the same time. Free bus to Playa Las Vistas was appreciated

Good size split level apartment. Door missing off the shower upstairs but apart from that everything was good and working. No evening bar at this property, you have to go to hotel next door! Lovely pool. Lots of steps and on a very steep hill so not suitable if you’re not good on your feet. Overall good experience

Basic rooms, slightly dated but very spacious. The facilities at this hotel really made it. We had access to 3 pools, activities for adults and kids daily. We could always find a lounger. They also provide an hourly bus down to the beach as the hotel is in a hilly area. Definitely would go again and recommend to friends. Special mention to Victor the life guard at pool 3!

Great place with a beautiful location, super view of Los Cristianos. Very friendly reception, all employees and pool guards. The hotel provides access to a restaurant and bar, 3 swimming pools, 3 children's pools, a fitness room, 2 squash halls and a spa department. Good atmosphere throughout the facility, various activities you can participate in during the day and evening but quiet at night during the period we stayed there in January until February. The room we stayed in had a large bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub, nice living room and well-equipped kitchen. Great terrace with access from the living room and bedroom. Great cleaning and change of towels every 3 days. The hotel is a short walk to the beach, shops and a number of restaurants in close proximity. Can be recommended!

lovely aparthotel, heated pool. Victor the pool lifeguard was the star of the hotel. He could not help enough. The rest of staff were helpful and friendly. Note it is a steep hill about 20minutes to the beach. Hourly transport provided can fill up, but only 5-7 euros by taxi. Supermarket on the corner very useful and decent prices

Nicely located at the top of the hill / back of the resort. Arrived early and Francesca the receptionist tried her best to deal with our requests whilst checking out several other guests. We had a two bedroom pool view room which was great. Room whilst dated had everything you would want. Whilst facilities at Beverly Hills Heights were limited the linked hotel next door Hollywood Mirage had everything you need. Pool cleaners and lifeguards were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was very good and nearby bars and shops have everything you need, just be prepared to get your 10,000 steps in walking up and down the hill but good fun.

Excellent hotel food was brilliant for breakfast my daughter enjoyed the pool and music . Thr entertainment staff are excellent. Have been here twice now and will definitely stay again thank you !

Gorgeous hotel. Spotless rooms and shared spaces. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Pool is stunning. Highly recommend. Only drawback is the big hill back up from the beach which is quite a hike. Only suggestion would be to have a regular bus going up and down the hill to the front, say every 30 minutes. There is a bus every hour but it goes straight to Playa Las Americas which is a fairway away to walk back to the hotel. Other than that brilliant place to stay. Highly recommend.

Bel appartement mais vieillissant. Les portes des armoires bloquées ou tombantes. Les linges de bain et les draps de lits sales, malgré avoir demandé le changement, on les a reçu à nouveau sales. Piscine chauffée très bien. Petit-déjeuner correct à Hollywood Mirage, mais tout les jours pareils, pas de nouveautés. Machines à café et de jus souvent vides et faut réclamer à chaque fois.

Fint sted, trenger litt oppussing. Frokosten klarte ikke fylle på nok. Renhold en gang på en uke og da forventet vi bedre,f.eks ikke tørket over bord/ benker,

Disgusting place swarming with cockroaches and no A/C.

Rooms in need of repairs/renovations. Signs of significant wear & tear. Basic housekeeping (sweep, towel change, bedding change) conducted every 3 days. Additional housekeeping (wash floors, wipe tables & furniture every 6 days. Daily housekeeping would be greatly appreciated.

Beautiful hotel wonderfully located close to everything. If you have troubles walking, there is a courtesy shuttlebus to the beach/downtown. We had a nice room with a city/seaview and enjoyed the balcony a lot. Only thing we were disappointed about was the cleaning, with dust bunnies under bed, behind the doors and in closet. There was cleaning twice during our 9 days stay, which i usually enough - but not, if the floors, toilets ans sinks are not cleaned.

Very dated. Not even a corkscrew in the room. No door on shower. Shower head VERY dirty. Poor overall.

Trevlig poolvakt och även hela personalen. Fantastisk utsikt från den stora balkongen. Rummen är slitna och skulle behöva lite renovering. Städning två gånger på 10 dagar! Några fler glas och tallrikar vore bra.

We have stayed at this resort for over 20 years and noticed a marked decline. The resort has gone from a 4 start to a 2 star.. We booked a premium room and got a tired room in need of renovations. The next room was no better it needed a deep clean. One day they had no hand towels. The smell was stale and a strong smell from drains. Regrettably I would not recommend this resort. The only positive was the staff all friendly and helpful.

Fine store rom. 2 balkonger. Litt gammelt og utslitt, men alt fungerte ok. Veldig god WiFi. Måtte betale ekstra for strandhåndklår, det samme gjelder treningsrommet i nabohotellet. Fint bassengområde.

Beverly Hills heights is a nice but dated property. The rooms are very suitable a two bedroom apartment was exactly what we needed. But i feel like this property was in its pomp 20 years ago. Located at the top of the hill it offers great views of Los Christianos, good dining options but is a fairly long walk to the sea front. After spending time in Los Christianos I think I would rather stay at one of the hotels on the sea front or rent a car from the airport.

Amazing spacious room 2 balcony front and back bed mattress was perfect for my liking bit firm not so soft slept amazing. Quiet over night not noisy from street or surrounding. Breakfast had good variety. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here quite a few times and it’s a good location and overall good property. The room we had this time was quite noisy, and probably could do with an upgrade. Life guard Victor is an absolute superstar.

The hotel was noisy, even with everything closed, there was still a lot of noise in the evening. It's very far from the beach, bonus that there is a free bus service to and from there but it's very limited, only a few buses per day and the last one back is too early, at 18.15. The balcony wasn't great either. The view was only a wall and it's so tucked away, there was not much sun actually reaching it. The apartment was pretty large otherwise and ok. Receptionists were always helpful and nice.

The deluxe apartment was great, better than expected. The only negative was the memory foam pillows as not comfy to sleep on

Our room was situated right next to the main roof units for the air conditioning and came on for 15 minutes every half hour and were so loud when starting up and running that it made it impossible to sleep in upstairs room of our apartment. After the first night I requested to be moved but was told this was not possible as the hotel was full and no alternative rooms were available. I had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room which was better but still affected by the air con units which reverberated through the entire apartment when running. We have stayed at the hotel many times over the last few years and has always been excellent, but this time was spoilt by this issue and a lack of sleep.

Had a great stay at Beverly Hills Heights hotel. The lady at reception was very welcoming on our arrival and explained all the facilities at the hotel and adjoining hotels. Room was clean and tidy and no issues with noise. A very pleasant stay. And would go back again soon if flights go down a bit in price.

Arrived at 2pm but didn’t get a room until 5pm The hotel has everything you would want within its own and the adjoining sister hotel (Hollywood Miarge). Rooms are spacious and generally comfortable. They are a bit dated and could do with a refresh. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is an hourly bus down to the resort (and back again). No evening facilities at this hotel but lots to do at the sister hotel next door. Would recommend but needs a facelift.

Everything is good apart from the cleaner. she came in our room not say hello but tell us to hurry out while we still on a holiday. Not very profession . no life. no staffs to help you with your bags what so ever. and they leave bin on a bayday everywhere !!

Jättefint hotell. Vi fick ett fint rum i hörnet med sol hela dagen, två sovrum och toaletter. Dagen vi checkade ut och hade kvällsavgång med flyget fick vi låna handdukar och dusch sent på kvällen innan vi skulle flyga iväg. Underbar personal!

Really nice hotel when I was able to check in at 17:00 it was quick and easy. Room was nice and spacious and very clean. Lovely pool area and the lifeguard was great with my young daughter

Fabulous holiday at Beverly Hills Heights, great 1 bed apartment. Reception staff very friendly, esp Marian. Great that you can use any of the 3 pools at Hollywood Mirage and Heights, as the Heights pool area is a little quiet for us. Had a minor maintainance issue which was sorted within an hour, brilliant !!

Parfois 1 seule machine fonctionne sur les 4 plusieurs minutes d attente pour un café Eau payante (2,80€ pour 50 cl) Personnel accueillant et agréable Piscine propre et bien entretenue Navette gratuite pour aller à la plage de las vistas

Fint hotell og basseng, bare synd det nesten alltid var skygge på deler av soleområdet. Veldig bra med gratis shuttlebuss til stranda! Men det var heller ikke så langt å gå til byen.

Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee. All sorted in the end and got offered free BBQ tickets, not that we would go anyway. Pool was nice and clean and plenty of loungers. Victor the lifeguard remembered us from previous stays which is always nice. He is one hell of an artist too.... Breakfast is in the sister hotel Mirage. Same as last year. Some days better than others, lots of choices, something for everyone. Only criticism is hot selection could do with being warmer as it was always luke warm. Beds comfy but firm. One single long firm pillow each which took some getting used to. The hotel looks lovely from the outside, especially lit up at night, but it is a bit dated and seriously needs to invest in some lifts as its all stairs which is a nightmare carrying the luggage up & down. Im not going to moan as love Los Cristianos. It always feels and looks clean and looked after. The upside being at the top of LC is you get great view's if you're sea facing. The downside is the oncoming heart attack walking up the hill!

Hyggeligt lejlighedskompleks service i orden. Ligger lidt langt fra byen, men der er gratis bus i dagtimerne. Bussen er dog rigeligt belastet på nogle tidspunkter så man ikke kommer med. Vi havde købt udsigt , men der er en del støj fra vejen som man så må leve med.

It’s a lovely clean quiet complex. It’s at the top of a hill so the walk up can be challenging but the views once you get there are great. Make sure you get an ocean view room.

Ideal. Room had bit wear and tear but did not effect stay. Clean. Apartment was large. All amenities worked. Pool was nice. Lunch menu was good and reasonable priced. Was a struggle to get back up hill but only 20 mins walk to beach front.

Clean, comfortable. Breakfast is poor, not worth 11 euros, basically an all inclusive scrum every morning. Get yourself some stuff from the supermarket and do your own. Pool monitor is annoying, running around the pool constantly.

Das Haus ist gut geführt, der Empfang war freundlich, auch wenn es mal nicht sofort geklappt hat mit einer Beschwerde zu einer defekten Balkontür. Auf den ersten Blick ist alles tiptop, wir hatten ein tolles Appartment Richtung Meer, aber man sieht halt dass das Haus schon etwas länger in Betrieb ist und offenbar nur Reparaturen gemacht wurden. Nichtsdestotrotz waren die Betten Klasse. ;ir erschließt sich nur nicht, warum man morgens um 8 Uhr rund um den Pool und den die Außentruppen nass putzen muss und man nur sehr vorsichtig die Treppen rauf und runter gehen kann ;-) Da sollte man seitens der Führung noch ein Auge werfen. Das Frühstück war gut, aber eintönig, da in den 9 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nichts Neues gemacht wurde. Wenn man nicht den ganzen Tag im Hotel verbringen will, ist das haus aber gut geeignet.

Very enjoyable hotel and area. Our family enjoyed the meals and swimming. The staff was very attentive.

Zimmer großzügig sauber aber renovierungsbedürftig. Essen nur befriedigend, Kaffee im Restaurant sehr schlecht. Leitungswasser riecht seht stark nach Chlor.
