Our stay was enjoyable. We appreciated the clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was hot and had a wide variety of choices, not your typical continental. During our stay there were repairs being made to the elevator. The staff communicated options for guests and repairs were completed quickly. We were impressed by their management of the situation. We used the pool and spa. Both were clean, heated, and towels available. When we asked for a temperature adjustment, service staff arrived within minutes and made the changes. Very professional and guest friendly staff and service personnel. Overall a very comfortable stay near the airport. I would recommend this property as a good value and worth consideration over much more expensive options that offer similar amenities.

Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, l forgot one of my luggage at the hotel shuttle. It could be a good idea for the shuttle to give a barcode or note for each passenger's baggage so it will reduce the confusion between passengers' luggage when the shuttle is crowded.

Everything was fine about the hotel except the primary reason we booked here: to have a guaranteed and reliable way to the airport at 4:00 am. I booked the shuttle with the desk clerk when we arrived at 7:00 pm. When we came down at 3:50 am, the new overnight desk clerk could not find a shuttle reservation and we had to pay Uber in order to make it to the airport on time.

Close to airport. 24 hour shuttle. Great breakfast. Clean and they are updating with construction right now. We didn’t hear a thing and we were there until 10am.

There was construction going in at the hotel, lots of workers inside painting. Railings were laid in stairwells and one entrance was almost inaccessible. Had to park towards the front if you didn’t want to walk a ways. The fire alarm went off through the whole hotel and there was no direction or really anything from staff. Room had construction debris in it but thankfully didn’t smell like cigarettes like our friends did. All in all it’s ok if you just need to crash for the night but they definitely need some improvements!

We booked this property as the information said they had 24 hour airport shuttle service. Well, we arrived shortly after mudnight and when we called for the shuttle were told it would not be available till 5am.

Well, impressed with the cleanliness, spacious room, pool and whirlpool, and fast check-in. Really loved the fact that they came in and freshened up the room, made the bed gave us fresh towels, and emptied the trash. Hotels used to do this all the time, but they have gotten away from it. I love the fact that when we come back from a long day that we walk in and the room is nice and neat and we have fresh towels. Really appreciated that. Had a good variety of breakfast foods, and the lady who was in charge of it was very friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend this motel and would stay at it again

Booked a 2 queen beds and when we checked in and got to our room it was dirty. They hadn’t cleaned it from the last guest. No other room available so my daughter slept on the couch.

Room smelled stale and as though an animal had occupied the room. Pillows need to be either washed or replaced. They smelled sweaty and old. Shower was warm but never got hot. We usually stay at this hotel when in town because of no pet policy but was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness previously mentioned problems.

Room was dirty, sheets stained, shower dirty and the TV did not work. Very poor experience overall. I travel every Monday and will choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

Well after getting ready for bed. I turned down the covers. I found a dead bed bug. I called the front desk. Nothing happened, he said he would let the manager know. I was so exhaused, due to being up since 5 am. I just slept on top of the covers. The people above me were noisy until past midnight. I reported the the bug incident to the front desk. I even gave her the bug...wrapped in toilet paper. I was told the manager would be in by 10 am. It is now 12:34pm. I called the front desk. No response. I would like to be compensated in some way.

STAFF was great! We arrived very early and the front desk associate did everything she could to get us in early. The only concerns were: 1) the safe is not big enough to put a surface pro laptop in. 2) the bed frame is TERRIBLE! My girlfriend and I hit the corners several times...bruising us and even causing my girlfriend to bleed. She went down and discussed with staff...not much they can do.

The staff when we checked in were not very nice but everyone in the morning was great for breakfast and then the same lady was there when I checked out from the night before and she is just rude. The pool and hot tub were decent. The room was not soundproof so being next to the pool entrance was very loud. No good food near the hotel.

Room was *very* basic and a little small, but it was clean and the bed was comfy. Would be much more functional if sink was accessible outside the toilet/shower room. Nice that the bathroom had a fan, unlike a lot of other more modern hotels. Walls seemed a little thin, thankfully nobody near us was too loud. Good location, far enuff from airport to avoid the noise, but still close and convenient. Downtown is only 15min away. Indoor pool is really small and not well ventilated.

The room was clean, bed was firm, and location was convenient to local eateries. The pillows were flat, lighting was tricky to figure out, and the bathroom floor felt slippery and dangerous when wet. Jetted tub wasn't easy or safe to get in & out of, but roomy enough for two plus-size people and worked well. The walls were thin enough to hear early bird neighbors. Overall just OK for the price of a "suite".

This hotel was the worst. It’s old so super creaky. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from above and next door to you. We couldn’t sleep at all. When the person above from us walks, it creaks so loud everytime. We had ear plugs on and still heard the loud creaking and thumping. Thank god we were only there for one night.

Large room, but 102 was located at the end of the hallway next to a very noisy outside door which banged several times during the bright. At check-in the desk away un -manned as the receptionist had to visits the bathroom. As we had to get up at 4.30 am to catch a flight to attend a funeral I specifically asked for a quiet room. 102 did not provide that peace. Very disappointing !!!

Not a good stay. Passing trains woke us up several times during the night. The carpets and weird lighting in the hallways gave the hotel a disorienting ‘Shining’ feel (yes like the Stephen King movie) and was uncomfortable. The bathroom lighting was a freakishly bad fluorescent that literally gave my wife auras of an on-coming seizure. And to top it all off, the middle-aged lady at the front desk with a silver-haired ponytail tried to deny my wife access to the breakfast bar with our LICENSED VESTED service dog, violating ADA regulations. We will NEVER stay here again.

We were caught up in the technology issue and had to find a hotel to wait out flying home. We arrived at the hotel even before checkout, so even though we were so tired we could hardly stand, we figured we would have to just sit in the lobby. BUT- the receptionist Ziza was fantastic!!!!! She let us have the breakfast available, and she asked the housekeeping people to let her know as soon as the rooms she assigned us were cleaned and she got us in to them as quick as she could. Absolutely the best receptionist we had come across for our whole 2 week vacation!!! Kudos to Best Western for hiring her. Keep her forever! Also, our rooms were great. Very comfortable beds.

I arrived shortly after midnight due to a cancelled connecting flight. When I made it to my room, I instantly recognized that the room had not been cleaned since the previous guest. The bed was unnamed, there were used wet towels in the bathroom and empty soda cans on the counter. I went to the front desk and showed the night staff a photo (attached) of the unclean bathroom and used towels. He simply gave me clean towels. Since it was after midnight, no one was available to clean the room and the hotel was at 100% occupancy. After making several efforts to get a refund by Hotels.com and Best Western directly, no one is able to acknowledge the failure. The Best Western manager is now ignoring my emails after she explained to me she would look into the matter.

We booked this hotel after our flight was cancelled. When we arrived, there were at least thirty other check-ins ahead of us. They only had 1 single front desk worker who was taking 10-15 mins for each check-in. I feel bad for the guy as clearly the hotel was under-staffed. After we waited for an hour and a half, I made the decision to book another hotel right across the street for roughly the same price. I messaged the hotel to cancel my reservation, but was declined and charged the full amount even though we did not stay there. I then explained the situation with the hotel manager & expedia customer service even tried to refund the money, but the hotel continued to refuse the request. I do not recommend this hotel and would look elsewhere if you're in a bind and need a quick room for the night. I cost them exactly zero dollars, they refused to refund my money. Not a great way to run a business. Who knows what else may be in store for a weary traveler. Check other hotels in the area.

The breakfast was good, staff friendly., rooms spacious. Housekeeping did a great job. Very close to the main city. 15-25 minutes to all the downtown attractions. Parking was a little limited. Would recommend the hotel addmuffins with breakfast. Would stay again.

The only thing our group of 9 thought was awful, was the lounge chairs in the lobby or breakfast eating area. They were the most uncomfortable things to sit on. No back support, there is a bar across the under leg, and felt like we were sitting in a hole. I have no other complaints. Side note, it would be awesome if you had contour pillows as an option if people need the proper neck support while traveling.
