Booked because of the price. Clean bed. Happy for that. The photos have a pool and breakfast. Both were non existent. Pool has been closed for ever according to staff. No plan to open. First few photos were the pool. False advertising. For the price I did not need the extras but sad when looking forward to a swim.

Booked this hotel because it had a hot tub, pool and work out room. When we checked in the pool and hot tub was broke and there was no work out room. THEY DON'T HAVE ONE... The ice machine didn't work and they only had one for the hole place. The chain lock for our door was broke. The heat was either on or off. So the room would get hot then we would have to turn the heat off so it would cool down, Hard to sleep.They didn't have any kleenex either. Was told the side door was not working. We would like some, if not all of our money back was a very sad place to stay. Wouldn't stay there again. Very disappointed.

They have no pool or hottub anymore which i not aware of till after i checked in and the gal dig great with changing me to a different room and upgraded to king.. the 1st room bedding was dirty and beer can in it. 2nd room curtains were gross

The room was so hit we coudnt breath coking in. We opened the window and the door to vool it off. The shower half worked leaking water. The ceiling was molded in bathroom with celing tiles missing. The cream for fofee was all rotten. The pool was empty of water and looked closed for good. Please dont stay here.

This place was dirty. There was left over garbage in the room. The carpets were lifting from the walls. The locks were broke. Genuinely was afraid for my family. There were ants in the bathroom. The shower was actually clean but the shower ceiling looked like it was going to fall down. The halls were so dirty. There were stains on the top blanket. I had to wash everything when we switched hotels. It was also very very noisy. I feared for my safety at this hotel and I do not recommend going to this hotel. Can’t comment on the pool. I stayed there for a few hours and left. Packed my family and left. I give it to the staff for being friendly and smiling the entire time when I checked in and checked out but never will I stay here again. Sad I wasted money on this.

No tissue in bathroom. No drinking cups in room. Bathroom was dirty. Clean towels had dirt on them. TV didn't work. Air conditioner didn't work. Kids running up and down hall on the floor above me. Hallway carpets not cleaned the whole time I was there. Will not stay there ever again. Has really gone down in all areas.

The condition of this hotel was atrocious! No lights in the stairwell, furniture in the hallways, floors were filthy, check in area was filthy, dirty walls, etc….. My daughter, 2 grandkids and myself felt very unsafe and uncomfortable.

I called to let them know we were running late and wouldn’t arrive until about 9pm. When we got there we discovered they were apparently under construction. The worker at the desk had her children there running around. Everything was out of order and horribly dirty. The rooms were very dirty, no locks on the doors, exposed electrical in the bathrooms, etc. We had to leave and find new rooms but yet were charged because we didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance. We were not told when I booked or called that they were under reconstruction. The pictures snd description were VERY misleading! We were extremely disappointed!!

Hotel very outdated, stains on rugs and sheets, unsafe outside, squatters outside, breakfast was terrible, windows so dirty you could barely see out of them. This should not be on Expedia.

The room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. This appears to be a hotel where some of the local people like to frequent. It is the only property during our 13 day trip where we felt the need to cable lock motorcycles together for safety reasons. There was no breakfast offered.

Room didn't match description, air wasn't working, neither was tv, crammed 2adults, 2teens, and an 8 yr old in the smallest hotel room I've stayed in yet with only one king bed. Could hardly fit a roll away in the room, had to put my son on the floor. Will not be returning. Front desk guy was great, but he was very overwhelmed with all the complaints from guests. Running around like a crazy man...felt bad for him.

I liked the 62 dollar price. It was a $62 place. Poor continental breakfast as in yogurt from Wal-Mart. Milk. Cereal. Bed and bathroom were clean. Shower and hot water was good. No elevator but 2 flights of stairs. Room was good sized. Everything was just older and it smelled like an old used hotel. Your nose acclimatized quickly and I went to sleep and got up. Bed was good. I left only $62 lighter. You get what you pay for. I just needed a clean place to sleep and shower and I got it.

It was just a quick overnight stay so it was fine for that but the room had a noisy A/C unit which we needed because it was warm. Also the bed/sheet had a strange feeling of humidity/semi-moisture which made it uneasy to sleep in.

Front desk rep. refused to check me in, then called the manager who wouldn’t speak to me to rectify the situation and then told me I needed to find somewhere else to stay because I didn’t want to be charged twice, and still don’t know that I won’t be charged for their chaos. Horrible experience.

I reserved online using hotels. I travel a lot and used to stay at that same super eight. Complete disappointment. The girl that checked me and took way too long and didn’t know what she was doing nor was she highly motivated. The curtain in the room was hanging off the hooks like a Third World country. The TV didn’t work in the attendant couldn’t get it to work. They told me there were no other rooms she gave me a receipt signing it and I checked out. I will not pay you and try to contact you to let you know that if the charge comes through on my visa, I will decline for obvious reasons. You have served me well in the past, but that property is a liability to you.

The room was great especially for the $$ I’m living on an extremely tight budget. The GM is so much like I’am. Lives her job and doesn’t mind putting in the extra hours to make sure things that need fixed are being fixed. Everything will be completely back to normal ASAP.

Sent a text regarding attempted check on. Person at desk very unpleasant. When clarification requested on in house fee of $6.95, heneral manager stated she did not need to put with my attitude. She ripped up reservation papers and kicked us out of hotel

I wouldn't recommend, if I would have known the condition of the hotel I would have never booked this room. My ac did not work at all, mold, stains, just dirty. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned. We witnessed an arrest right by our window, I had to carry in anything in my toolbox cause it just felt run down and dingy. A refund would be great, cause that was a very poor impression, if I had the extra fund I would have booked somewhere else.

Checked in was told pool and hot tub was broke down next went to park where they suggested real icey parking lots almost broke my neck. Next got to the door hands full and the card wouldn’t work to open the door very carefully I walked all the way back to the front of the hotel only to be told the batteries in the door were dead they refused to offer any compensation because it was booked through Expedia I hope I have better luck the next two nights or I may be done booking Expedia

The Staff was Great,very helpful and friendly and made our stay nice..... The hotel itself was horrible, not the staffs fault and our remotes didn't work, key cards were tricky, no pool, very limited breakfast that was embarrassing... Again this was it the staffs fault,they only get to and have so much to work with.. Don't bring your kids here,only bring them if you need a quick rest and early leAve time...I seen drug deals outside, People high and drunk all around..Be careful...Again the staff was amazing and did everything they could to make our stay the best it could be with everything going on...5* for the staff, 1* for Super 8

The staff was great. I was pleased with the area around the hotel with easy access to dining and anything else I needed. Some of the guests were not exactly courteous and were loud at very late hours. A good place to stay on a budget.

The check-in employee was friendly and prompt - the only good thing. Once I brought my wife inside however, she refused to stay. It was dirty, noisy, a key-entry door was broken allowing anyone to enter at any time of the day. The parking lot had a lot of people hanging around/loitering. We did not feel safe. We did not stay. I returned the key within 5 minutes.

I only gave it a 2 because the staff was nice and tried to be accommodating. The pool wasn't working and they didn't have hot breakfast as advertised online. The whole hotel smelled bad, our room smelled like pot from time to time as well. The carpets were dirty, not only looked dirty but crumbs/dirty all over. There was also burnt marks on the carpet. Lots of stains on the linens as well. They were replacing TVs which is cool, however half of the ceiling tiles were nasty, falling apart, discolored etc.... I would never stay here again. Even for the cheap price. I'd rather sleep in my car. Again... the staff was nice and provided us extra towels and some air freshener... but I would NOT recommend this hotel for anyone.

Pro - Inexpensive place to sleep with relatively comfortable beds. Cons - 1. The room was dirty. Hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Room smelled like mold and smoke. 2. The pool was out of order. I was told the pump and the filter were broken. It happens, but it’s still a con. 3. Breakfast was… something. They offered prepackaged Rice Krispy treats, cereal (Fruity Pebbles with Lucky Charms marshmallows mixed in) with no milk, oatmeal with no water, toast, and a few muffins. There are a few other things that I could mention, but suffice it to say there’s a lot of room for improvement.

Nice clean room for the most part. Grease marks on shower curtain. Breakfast as advertised was a joke. When we got there at 6:15 am, nothing hot to eat, no plates or glasses/cups. Being reasonable priced I can understand cutbacks but don't advertise it as hot breakfast.
