This is a hotel with a lot of potential. Some of the premises are a bit worn out and in need of renovation. The spa is small but very nice. The treatments and personnel there were great! However, from the point of view of customer experience the 5 euro extra charge feels ridiculous in a hotel of this price range. We ate at the restaurant a few times: the food and service there were very good. The breakfast was also quite nice. Our daughter’s jeans got stained with rust from the swings in the playground. The chains should be changed. Again, from the point of view of customer experience, it felt ridiculous that we had to insist that the hotel should not charge us for the laundry. The balcony and sofas there were dirty. Despite these smallish issues, we’d be happy to return :)

The hotel is very modern and impressive and overall I was very impressed. The rooms are huge! Beds massive, huge bath and standalone walk in shower. Nice balcony with seating. My main issue in the room was that the interconnecting door between rooms had zero sound proofing. I could hear the neighbours in the shower! Also there was a coffee pod machine but no kettle or tea making facility. Breakfast was very good. The spa was very nice but looked in need of a bit of upkeep. The large expanse of windows were incredibly dirty and water marked, even just cleaning those would have made a big difference. I had a massage which was excellent. Parking is free and easy, and getting a taxi into town is very cheap and easy!

Ett härligt hotell perfekt för familjen! Totalt 4 pooler varav två är på spa området där det kostar 5 euro per dag. Men det stora poolområdet utomhus räcker långt. Både djupa och grunda pooler vilket är perfekt för barnen. Stor lekplats. Oerhört hjälpsam personal! Kan verkligen rekommendera att ta deras hjälp för att boka surflektioner, en riktigt härlig upplevelse för hela familjen. Hotellet ligger i lugnt område på golfbanan. Ca 25 minuter att gå till de närmsta restaurangerna nere vid havet.

Accommodation is lovely, rooms are very comfortable as are the beds and linen is lovely too. The staff are all lovely too. Pool is nice but no mattress for the sun loungers and lots of children 10 and Under. You do need towel tokens but thre is no shortage of towels. Playground is lovely Golf course is good but expensive to play on.

Not very child friendly, Main Pool was closed on arrival then when It was opened there was no pool bar unless you ordered through their phone. Park was a life saver for children as there’s nothing to do around the area unless you get in a car. Especially when it’s too cold to use the pools. Very hard to keep children busy.

The grounds and staff were five-star. We loved the pools and restaurants—lots of stuff onsite to keep the kids entertained. Unfortunately, we stayed in Villa 5, which was large and comfortable, but very run down. The flooring was badly scratched, warped, and coming up in places. The shower doors didn't close fully and, therefore, completely flooded the floors, so we had to keep soggy towels all over the floors—which was gross. The thermostats were old, and it was impossible to figure out how to turn on the A/C. Overall, it was a good stay but be sure to ask for a recently renovated room/villa.

Beautiful week at a beautiful hotel- our deluxe villa was mostly private with the exception of the noise from the playground directly behind our villa which was quite disturbing daily- the breakfast staff was very accommodating and everyone was friendly and helpful- only criticisms of the villa is that the bathrooms lacked privacy and there was a lack of pleasant landscaping around the villas, although the rest of the property was beautifully landscaped - although the villas were nicely furnished, I expected a more luxurious accommodation from the 5 star property

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in April. We absolutely loved it. Room was amazing- lovely balcony, huge bathroom with gorgeous bath and every comfort you would need. Was very quiet and peaceful. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with loads of choice and all meals we had at the bar and restaurant were lovely. We will definitely be back with out kids!

Beautifully tranquil setting. Staff were excellent Breakfast choice was good and the service was attentive without being intrusive. We took a taxi to Cascais old town each evening so could not comment on the evening meals. Cascais itself is beautiful and the dining options are extensive and fabulous. Would definitely recommend.

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, restaurant was great loved seafood risotto, breakfast was the best and sourdough bread with seeds must try I will definitely be returning!"

Booked this for my husband’s birthday. Everything was better than we hoped for. Welcome Gift and cake for his birthday waiting in our room when we arrived. Exceptional service at the desk and everywhere else. Great golf on our last day. Thank you for making our weekend so special.

Our villa had an issue that needed repair. The wonderful staff moved everything for us to an upgraded villa while we were at my daughter’s wedding! They were so helpful & kind! I highly recommend staying at this resort & would definitely return when in Portugal!

Todo de maravilla, está ubicado cerca del campo de golf así que para quien juegue les queda de maravilla, todas las instalaciones y atención maravillosas. La comida del buffet matinal de maravilla. Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir hatten eine große Villa und trotzdem die Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotels. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut um die Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ist aber außerhalb von Cascais, man muss mit dem Auto fahren. Zu Fuß etwa 5 km, Bus fährt nur einmal in der Stunde.

OK property but the food is not good at all. Both breakfast and dinner are not tasty at all. Especially dinner though. Hotel is OK in terms of room quality but nothing more. Staff is very friendly and really want to provide good service.
