建物は古いですが、お部屋はキレイに掃除されているので価格を考えれば満足です。設備やアメニティは最低限で歯ブラシ、バスタオル、浴衣。夕食はしゃぶしゃぶのプランで量は充分でした。朝食は洋食にしましたが、パンが少ないし、温められるようにトースターを置いて欲しかった。温泉は内湯のみで3つあるうち1つはお湯が張られていませんでした。スタッフの方々はとても感じが良くて「お部屋からも花火が見れますが打ち上げ場所が移動していくので遊歩道がオススメです」と教えてくれました。低予算の時ならまた泊まると思います。

お風呂の泉質は良かったのです。内風呂のみで、源泉掛け流しです。ただ、とても熱い…なんとかして、もう少し温度を下げてもらわないと、暑すぎです。露天風呂がらあったらいいのになぁ

The room is a little dated but otherwise super clean and spacious. Another disappointment is thst the hotel only have shower in the onsen which many guests may like the experience but better if the hotel can consider shower room for people who wants privacy. Anyway, still I would recommend this hotel.

만세각 바로 옆에 있고 토야코가 내려다 보이는 객실이 훌륭했음. 오래된 건물이다 보니 방은 담배냄새가 찌들어 있었으나 다다미 구조이지만, 침대 밑에 단이 있어 완전히 바닥은 아니라 편했음. 조식은 일식과 양식을 선택할 수 있었는데, 일식이 정갈하고 더 건강한 느낌이었음.

Our room was clean and comfortable and had a great view of Lake Toya. There was only a smoking room available to book but it did not smell too strongly of smoke. There is an onsen bath on the basement floor but we didn’t use it. The hotel was advertised as having shared bathrooms but we actually had our own private bathroom in our room, which was great! The location was super convenient- close to the bus station and the lake. I recommend this place!

從房間大窗可直接觀看煙花，房內和廁所有一點點舊但潔淨，有小露台，早上有海鷗停下休息。我訂的房型內設廁所(乾淨)(走廊有也)，但沒有浴室，要到溫泉內的公眾澡堂。溫泉分男女，浴室在各自浴場。女湯裡面也算乾淨，只有一個池但泉水超級熱，如目標是溫泉需考慮一下。總結：不介意公眾沐浴的人可以，CP值高。但不知晚上大門是否上鎖？櫃台職員晚上在後台休息，升降機也沒有拍卡，房門使用鎖匙，沒有夾萬。注重安全的話需要考慮。

可能係吸煙房的關係，煙嘅味道還有一點點，房間很大，室外環境也很好，如果當時天氣好一點的話我相信會看到很美的洞爺湖景色。若果有非吸煙的房間的話下次會再次入住。

Our room was clean and comfortable and had a great view of Lake Toya. There was only a smoking room available to book but it did not smell too strongly of smoke. There is an onsen bath on the basement floor but we didn’t use it. The hotel was advertised as having shared bathrooms but we actually had our own private bathroom in our room, which was great! The location was super convenient- close to the bus station and the lake. I recommend this place!

The building is clearly very old and it is showing signs of its age. The onsen hot springs are hidden away in the basement and is extremely tiny and not an overall fun place to relax. The included dinner was average but it felt more like I was being served dinner at a friend's house than at a ryokan. You have to lay out your own futon as it's self-service which was a bit odd. Overall the whole experience was very unexciting and we were happy to move on to the next leg of our trip.

建物は古いですが、お部屋はキレイに掃除されているので価格を考えれば満足です。設備やアメニティは最低限で歯ブラシ、バスタオル、浴衣。夕食はしゃぶしゃぶのプランで量は充分でした。朝食は洋食にしましたが、パンが少ないし、温められるようにトースターを置いて欲しかった。温泉は内湯のみで3つあるうち1つはお湯が張られていませんでした。スタッフの方々はとても感じが良くて「お部屋からも花火が見れますが打ち上げ場所が移動していくので遊歩道がオススメです」と教えてくれました。低予算の時ならまた泊まると思います。

The room is a little dated but otherwise super clean and spacious. Another disappointment is thst the hotel only have shower in the onsen which many guests may like the experience but better if the hotel can consider shower room for people who wants privacy. Anyway, still I would recommend this hotel.
