I have stayed at Springhill a number of time. I was never charged for parking. This time I was charged $11.00 for parking. There when we got back from our event there was no parking space. We had to drive around the building twice. We end up parking in the parking across the street.

Very clean and seemingly new. Great location if you staying in Woodlands or even if you’re heading into downtown. Lots of food nearby. Breakfast was awesome. Good coffee. Nice bar area. I used the gym every day. It’s small but you can get a good sweat on. Rooms are HUGE. Great desk area that I was able to work from for several hours comfortably.

I liked the location of the property, in a safe area, close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that early check-in was allowed. I liked the fire pit, although guests had left towels and dirty cups out on the outdoor furniture. I was shocked and disappointed to learn there was a $10/day parking fee to park on the lot. The other area of disappointment was that I ended up taking a lukewarm shower since I couldn't get the water to warm up, even though the knob was turned all the way on hot. Other than those things, it was a decent hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and fit all of us comfortably, which included the use of the pull-out couch and a crib for my infant son. Our teenage son really enjoyed the workout space and the complimentary breakfast had a little bit for all of us to enjoy.

Great pool and a splash pad for small kids. The rooms and so nice and close to the Woodlands Mall and the area restaurants and entertainment. They have a bar in the evenings and the bartender was great. I’m glad we picked it for our long weekend staycation!

From check in to check out, this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The only possible complaint I could have was that the pool was super cold! I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

My room was supposed to be cleaned every other day. I stayed from Monday the 9th to Thursday the 12th and my room didn’t get cleaned once. The toilet was not flushing correctly. The ac unit kept squealing and they had maintenance look at it but because it wasn’t squealing at the time they came to look at it so they couldn’t do anything to fix it. I had to continue asking for towels for the three nights I stayed.

Overall, I enjoyed my 1-night stay at SpringHill. Cleanliness was top-notch, breakfast on Sunday was great with a lot of options. The sheets were crisp and I thought the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated that the toilet was separate from the shower, though I did not like the frosted glass on the doors. That's not enough privacy for a bathroom, if you ask me. What I didn't like: The surprise $10 parking charge - that should absolutely be included in the base price. The housekeeping knock at the door an hour before check-out. Surely, there's a better system for the housekeeping crew to figure out which rooms are ready to be cleaned. The sofa bed, while clean, was supremely uncomfortable and I wouldn't consider it a valid option for sleeping. (I also thought the hallways had a weird musty smell, but that's very minor.) In sum, I would happily stay here again, but it would not be my first choice.

All the personnel were very friendly and asked if everything was okay. Our suite was very clean and had all the amenities for a two-night stay. A quiet and comfortable place to enjoy a nice getaway.

Overall our stay was subpar. Air conditioning was loud and we couldn’t sleep well. Carpet in room needs replacing - it’s old and dirty. Bath Towels are kids size. Breakfast was okay - eggs are terrible. Location is good and service as well. Room is nice but it needs some fixing.

First.. they charge $10 day for parking but never bother to mention it to you upon check in. First i heard of it was when i got an email after check out. That changed the review I was going to leave and will be the reason I wont be back. Now the room was nice, odd layout and small TV but bed was comfy, it was clean and shower was amazing. But.. i was in town for a wedding and this room had the absolute worst lighting ive ever had to get ready in and do not recommend for any female that cares what they look like when they walk out of the room. Then at check in i was told noon was check out only to have some random lady knocking on my door at 10:54 AM ready to kick me out. I had family down the street at the Hyatt and wished i joined them there instead. Sour taste when it comes to hidden fees, just be honest people, dont con people and have them thinking theyve gotten a good deal just to leave with a surprise bill.

The room is the reason I will never come back. I've never stayed in such a strange laid out room! the TV is in the other room than the bed? and you have two half baths? Weird! I like to lay in bed n watch TV. Also little TV. Not coming back!

My husband and I will always choose this hotel as we visit our daughter. We have stayed in other places. No comparison. The staff are extraordinary. So friendly. Accommodating. Location is great for us. Security for our vehicle is important. The hotel is always super clean. The beds are so comfortable. The a/c is as cold as you need it to be. (We like cold). It’s Houston. The breakfast is fun. Never been disappointed. (Don’t like the sausage - just being honest). But everything else is really tasty.

The hotel looked nice, but we had the worst sleep we can remember. We were itchy when we woke up, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, and we heard The noise from the Highway just outside our window all night. The breakfast was good!

We stayed at this property on two separate occasions within the last few weeks & it was great both times! The front desk clerks, breakfast staff, housekeeping staff & bartender were all very friendly & accommodating. The rooms were clean & comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our future visits to Houston!

Rude front desk staff The front desk employee was very rude to my children when they called to ask for a blanket, even scolding my 6-year-old daughter. When she delivered the blanket, she was rude again. This made our stay very unpleasant despite the hotel itself being nice.

Unlike many of the Marriott Bonvoy properties I book thru Expedia,including the one I was in the week before, this one would not give me credit for the stay. The desk staff were undertrained and the place appeared to be short staffed at desk, breakfast and maid service. Rooms are well laid out and quite nice — It is more a people problem.

The room was very spacious, and the property was well maintained and clean. Only a 10-15 minute drive to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Would definitely stay here again for another concert.

Could walk on carpet and the soles of my socks stayed white. It doesn’t get any cleaner than that. Breakfast was marginal and closed by 9:00 am. Too early but learned our lesson. Second day down in plenty of time. One family wasn’t. We shared our muffins and yogurts with them. Most hotels I’ve stayed at have breakfast service until 9:30 /10:00 am. That would be more convenient for traveling families on vacation who want to rest a bit longer.

Although it is on I-45, it has a buffer (of trees) and highway noise is barely audible. Location is good for my visit to Conroe. Very poor breakfast choices for vegans/vegetarians. They charge, at the time of checkin, $10 per day for car parking when this fee should be have been included in the price quoted. The only way to come to this place is by private vehicle (own or Uber).
