ホテル前の駐車場が工事中で、離れた第二駐車場でした。聞いてみたら11月中旬まで工事だそうです。車に用事がある時はとてもとても不便です。部屋のスペアキーが1本しか貰えないので、お風呂などで時間差があって、フロントに連絡して開けて貰いました。前日の旭岳温泉のホテルは2本でしたので、とても良かったので良心的ではありません。大浴場内に1階分の高さの階段があった為、足の悪い父が凄く辛かったと話してました食事ですが、新米の時期なのに新米ではなかった量を指定するボタンで少なめを押したら、お茶碗からはみ出る量が出てきたので、お茶碗に米粒が沢山付いてしまったので、直した方が良いです札幌黄スープは味がなかったです。全体的に味が無かったです。素材の味を活かしたものがなかったのが残念でした部屋のお風呂にアメニティが無く、残念でした両親を連れての旅行でしたが、次回泊まるかと言ったら申し訳ないんですが泊まらないですチェックアウト時に入湯料を取られたんですが、ホテルに泊まりに予約を入れているのですから、宿泊料金に込みでお願いしたいです。比べたら良く無いですが、旭岳温泉はチェックアウト時には取られません
