Pool was excellent. They need to sort out people leaving towels on sunbeds and disappearing for hours. Virtually all day no sunbeds were available. Our comfort 1 bedroom duplex was excellent with good size balcony.

Een superschoon en keurig onderhouden complex. Appartementen zijn ruim en van alles voorzien, zelfs een wasmachine. Ruim terras met ligbedden en een tafel met stoelen. Het zwembad is lekker en wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Een ruime eigen parkeerterrein is ook fijn wanneer je een auto hebt gehuurd. Openbaar vervoer is om de hoek. Er is een klein restaurantje met terras waar je echt lekker kan eten, niet hoogstaand maar prima en ontzettend aardige uitbaters. Ook voldoende restaurantjes en supermarkten in de nabije omgeving. Het complex heeft zelf ook een mini winkeltje waar elke dag vers brood te koop is. Wat ik een stuk minder vond was het entertainment, het is elke avond en soms ook s middags. Het is luid. Er zijn veel Britse gasten en daar is het ook overduidelijk op afgestemd. Het werd elke avond met muziek en drank luidruchtig. Niet tot heel laat gelukkig maar je verwacht het niet, tenminste: ik niet, bij een complexje dat als 'rustig' wordt omschreven. Kortom: overdag is het zalig en ligt het heerlijk buiten de massa, in de avond moet je rekening houden met zangers die evergreens over het zwembad heen schallen en gasten met een slok op die hard meegalmen.

Lovely complex set back from the main areas, but in easy reach of the beach, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets nearby. I booked a one-bedroom apartment. The whole apartment was wonderful. The kitchen was really well-equipped, with a washing machine, full oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a good range of cooking utensils, so you could use the apartment for a self-catering holiday. Nice big balcony with table and chairs and 2 sunbeds. One little minus, I was in an apartment that overlooked a bar and restaurant and kids' play area, so it was a bit noisy at times, but just ask to stay away from the kids play area and bar/restaurant. But this one minus wouldn't stop me from going back. The swimming pool area is great, a heated pool I went in mid-April) and lots of sunbeds and a nice, friendly vibe. Lovely welcoming friendly not too large resort. Beautifully kept gardens and public areas. Pool area very clean with delightful large pool and small children's pool. Well maintained and comfortable sunbeds with thick mattresses. The lovely friendly staff at the pool serve delicious food and drinks at very reasonable prices. Two happy hours daily and an hours evening entertainment nightly.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Ein Wechsel der Unterkunft war auch problemlos möglich, wobei ich sagen muss am Ende wäre es garnicht nötig gewesen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Comfortzimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man brauch. Waschmachine, Mikrowelle, Klimaanlage, Ventilator an der Decke, Wasserkocher, Nudelsieb.... sogar Bügel-brett und -eisen gab es. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in 2-3min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Parkplätze gibt es an der Unterkunft kostenlos. Es waren viele mit Auto dort, aber selbst um 1 Uhr Nachts hatten wir noch das Glück einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Zu Fuß gibt es aber auch viele kleine Märkte in der Nähe. Die Anlage hat auch einen eigenen kleinen Markt wo man das ein oder andere bekommt zu guten Preisen. Rundum fand ich die Unterkunft Perfekt. Preis/Leistung hätte nicht besser sein können. Gerne wieder.

We checked in online before arrival and arrived close to midnight, then discovered that the “villa” was on two floors and the bedroom was upstairs and our 11 year old daughter was supposed to sleep downstairs in the living room on a sofa bed. It would have been better if there would have been a small bed upstairs so she could be with us, cause downstairs there were many cockroaches (alive and dead). Around the sofabead were also many used nicotine pads from previous guests. The air conditioning upstairs is very good, good balcony and the pool area is nice. Also good to have a washing machine. The staff was annoyed when I asked about having my daughter on the ground floor alone, but reacted quickly when we told them that the shower didn’t work.

Not enough power points , had to keep plugging/unplugging appliances to charge devices. The fridge wasn't the best, difficult to place pop/milk/water in -kept forcing retaining bar out??? Also lots of stairs which was really difficult for my wife who had mobility scooter. We had emailed them 2 weeks prior to arrival about this issue, but received no reply. That said, they did their upmost once we arrived & our property only had 17 steps, still difficult for my partner, but able to cope. Staff very friendly

Die Wohnungen sind von mittlerer Qualität, ziemlich groß, aber mit mehreren Mängel (kaputte Geräte, Möbel - diese werden nun gewechselt). Unser Bett hatte zwei kaputte Beine, und wir mussten in der ersten Nacht auf dem Sofa schlafen - ohne Entschädigung. Die Lage ist nicht gut, am Stadtrand, so dass es ziemlich lange dauert, zu Fuß zum Strand zu laufen oder zu einkaufen. Die Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation ist nicht gut - wir haben nach einer Entschädigung gefragt für das kaputte Bett und nichts bekommen. Kann eine akzeptable Lösung sein, aber nicht besonders zu empfehlen.

Very pleasant stay for a couple and surprised it had everything you needed. Apartment with kitchenette, utensils etc. Cleaners came every couple of days to make the beds, change towels and a quick clean. The property was basic however, in a good condition and you get what you par for. This was a cheap price for the area. Reception staff were warm, approachable and offered beach/pool towels on arrival, ordered taxi's when asked and they arrived fairly quickly. A bonus is there is a bar, restaurant and small shop on site so arguably you wouldn't have to leave if that's your thing. The location is a small walk from local bars, restaurants and 10 mins from the beach. A few hills to climb but we used the electric scooters using an app for a couple of euros and you could leave near the hotel. One thing we noticed were that a lot of the properties were time share so lots of people come back annually and knew one another around the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in the future.

Staff veey friendly. Check-in quick & smooth especially when there were 16 of us on a golf trip. Bar great with happy hour each night. Restaurant/bar food good and reasonably priced. Pool area lovely. My only gripe would be the cost of a misplaced/lost key upon checking out to a an 81 year old gent who had been rushed to hospital only 48 hrs prior. €45 to have a key cut is shocking so anyone using this hotel look after your key!

From check-in to checkout the staff at reception were outstanding and very helpful. The staff at the pool bar (Stacey, Peter) were brilliant and couldn't make you more welcome. The food was also lovely and I would definitely stay here again.

Hotellet är bra för de som vill ha rymliga lgh till rimligt pris. Jag o min man fick helt nyrenoverad 40 kvm lgh i 2 plan med 2 toaletter ena med dusch. Fin altan utsikt mot bergen, fullt utrustat kök. Vill man ha utsikt mot pool får man nog be om det. Det tar ca 10-15 minuter promenad ner till stranden. Det är lite trist läge på hotellet men vi hade bil så åkte på utflykter. Det var inga stjärnor på hotellet men skulle säga 3- stjärnigt.

Great stay. Property and room were very clean and well kept. Location is convenient to the bus loop, strip mall, grocery store and restaurants. It's a bit far (15 mins) to the beach but we enjoyed the walk. Live music in the evenings was entertaining and demographic was older. Would stay here again.

Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more. Staff were lovely and pool bar was great for snacks and drinks, all at a really reasonable price. Fantastic stay and will definitely return.

This complex is ideally situated and not to hilly. Nice apartment, lovely pool but what really makes it is the pool bar and restaurant. Food is excellent and great prices for food and drink. Full English breakfast is quality and have heard that the Sunday roast is the best on the island, Will try next time. Apartment has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. 👍
