Advertized pool there is no pool. Hallways have an odor. I could write my name is dust on tables. Remote had no batteries or back, hasnt been swept found bandaids etc on floor. They tried to paint but think my 3 year old grandkid could do better. Stained bathroom floors just gross

The condition of this hotel was atrocious! No lights in the stairwell, furniture in the hallways, floors were filthy, check in area was filthy, dirty walls, etc….. My daughter, 2 grandkids and myself felt very unsafe and uncomfortable.

I called to let them know we were running late and wouldn’t arrive until about 9pm. When we got there we discovered they were apparently under construction. The worker at the desk had her children there running around. Everything was out of order and horribly dirty. The rooms were very dirty, no locks on the doors, exposed electrical in the bathrooms, etc. We had to leave and find new rooms but yet were charged because we didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance. We were not told when I booked or called that they were under reconstruction. The pictures snd description were VERY misleading! We were extremely disappointed!!
