The service was excellent, got some nice tips, thanks! I would recommend installing mirrors to every room, weatherstripes to all doors(for better sound proofing) and a larger trash can to the toilets (more space to put toilet paper as the paper was forbidden to put in to the toilet). Those costs about nothing. The roof terrace was nice!

The desk manager Angel was friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. Trying to navigate the complicated traffic of downtown Seville was a challenge, but at least the Monterena offered private parking nearby. The rooms themselves are within walking distance of the cathedral, the royal alcazar, and other key sights.

Location is good to walk to Sevilla sites including the Alcazar and cathedral (10 mins) Bed was pretty firm but comfortable. We had a small kitchenette which we used, and equipped with an aircon. We also liked the common roof terrace for a drink or meal overlooking the neighbouring church The only annoyance was the noisy entry gate that leads in to the property, and the noise of other guests walking past our room which was close to the entry. Would stay again, due to location and value.

Hostel was in a great location - everything I needed was in walking distance between the train station, restaurants, and sights. Bed was comfortable and rooftop patio was great, good wifi. The only downside is because it's in the center of town, the building was extremely loud. Nothing the the hosts can really do but people coming and going at all hours of the night and you can hear every conversation or step.

Very beautiful atrium with rooms situated around it. Not too far from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Room ok size. Good cleaning. However, the heater was never cleaned i assume, the air circulating felt filthy. The room leaked air so you had to have the heater on continuously and at a high temperature to make the room decent. I Imagine it is the same in the summer cooling it. That leads to heavy electrical bills for the Pensión and customers are not happy about temperature in summer or wintertime. I felt sick and it became better when I went out and when I later on continued my tour to Cordoba the problems feeling sick were gone. I know that inner temperature in the winter is lower and air leakage in Spain but this Pensión need to clean the heater.

La peor experiencia que he vivido en un alojamiento turístico, pues contraté un servicio q no me dieron y cuando reclamé pretendían q pagase más dinero. Puse una queja x escrito y su propietario Jose Luis Galindo Ramírez fue muy maleducado y desagradable , tanto, que me he visto obligada a denunciarle después de tener q llamar a la policía porque no atendía a razones, forcejeó conmigo antes de que se personasen los dos agentes y al pedirle mi factura para presentarla en Consumo junto con la queja escrita q hice, me empujó de malas formas para pasar al mostrador, después de arrancarme de mi mano que sujetaba dicha factura q me dio su empleada y la hizo una pelota de papel con mucha rabia y lleno de ira y furia. Bochornoso comportamiento y demuestra CERO empatía con sus clientes. Sólo espero q nadie, nunca, tenga que vivir mi escabrosa experiencia. Se supone que vas para pasar un buen fin de semana y personajes cómo estos intentan arruinártelo. Vergonzoso

Service détestable : limite hostile. On nous annonce le jour de l'arrivée qu'il faut laisser une caution et qu'on a accepté en faisant la réservation (ok, en cherchant vraiment bien, c'est effectivement indiqué, mais il y a des façons de faire et de dire les choses...). On nous assure que ça nous sera rendu le jour du départ. Sauf que le jour du départ, la personne ne parle pas anglais et nous montre un message disant que ça sera remboursé automatiquement. Bilan : je vais devoir passer plusieurs semaines à surveiller mes comptes. Chambre minuscule. Clim démesurée. Donc on a soit trop chaud, soit trop froid. Pas de couverture, donc la nuit passée à allumer et éteindre la clim. Et je n suis pas le seul : dans les autres chambres à côté, je les entendais toute la nuit allumer et éteindre la leur...

Det var en kort men trevlig vistelse, hotellet har sin charm med lite trånga och väldigt uppåt lutande trappor. Personalen var trevlig och gav ett bra bemötande. Rummet var rent och snyggt, inte mycket störande ljud. Synd de inte hade frukost.

El único inconveniente por eso no le pongo 5 estrellas,es que habían bastantes hormigas y no se podía tirar el papel por el lavabo. Y le falta un microondas. Por lo demás todo genial,buena ubicación, zona tranquila y supermercados cercanos . Se agradece mucho que disponga de aire acondicionado.
