Stayed 4 nights. Well positioned hotel just outside city walls and 10-15 minutes walk to centre. Clean, excellent amenities and swimming pool area. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great choice for breakfast. Never used the spa so can’t comment on that but everything else was 10/10 and i would highly recommend.

Great location to the central station and views across to the historical city wall. Hotel is really good standard and offered an outdoor pool, pool table, lounge and games. Very family friendly. The listing didn’t specify that the indoor pool/sauna is an additional cost (€100 for 2 adults and 2 kids for 2 hours). It didn’t bother us as we could use the outdoor pool but worth noting in colder months. The room was really good standard and staff were very friendly. Water stations on each floor were very handy too.

Good location walking distance from the pope palace. Pool area was nice and well maintained and evening restaurant a nice surprise. Only big minus was the air conditioning in the room that did not cool and fridge was also warm. We did request a technician to check at it but was told they have set up the system so that it doesnt cool too much.

Unfortunately our 2 night stay was not pleasant, our room’s air conditioner was not functioning properly. The hotel did not have any other rooms supposedly from July 22-24. The only solution that Jimmy had was to use fans, it did help but no one came to look at the rooms (310) air conditioner. Our shower had an issue with the water pulsing hot and cold, with a loose drain. The good thing of the hotel is the location and very close to the Centre 5 min walk, unfortunately we just did not have good luck this time and our nights sleep was unpleasant especially in summer.
