I liked the room & the location, it was suitable for my needs. I liked the amenities (mini fridge, microwave), my room had a shower tub that was awesome, free parking in its own lot, and I was able to walk to nearby restaurants.

Room was great! Renovation looks really nice! No pool unfortunately and the outside doesn’t look great but overall we were happy with the stay!

Close to Disneyland parks. Good parking. Room was clean and looked updated. Mattress was decent. Sheets felt rough, not super comfortable. Water took a very long time to get hot for a shower. Overall; excellent place for the price. A few small quirks but I’d recommend it to anyone coming to the area on a budget.

The room itself was clean, very convenient location! Almost every night about 8:30p they would clean the parking lot, walkway and seemly the actual doors with a loud leaf blower!

I am a Magic Key Passholder and Pacific Inn is my go to stay. When checking in the service is friendly and fast, I have enjoyed the rooms and the free parking is always close to my room. My room is very clean and has all the necessities I need for my stay. It's nice to be close to Walmart Market and a Target for last minute items as well as many options to eat. Its close to Knotts Berry Farm for my recent trip, as well as other entertainment such as Medieval Times, Pirates Dinner and Beach Boulevard Club. Still close enough to Disneyland/DCA for most of my visits. I already booked for my January trip. My favorite part is the photos don't lie. I cant stand staying at places that use stock photos and say parking is free or a fridge is in the room then its not because it was supposed to be requested prior to the visit. Also you can walk into the lobby and not made to use the night window when its extremely hot or rainy outside. This place is simple, affordable and very clean. Not just the room, but the parking lot and the lobby are clean too.

Ample parking, the room was very clean; the bed was super comfortable. I could not give it 5 stars, however, because the air conditioner was noisy and the hot water in the shower took close to 4 minutes to arrive.

The loudest air conditioner ever. WiFi couldn’t connect.

Small quaint, no ice, cold showers early in the morning. No real frills, just a room, but was clean and easy to get to. Parking a little tight.

Everything was average for what you expect from a motel like this. We only used this place for sleeping. The only bad was that the floor was dirty around the bed, debris and all. Looks like someone only did a quick sweep right before we arrived in the main areas. Also found a cockroach-sized dead bug in the middle of the room floor. It was obviously squished before we arrived but was not picked up? Like come on.

Many reviews say this place is by Disney, when in fact it's not. If you're use to staying around Disney, and then stay here, which is very close to Knotts, it's completely different. Hotel grounds are clean and kept up, staff was great, but the floor in our room was so sticky..had to wear our shoes the entire time. Bed is hard, space is small, but does the job for sleeping I suppose. Sheets were itchy. I don't think I'd stay here again, but it was a nicer motel in the area that was given.

Con would be the floors looked clean but noticed it was dirty when my white socks were black at the end of the night. But other than that the place was a great place to stay!

I would not recommend. I don’t know about you but waking up and seeing a roach just sitting next your suitcase is disgusting. On top of that the nats that are just flying around make you disgusted. It’s cheap and convenient as it’s near Disney but if you have the extra funds make sure you go elsewhere

Pros: Affordable and front desk guy was really nice. Room had microwave and mini fridge. Very close to Knott's Berry Farm and about 15 from Disney. Cons: tiny room. 1-2 people only. If you have large bags etc you're gonna have a bad time. Room was very unclean. Floor was sticky and disgusting, turned our socks black in minutes. Clumps of hair in tub and on one towel when we arrived. Worst was the smell - room REEKED of urine, literally smelled like a public toilet. We stayed two nights but no housekeeping came by to bring new towels etc. Very basic cheap toiletries. Shower head covered in calcium buildup. Could hear every sound from neighbors, loud AC and busy roads. I slept in noise cancelling earbuds. Would not stay here again.

Room smelled a little strongly of cleaner. But since it was actually really clean, almost spotless, was overlookable.

I was not sure about this place but since it had so many 10 reviews I gave it a shot. So to all the people that gave this a 10 just how low are your standards!!! The place was indeed clean the overwhelming smell of cleaner was too much Raid would have been an enhancement!!! I did complain to the manager and asked to come inside and when he did he said he didn’t smell anything I quickly realized he was in denial and this was going to turn into an argument. At this moment I accepted my lost and gave up. He did come back and gave 3 spray of Air Freshener ( Lavender) and suggested I turn up the AC it did helped with the smell but had to deal with a noisy AC it was a sacrifice I was willing to take. I also anticipate some feedback from management based on previous reviews he likes to fight bring it on !!!

Room was very nice. Was compact but the layout of electrical outlets and lights are excellent. Room included fridge, microwave, iron & board, hair dryer, about everything you wanted for overnight stay. Wasn't next/near to other conveniences but price was right.

Room was newly renovated. Rick at check in was vert friendly and helpful.

Hotel was quiet. Room was small but comfortable. Not perfect condition, but adequate. Had a microwave & fridge. Could stand a deep cleaning & some paint touch ups, but wasn't dirty either. Sink, tub and surfaces were clean and dust free. Linens were a bit rough, but clean. Beed seemed firm, but I slept well on it.

It didn’t look like the picture AC didn’t work that good. TV was tiny and remote didn’t work. It smelled really dingy and musty. Definitely overpriced because it’s near Disney land or Knotts

It was good over all, but they didn’t clean our room even when we requested maid services. My deposit hasn’t been returned yet it’s been 5 days.

The man that was at the front desk was very nice and very detailed about everything from check in to checkout I’d definitely come back in the future

It was a nice room, and the property was quiet. I wish that the room had a dresser to put my clothes in, as I literally had to live out of my suitcase. It also would’ve been nice to have a hand towel holder in the vanity area instead of having to throw it over the clothes rack. I did have the ‘need maid service’ on the door knob one time, as I needed cups and some towels, but a maid never came. I had to go to the front office to request the services.

16 minutes on transportation bus to Knott's berry farm. Close to Walmart and shopping center.

Room was nice. They replenished towels, but did not make the bed every day(probably still due to Covid policy?) Easy parking. About a 10-13 minute drive to the Mickey and Friends parking garage at Disneyland, and Knotts Berry Farm is about a half mile away on Beach Blvd.

My wife and I needed a place to sleep for one night to go to the Disneyland resort. The manager was very friendly and courteous to me as I checked in. Other than the area being a little noisy at night. This place was well worth the price value.

Great affordable option to stay. Easy check in and the front desk was very friendly. If you’re a light sleeper it’s not for you. Traffic on Beach Blvd was loud and constant.
