Beds are not as comfortable as other Hampton Inns we have stayed, a bit hard. Pool was closed at 7pm on a Saturday night for some reason. Our room was on the 2nd floor right above the side entry door and by the elevators so it was very noisy all night and early morning. Would request a different spot next time.

I wish the hit tub had actually been hot. It was less than 100 degrees. Gum had good dumbbells but no treadmill. Front desk was responsive. People smoked right outside the exit door and blew smoke right in my face…

Average. Can't justify $159/night. Hotel was clean, quiet ok for quick overnight stay. Dining room was uninviting, no atmosphere. Breakfast was too minimal, there wasn't even toppings or fruit for the oatmeal. Fitness room had only 1 treadmill working, rest of machines would not turn on. Worth it to stay farther from Geneseo in a better hotel

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was one of the worst I have had at a Hampton Inn. The pool was good, but the gym was small.

Very friendly check in. And welcomed us to have our dinner in the dining area. Great location. Maybe 10 minutes to SUNY at Geneseo. Great breakfast in the morning. 24 hr. Coffee and a great perk: a Peloton bike!! Noon checkout. Fantastic stay!!

The Hampton Inn in Geneseo is clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were disappointed that both the hot tub and pool were closed however. The next day when going to breakfast at 7:00, the hotel had already run out of yoghurt and all fruit. Perhaps a little more proactive management could raise the quality of the customer service.

This place was ok but the pillows were very flat and the breakfast was definitely not as good as most Hamptons. We were there around 8 and the yogurt was all gone already and most of the fruit too except for apples. The tables were dirty and the long seating area padded benches were so stained I did not want to sit on them.

Ants in the room that got into our food. Reported to front desk and only choice was to change rooms. Was way too late at night to do that, so we threw food away. Mattress was old, thin, and very uncomfortable. Had back ache both mornings because of mattress. Reported to front desk, and they said all mattresses were the same. Sink was clogged in bsthroom. This was fixed but took about an hour because hotel had to go out and buy drano. Hair in the shower, we cleaned up. Fire alarm went off on Friday morning and woke us up and did not shut off for about 30 minutes. Very loud, hurt my ears, very upsetting. Overall, not thrilled at all with poor experience. No apology from hotel front desk for anything.

Nice hotel but a notch down from other Hampton Inns that we have stayed at. Carpets were worn and wrinkled in areas. Not just the same level but decent. Breakfast was pretty good - omelets, waffles (including blueberry batter), sausage, etc.

In the front planters there were cups with cigarette butts in them. Along with buckets to hold the plants up. The stones had cigarette butts. The drier vent sprays all over the stones, making it dirty.

The room was very spacious and fairly clean. The bathroom however was not pleasant with small black flying bugs called drain flies. It was coming from the drain in the middle of the bathroom which was concerning and gross.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it is perfect for visiting my children at Geneseo. But on this visit, the rug was a little dirty when I came to my room and the entire hallway smells like marijuana. And there was something in the hallway banging on someone’s door. However, generally speaking this is a good place to stay at Geneseo. And the staff is exceptionally helpful and kind.

In general, staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Furniture was old/ damaged (seat torn, couch worn) Housekeeping service was every other day. Beds were not made and towels were not taken. This would be ok, but there was no notification given; most hotels have a notice if they do not change towels daily, or give an option. My family came back to the hotel with a lot of wet towels waiting for us. When I asked for replacement towels, I was given a strict limit of how many I could get (4 when I asked for 5). This left a bad vibe on an otherwise pleasant stay.

It would have been a perfect stay except that the desk lamp did not work. When I went down to the front desk, the staff member there did not have a bulb but offered to change my room. I asked to have the lamp changed and she said that was not allowed. As it happened I plugged the lamp in to a different outlet and it worked. However, I was disappointed by being stonewalled by the night desk person.

The remote barely worked. The fridge was not cool enough. The pillows smelled old. And the worst thing is they charged my card twice for the same stay. Now I have to take my time to argue the charges. Very dissapointed, I expected better from this chain

Convenient location for attending a weekend event at Empire Dragway in Leicester. Front desk staff was very pleasant and informative. Room and property were very clean. Whirlpool room on first floor was not worth it - lots of noise from the floor above, late into the night. I understand some folks were in town for various weddings at the time, but the hotel is not very sound proofed. The tub also takes forever to fill. A standard room on the highest floor would have been better. Hard mattress, no robes. Ample toiletries, but heavily fragranced shampoo and body wash products. I would consider staying again next time I am in town, as long as it is a room on the top floor. Hotel is conveniently located to fuel and grocery stores, and a Tim Hortons across the street for Canadians who are missing home!

The stay was great, however, I would like to request that the pullout bed in room 227, be put out to the curb! Actually I think sleeping on the curb would have been more comfortable than this pullout 'bed'. I know those are typically not the best beds in the first place, but this one took it to a whole new level. Other than that, we had a great stay at the hotel.

Upon checking in, I was told two bookings were placed in my name. I am only one person. I do not need two rooms. The staff then informed me there was nothing they could do about the impending double charge, and I had to contact Experian. Upon doing so, the Experian AI chatbot told me it was the hotels fault and contact them. My god, folks. Yall will never get a dime out of me or mine ever again goodbye

It would have been a perfect stay except that the desk lamp did not work. When I went down to the front desk, the staff member there did not have a bulb but offered to change my room. A great stay! Stephanie at the front desk was a joy to work with for check-in and she didn’t give up until she had figured out an issue with the Expedia check-in and the issue with the in-room WiFi. The housekeeping staff were excellent and kind in their interactions. The breakfast was wonderful: banana pancakes, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, fruit, etc. The young lady keeping the breakfast stocked was also very friendly and personable. The only negative was the beds-for my comfort they were very hard and uncomfortable.

Family is here for a short stay. Came to see Letchworth State Park. Thought we saw online that the hotel is 10 minutes away. It is not - more like 30 minutes away. But overall nice hotel. Hot tub in pool area is out or order, but we enjoyed the pool.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet and safe in Geneseo, NY. Breakfast food options were plentiful. Not much to do in Geneseo but this hotel was in a good proximity to Letchworth State Park where we were going.

The furniture was shabby and looks old, not all the outlets in the room worked. There was a power surge in the morning. The breakfast was disappointing. The milk was warm. The batter for the waffles ran out and was not replaced. Heard staff complaining about needing to put out more items, the orange juice ran out and wasn’t replaced. stay at hotel next-door that was cheaper and had better service and the quality was higher.
