The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean. Two bathrooms, one en-suite and plenty of hot water. Nice furniture with plenty of storage space in bedrooms and kitchen but beds were a bit firmer than we would have liked. Air con very effective and not too noisy. View over pool area and onwards to the sea was pleasant. Kitchen appliances good but poorly equipped for a self catering stay. However, reception were good in requesting the additional (essential ) items we requested and they did arrive promptly after a brief mix up with the room number. Nice pool areas, if a little small, tennis and squash courts, pool tables and games room. The indoor gym looked good but too hot to use it as air con didn't seem to be on. The exercise/ outdoor games instructor was enthusiastic. Good small supermarket within 50 metres and taxi rank within 50 metres. Several restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and only 15 minutes walk to beach and other restaurants, 30 minutes to port for boat trips.

A fabulous 2nd visit for us at the Beverley Hills. There is only one downside, it is a hill climb from the bars and restaurants, albeit not far. The 2 pools are clean and plenty of sun beds. Staff were so accommodating and slick on reception. Would definately stay again.

Hotel reception was easy and quick, the staff on at the time were very helpful and polite. We checked in easily (doing it online makes it so much quicker) Our apartment was beautifully clean and included everything we needed, our balcony overlooked the pool and gave us some lovely afternoon and evening sunshine all the way until sunset. Our TV didnt work but we phoned reception from our room and within 5 minutes the problem was rectified and there was english channels available too, which was really nice. The facilities on site were very good, with 2 adult pools on different levels and a smaller children pool with a toilet next to each pool made it easier than going all the way back to our hotel room. The pools were both clean and refreshing on a hot day with lots of sunbeds available. The hotel is located on a steep hill, but with a taxi rank a 1 minute walk away, getting back from a day out is very easy. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, besonders für denjenigen, der ein Auto Hat. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorm Hotel, Ruhige Lage und 15min. Laufzeit zum Playa los Christianos. Gebucht hatte ich ein normales Studio, mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Alles war Vorhanden: Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Besteck, usw. Schnelles und kostenloses Internet ist auf den Zimmer verfügbar. Was mir nicht gefallen hat: Die Betten waren etwas wackelig und unbequem Zimmer etwas Hellhörig, man hört von draußen jeden Schritt.

Apartment looks good from outside but inside it’s in a terrible state of disrepair.. cockroaches running all over the kitchen area dishes utensils etc constantly.. when reported we were told that it was being fumigated however no sign of this upon re-entry to apartment!! When they were were still there we spoke to reception was told no housekeeping at night time.. next day at 4pm a housekeeper entered our apartment and left a can of bug killing spray.. dinner is offered as booking option yet it’s not served here it’s up 2 more hills to the Mirage.. stayed 8 times prior to this visit.. will not be back!!!

3rd time we've stayed here this year alone(and took many to remember previously)and already booked for 6 weeks time.we love the place.The rooms are spotless and the staff from reception to the cleaners and friendly and hard working.Yes,it's up a bit of a hill,but worth the work for the elevated views.Breakfast buffet is excellent!

Towels changed every 3 days but the room wasnt cleaned properly in 4 weeks. Toiletries were not replace propery. Ask for a sea view. The road outside is quite busy, so traffic noise with refuse bins outside on roadway. Domt do the saturday BBQ... Not worth it.

Breakfast was fine. Rooms could do with the wood being updated from pine fittings as it looks dated. Bed was quite hard and an oddly positioned bedside table meant the headboards were offset from the beds. The kitchen facilities were excellent though.

I would not stay in beverly hill suites again in the same room ,we were on the road side and could not sit on our balcony because of noisy busses and other traffic, our door into appartment was also on main thoroughfare for maids etc with noisy trolleys. Fantastic as always, the calm Oasis of white Spanish low rise apartments are beautiful with amazing hillside views of the sea. The staff are exceptional and friendly, especially Daniel on reception and nothing is too much trouble. I visit twice a year and would not stay anywhere else. They are constantly maintaining and upgrading the resort and the pools are perfect. Close to great restaurants and supermarkets and opposite the taxi rank. As nice walk down to the beach and busy resort centre takes just 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Beverley Hills Suites.

Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work

My daughter and I went for her birthday weekend. We arrived late (after check in), we communicated with the hotel prior and this was ok. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. It was a very easy and smooth check in. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, happy and very helpful. We felt safe. The accommodation was basic but great and it had everything we needed, it was clean too. The shower and hairdryer was powerful. There was the option to pay for air con but we felt it wasn’t needed as it wasn’t summer months, however a fan would have been nice. We loved our apartment (A212) location facing the pool and near to the bar/breakfast area. The breakfast was ok, lots of choice. Unfortunately for the snack bar food they only offered one gluten free pizza, which wasn’t available. Cocktails were good tho. After checkout we could store our luggage and spend the day around the pool, we could also use their facilities to shower before we went home. Hotel location was good with lots of bars/restaurants/shops and taxi near by. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend and go back again. Thank you!

Been going to Tenerife for years but this was our first visit to Beverly Hills Suites and to Los Christianos. The apartments are clean and well maintained with 2 lovely pool areas. Some of the loungers however are so saggy they need to be replaced. The location is quiet with some very nice restaurants, bars and decent supermarkets nearby. For us, it is located a bit too far back in the resort from the seafront where we had hoped to spend more time. The uphill trek from the beach and steps within the complex could be challenging for some.

Single traveler- Lovely short stay at Ona Beverly Suites, the apartment was clean and spacious with all equipment provided for self catering. Amenities close by, without having walk the big hill down to the beech! Friendly local town to walk around with plenty of good restaurants. Thank you to all the staff, who were friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome and secure.

Really like it here. Rooms and furniture could be updated, but enjoyed our stay here. Clean and quiet with grocery, restaurants and shopping close by. The hill is a challenge, but we needed to get in shape, so by the end of our stay, we could conquer it with no worries!

Lovely apartment , location no good if you have mobility issues , the hills are very steep. Very late check in 4pm , but the apartments were clean , good kitchen , pool was lovely with lots of sun beds , it was quiet .

Beautiful place with great views from most balconies. Toilet smelled like piss, and beds and sofa were very uncomfortable. The staff was very good. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant at the bar was awful. They gave me a wrong order (“here is your pizza sir” “but I ordered the burger!”), didn’t give me my discount, and said it was too late afterwards, and the burger was uneatable. (Should have just kept the pizza - it looked a lot better).

The apartment was clean and showers were really good. Customer service was great and the lady on front desk gave us a special offer for the breakfast which we took up. The breakfast was good. This hotel is great place to stay and is very relaxed. Also only 5 to 10 min walk to the beach. We have booked again. Only one thing really to be improved is to replace spring beds with memory foam as if you not used to them it does hurt your back a bit. But I think it's just a thing with this country where they order spring beds maybe.

La struttura è davvero molto bella, fornita di due piscine, una palestra ampia e un centro giochi, oltre ad un centro per bambini. L’unica pecca riguarda la ristorazione: innanzitutto la cena viene servita in una struttura vicina parte del gruppo, ma non all’interno del resort dove alloggiavamo e dove facevamo la colazione, quindi dovevamo camminare per circa dieci minuti per arrivare. Inoltre, nella cena con il trattamento di mezza pensione, non è inclusa nessuna bevanda, nemmeno l’acqua, e questo non penso sia corretto, soprattutto quando non viene indicato al momento della prenotazione.

Great location, the accommodation was basic and comfortable, could do with an upgrade of some basics e.g. loose plug sockets. However for the price I paid it was excellent. Also breakfast each morning was delicious!

Breakfast wasn't up to much nothing was hot.We had to beg for a mug for our tea.The manager wasn't very friendly all the other staff were very pleasant.The hand towels in the bathroom were really worn and thin.If the 24 euros for breakfast were included in the the price then I would have preferred not to have it.

We were self catering but found the kitchen lacked a number of items you would expect. Only one small saucepan and then a giant pan which you could prepare a meal for ten in! More medium sized saucepans required. No peeler for fruit or veg. Could have done with a pair of scissors. Only three of everything..cups, plates etc which was ok as there was just the two of us, but there were only three wine glasses and three small whisky size glasses. Needs some taller glasses for long drinks such as a g & t with tonic! We got by, but the worst thing is unfortunately the lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The view was great but unless you enjoy sitting out all day in the boiling sun then the balcony is a no go area as it is far too hot. Now that could be simply fixed with a parasol to give relief from the sun, but Reception confirmed it was not Company policy to supply a parasol, with an excuse of "safety" being a reason for not supplying one. On pointing out numerous apartments had parasols the response was they are privately owned. Safe for some but unsafe for others??? In Tenerife and any hot country, the sun is not your friend and unfortunately without provision of shade means we will not be back and would not recommend this for those who do not wish to "bake".
