My husband and 2 boys had a wonderful stay for our anniversary week. Parking was easy, elevators were quick and the property is well maintained. The beach and pool entrances are gated which is a plus. Beach is clean and beautiful with lots of shells to find. The outdoor area of the pool is mostly shaded after morning, the kids loved swimming in and out to the indoor pool area. We really enjoyed our balcony view and all the space we had inside the condo. The master bed is noisy when climbing in/out or moving around, but the beds and furniture are comfortable. Master toilet seat needs replaced and the shower head could use an upgrade. Only other complaint is the front door does not have a deadbolt or security lock. The property manager was easy to reach and very friendly/helpful when we had one small issue which they quickly resolved for us. Overall highly recommend!

Beautiful room, very clean, up to date, mattresses were so comfortable. View was beautiful, their pool is very nice. I was able to utilize their gym every morning, which was also always clean. Ill be booking this exact room every summer from here on out

We did not stay at this property as the elevator was broken and our door code did not work. They reset it several times and still could not access the room. They moved us to a different property in Orange Beach

The property was easy to find. Loved the easy code entry. The view was fabulous! The weather was a bit chilly and windy, but that didnt keep us from daily walks in the beach. We walked to the nearby store and bought a few necessities and found a lovely dress of $9.99!! We were stuck in the elevator for an hour! Fire dept. rescued us. That wasnt fun.

There was ample parking, smooth check-in process, clean & safe property. This is the second time I've stayed in Crystal Shores West and will come here again. Had a couple issues with our dryer and front door lock but nothing serious. Love it here.

Room and amenities were just as described. Pools and hot tub was great and clean. The view was excellent and room was spacious and clean. An amazing place to stay. I was shocked to find a place this nice for the price, it usually costs more for a room/amenities this nice.

This is our third year to stay at this property. We love the location and it's quieter. The sun doesn't always hit the pool just right but it's great when you have gotten too much sun and just need to cool off.

This place was perfect! It was sparkling clean, I mean spotless. The condo is decorated beautifully. The beds slept amazingly. The furniture on the balcony was very nice! Short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again. So glad we found this place.

Right on the beach. Nice place, but would probably look elsewhere our next trip. When we got into bed the first night there was sand in the bed and makeup on the pillowcase. There were extra sheets but I've never stayed somewhere that the beds have been made back dirty. The elevators are very slow. Also, we had already checked in, changed and went down to the beach and when we got back someone had been in the condo to leave the welcome bag. It was odd to have it after we checked in. Nice place and probably just busy because it was 4th of July week, just not somewhere I would stay next trip.

There are only two things about the location that could be improved. The floors are always dirty, so it would be nice if housekeeping could give them a good mopping. The TV in the sitting room is of very poor quality and could stand to be improved. On the good side , Young's Suncoast is always responsive and helpful. We enjoy using the facility.

This condo was perfect for a family of 4. My 14 year old son slept on the hideaway bed and my 13 year old daughter slept in the 2nd bedroom while the master bedroom was very comfortable for mom and dad. The bathrooms were great sizes and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again! Location was great as well! I really liked that the walk from the building to the beach is very short compared to other condos I’ve stayed in. The balcony view was amazing! Elevators sometimes took a little while but that’s expected with lots of people. Really can’t think of anything bad to say about it. The king bed was super super soft like a cloud. Perfect for me but not good for someone who needs firm.

The condo was lovely and decorated with all things beachy. We didn’t use the kitchen since we were there such a short time but it had everything you could possibly need. I have no complaints just observations, the bed and the couch are noisy when you get up from them and the lounge chairs on the balcony have a bit of wear and tear. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

This condo is right on the beach with amazing views! Despite it being a larger condo building, it was quiet. We never heard our neighbors. It is located just far enough away from the busy downtown area, yet close enough to everything. We really had a nice time and enjoyed our stay!

The master bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! The place was very clean and tidy. Sitting out on the balcony was heaven; beautiful view! The only issue I had was that the plumbing was loud.

The Condo was beautiful and we had a good time only the first day. Then, whoever rented the condo next door smoked marijuana (pot) every single day and night so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony. We reported to the manager and they didn't do anything about it. The only thing they said was for us to call the police like we were going to do that and then have a chance to get shot at for reporting. We have rented other condos and never had that happened. We were very disappointed. Also, we found under the kitchen sink a bucket with dirty water with the fire extinguisher inside the bucket. We reported it and they came tow days later to let us know that there was a problem with garbage disposal. Thank goodness we didn’t use it.

This clean, updated property was perfectly suited for our family of four. Check in was seamless with ample parking both in the lot and in the covered parking (unmarked spots only) We were grateful for the various carts available on the ground floor to get all of our items in one trip. The balcony views were amazing. We were able to spot dolphins and sting rays on several different mornings. Two things we noticed was the garbage disposal wasn't working and there was no hair dryer. Someone came to repair the garbage disposal before we even reached out to let someone know it wasnt working which was great. We did contact the host regarding the hair dryer and we were told that someone would bring one but they never did. It wasn't a big deal. The older gentleman that worked security was very helpful. We ran into him several times and he provided helpful information regarding parking and wristbands. The location was great for walking to Pier 33 and Bahama Bob's. We also walked down to The Hangout several evenings (it took about 30 minutes) and enjoyed the live music and walking back on thr beach. We all loved it and hope to return!

Our 8th floor room was very clean and the balcony view was awesome. The walk to the beach was short. The condo was located close everything we needed, food shopping, etc. Hangout was happening the weekend after our stay so the city was preparing streets and rerouting traffic accordingly during our Mon thru Thrus stay. Highly recommend Crystal Shores West, Gulf Shores, AL.

The condo was even better than described. Plenty of amenities around the entire property. Easy beach access. Great location for the Hangout Music Festival. Walking distance to the festival.

This condo is right on the beach with amazing views! Despite it being a larger condo building, it was quiet. We never heard our neighbors. It is located just far enough away from the busy downtown area, yet close enough to everything. We really had a nice time and enjoyed our stay!

This is our third year to stay at this property. We love the location and it's quieter. The sun doesn't always hit the pool just right but it's great when you have gotten too much sun and just need to cool off.

Great place and location. Only issue was nearby rooms had guests that smoked marijuana that caused issues to use the balcony.

This property was great location to beach and state park. The living room and outdoor patio furniture was comfortable, which is something we rarely experience in VRBO rentals. We would rent this unit again.
