房間細，沒空間開行李箱，酒店殘舊，缺乏設施，只有温泉手，晚上要參與的Bingo 遊戲還要額外收費。廁所浴室沒分開，使用不方便。餐廳很熱，夏天也沒有開冷氣。包餐的食物種類少，服務員態度冷漠。我不會再住。

Traditional and slightly dated onsen resort. The onsen was alright but need to take note to bring the towels down as they dont provide it below. However, the staff was all very helpful, the nightly firework shows are also viewable from our room which was a bonus & the morning view of the mountain at 4/5am WAS SOOOO GORGEOUS IT FELT MAGICAL! The morning breakfast was also good but not amazing! Overall will still stay here for the experience and the beautiful view! If you are looking for more modern amenities then look elsewhere~

Old. Central Air Condition was not working. They had to bring inc3 electric fans so I can sleep. Did ask to change room but they said “NO” I would not go back there again

何よりスタッフの皆さんが優秀です。いろんなお声がけをしてくださいました。外国からの方も多かったですが、みなさん親切で真摯で毎日お会いするのが嬉しかったです。汚部屋派昔の温泉旅館という感じです。窓が大きく洞爺湖がよく見えました。ベッドにはフラットシーツがあり、個人的にはたいへん心地よかったです。コンセントが少ないこと(ベッドサイドにはない)、ドライヤーがないことなど、が古さを感じた点です。大浴場はきれいで、露天風呂もいろいろ種類があり楽しめました。夏場は露天風呂からきれいに花火が見えます。欠点はドライヤーが少ないことです。食事はバイキングですが、豪華さはありません。

2025/10 旅館外面有工作人員協助，大廳很大旁邊就是湖景，不能從大廳直接走到湖邊，必須從大門出去繞到湖邊。房間日式榻榻米和臨窗的桌椅，不習慣坐榻榻米桌邊者可坐到窗邊。去大浴場最好從房間帶去毛巾和大浴巾，目前很多旅館都是如此要求，有戶外浴池泡起來比較舒服，隔日男湯和女湯交換，浴池有些不同。早餐偏日式餐點，可以自煮烏龍麵，麵包會先烤熱方便取用。晚餐可動手成吉思汗烤肉有鹿肉和羊肉，有腥羶味。或動手做炊飯，鰻好吃的。晚上8:45開始放煙火，坐在房間也可看到，但大部分人喜歡到湖邊，比較有餐與感。

The tatami has some stain on it. Luckily the bedsheets is clean. We didnt know that they will come n setup the tatami for us so we did it on our own without any knowledge. When we back from dinner, someone came over. He was standing outside n see that we already did it, he just said ok and wanna walk away. We asked him to check he just simply walk in and dont even bother to check thru and said it was correct. Till we went to the next hotel with tatami setup, then we know we did it wrong way for the blanket. Very unprofessional

Awesome onsen and view over the lake Toya. Very diverse and nice dinner and breakfast buffet. Quality of the western style room average. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with better rooms. It was clean when I arrived, but has not been cleaned before the 2nd night of my stay. Extra bath tax charged at hotel during checkout.

房間內榻榻米的味道非常重，跟櫃台要了電扇跟開窗一陣子才比較好，另外就是灰塵很多會讓人一直過敏。旅館位置很方便，樓頂的戶外溫泉view不錯，晚上的bingo活動挺有趣的，有空可以參加，煙火的話會建議走出旅館往左走一小段，那邊才能看到全部的煙火。

施設が古いのが残念です。補修の予定はあるのかどうか分かりませんが、大浴場も部屋も天井が剥げてきていました。朝食夕食のレストランビュッフェは、とても良かったです。セルフのジンギスカンや釜飯、昭和がコンセプトの朝食、お風呂も最高でした。ロケーションも良く、洞爺湖が一望できました。スタッフも親切で、トータルでは良いホテルだと思います。

도착했을 때 바로 앞 주차장을 이용했는데 직원분이 바로달려와 주셔서 주차 봐주시고 맞이해주던 모습이 인상깊었습니다. 좁은 차선이지만 횡단보도가 없어서 짐과 부모님, 아이를 이끌고 이동해야했는데 안전하게 이동할 수 있도록 해주셔서 덕분에 무사히 잘 도착했구나 안심할 수 있었습니다. 석식뷔페에 대한 후기가 호불호가 있어 걱정했는데 먹어보니 막 맛있다 이런 느낌 보다는 식재료 자체가 워낙 좋고 본연의 맛을 살려서 자극적인 간을 추구하는 여느 뷔페음식보다 우리가족에겐 잘 맞았습니다. 조식 먹기 전인데 조식도 든든히 먹고 다음일정을 출발할 예정입니다. 전통다다미에서의 숙박과 만족스러운 온천 그리고 불꽃놀이가 기대했던 것들을 충족시켜줬습니다. 호수뷰가 아니었지만 일몰 뒤 입실이라 창밖을 보지 않아도 괜찮았습니다.불꽃놀이는 1층 로비 테라스 밖으로 나와서 봐서 상관없었어요.

The tatami has some stain on it. Luckily the bedsheets is clean. We didnt know that they will come n setup the tatami for us so we did it on our own without any knowledge. When we back from dinner, someone came over. He was standing outside n see that we already did it, he just said ok and wanna walk away. We asked him to check he just simply walk in and dont even bother to check thru and said it was correct. Till we went to the next hotel with tatami setup, then we know we did it wrong way for the blanket. Very unprofessional

何よりスタッフの皆さんが優秀です。いろんなお声がけをしてくださいました。外国からの方も多かったですが、みなさん親切で真摯で毎日お会いするのが嬉しかったです。汚部屋派昔の温泉旅館という感じです。窓が大きく洞爺湖がよく見えました。ベッドにはフラットシーツがあり、個人的にはたいへん心地よかったです。コンセントが少ないこと(ベッドサイドにはない)、ドライヤーがないことなど、が古さを感じた点です。大浴場はきれいで、露天風呂もいろいろ種類があり楽しめました。夏場は露天風呂からきれいに花火が見えます。欠点はドライヤーが少ないことです。食事はバイキングですが、豪華さはありません。

Traditional and slightly dated onsen resort. The onsen was alright but need to take note to bring the towels down as they dont provide it below. However, the staff was all very helpful, the nightly firework shows are also viewable from our room which was a bonus & the morning view of the mountain at 4/5am WAS SOOOO GORGEOUS IT FELT MAGICAL! The morning breakfast was also good but not amazing! Overall will still stay here for the experience and the beautiful view! If you are looking for more modern amenities then look elsewhere~

2025/10 旅館外面有工作人員協助，大廳很大旁邊就是湖景，不能從大廳直接走到湖邊，必須從大門出去繞到湖邊。房間日式榻榻米和臨窗的桌椅，不習慣坐榻榻米桌邊者可坐到窗邊。去大浴場最好從房間帶去毛巾和大浴巾，目前很多旅館都是如此要求，有戶外浴池泡起來比較舒服，隔日男湯和女湯交換，浴池有些不同。早餐偏日式餐點，可以自煮烏龍麵，麵包會先烤熱方便取用。晚餐可動手成吉思汗烤肉有鹿肉和羊肉，有腥羶味。或動手做炊飯，鰻好吃的。晚上8:45開始放煙火，坐在房間也可看到，但大部分人喜歡到湖邊，比較有餐與感。

I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and this is the worst by a mile. The bed sheets had dried sweat and bodily fluid stains from whoever stayed before me. The “fresh” towels had hardened substances and actual human remnants crusted into them. Imagine drying your face with that. The bathroom was covered in black greasy grime, the kind that takes months of nobody cleaning to build up. The vents and fans had clumps of dust and debris hanging off them, blowing into the air you breathe all night. The aircon barely worked either. And the room itself was old and completely outdated, like stepping into your grandparents’ house, except your grandparents at least would have kept it clean. That’s their cheapest room, it only gets dearer from there. Photos attached, look at them before you book. It’s a rip off. The staff were somehow worse than the room. Asked for an extra pillow, told me they were “out of stock.” Asked to pay for a late checkout, got told “sold out” without them checking a single thing. A different staff member the next morning confirmed late checkout is offered as standard, so I was just lied to. Asked about a laundry machine and got a disgusted look and “this is a hotel, not a laundry,” like a paying guest was beneath him. Showed the manager the photos. No apology, no compensation, nothing. If they won’t even clean the sheets properly, what else aren’t they cleaning? Book anywhere else. Rude unaccommodating staff, very unsanitary and absolute rip off for ¥40000+
