Great place to stay, rooms spacious by Japanese standards, staff VERY accommodating. Disappointed that the beach is closed. Small foot pool just outside main lobby needs a cleaning otherwise property very clean. Right in American village so lots of options to eat, but food at hotel was also very good.

Room was clean and spacious. Great view! Even watched fireworks over the beach. The staff was helpful and courteous. Great French toast at breakfast. Lots of selections for breakfast. Pool was shallow but nice however the hot water pool was GREAT! We’d stay there again anytime.

朝食ビュッフェも良かったか、アグー豚のしゃぶしゃぶのディナーバイキングが良かった！しかも、宿泊者は割引と未就学児無料で非常に価値ありでした！施設内は新しいほどではありませんが、清掃はきちんとされているイメージで子連れだったのでオムツサービスや、オムツ用のゴミ箱も事前にお願いしておけば貸出してしてもらえて、スタッフさんの対応が良かった！一点、朝食バイキングの際に受付でお子様用の椅子を使うか聞かれたのでお願いしたが、実際には準備してもらえなかったので、こちらからまたスタッフの方にお願いして持って来てもらったのでそこの連携だけは上手くいっていないなと、感じた。それ以外は概ね満足です！ただ、大浴場が別館で別料金なので、それだけはそこまで価値がないかなと行ってみて思いました。

overall stay still consider good the hotel was old fashioned hotel with traditional water taps and quite hard to turn on and also control the shower flow able to catch nice Sat 3 mins fireworks at the beach hotel and faraway view of the annual fireworks. I stayed in room 1704 and it was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was spacious but outdated and in need of a serious renovation. The room and hotel as a whole had an old mildew smell which required me to purchase air fresheners for the room. The bed was extremely hard and the pillow was flat. Cleanliness is not a priority as I was told upon checking in that they only clean the rooms on your fourth day but will replace the towels daily. Parking was 1000 yen a day on top of having to pay 800 yen per person to use the pool. Total rip off. Hotel should be rated as 1 star. 8.0 is to high.

The pool doesn’t connect to the hotel at all they just give you a discounted ticket. Tattoos are completely not allowed and we couldn’t do any walking around with out being completely covered and it was so hot it made you not want to go. Pool was not connected to hotel so they shouldn’t advertise it as such.

Our room was a bit warm down, it had mild, stained curtains and the facilities were a bit out dated. However the room size was amazing and the view was spectacular. A little TLC and I wouldn’t be able to afford it for my family. Over all we had a great stay.

ホテルは多少の古さを感じる部分があるものの、基本的には綺麗に保たれておりなんの不満も無い。周辺には温泉、プール、ビーチ、アメリカンヴィレッジ、イオン等が集まっており何不自由なく観光を楽しめました。特に、朝食のブュッフェはとても美味しく、ブルーシールのアイス食べ放題や朝からビール飲み放題等は大人にとっても子供にとっても最高でした。是非リピートしたいです。

飯店的地點絕佳,就在永旺百貨的隔壁,步行到美國村五分鐘內就可以抵達. 飯店人員非常親切,對待小朋友也很友善,不論何時遇到飯店人員都是帶著微笑,詢問事情的時候也很有耐心的協助, 帶小孩入住會送小禮物房間非常寬敞,從陽台就可以看到海及夜景,此次我們住在18F的位置,非常的安靜,沒有聽到任何來自飯店內部或是外部的噪音,房間內部的整潔也很好,但整個房間有一股難以說明的味道,很像是從冷氣散發出來的,即便打開窗戶通風也難以消除,這一點是比較可惜的此外房間設備也看得出年代感,有些剝落或使用痕跡,床也偏硬,起身還會有異音,但對於房間最大的不滿意是床邊沒有插座可以充電早餐的部分如同其他人分享的,非常豐盛,不過由於用餐的人數實在太多了,需要排隊進場,但確實是滿美味的

初めての沖縄旅行で3泊しました。オーシャンコーナーの部屋は17階で展望良かったです。 3日間素敵なサンセットを堪能出来ました。朝食も美味しいと思いました。少々設備が古く感じるところもありますが、直ぐにお湯が出るシャワーはさすが日本と言ったところでしょうか。周辺での買い物や車を利用した観光にも、ちょうど良い拠点となると思います。

Stayed here while on assignment to Kadena AB. Breakfast hours made it tough to enjoy before leaving for work most days, but it was very enjoyable when visited. Great water pressure on 18th floor, able to enjoy the nearby fireworks from the balcony, as well as sunset(s).

22階のオーシャンビューの部屋に泊まりました。お天気が良かったのでとても景色が良く気分良く過ごせました。お部屋自体は老朽化が進んでいて、椅子やテーブルなどは快適とは言えませんでしたが、朝食はとても良かったです。ロケーションもバッチリです。

We found the staff at the hotel, very nice and helpful. The room that we initially got was way too small and upon bring it to the staff attention, they upgraded us to bigger room, which made our stay that much more pleasurable. We would stay here again if we return to Okinawa.

Room was clean and spacious. Great view! Even watched fireworks over the beach. The staff was helpful and courteous. Great French toast at breakfast. Lots of selections for breakfast. Pool was shallow but nice however the hot water pool was GREAT! We’d stay there again anytime.

朝食ビュッフェも良かったか、アグー豚のしゃぶしゃぶのディナーバイキングが良かった！しかも、宿泊者は割引と未就学児無料で非常に価値ありでした！施設内は新しいほどではありませんが、清掃はきちんとされているイメージで子連れだったのでオムツサービスや、オムツ用のゴミ箱も事前にお願いしておけば貸出してしてもらえて、スタッフさんの対応が良かった！一点、朝食バイキングの際に受付でお子様用の椅子を使うか聞かれたのでお願いしたが、実際には準備してもらえなかったので、こちらからまたスタッフの方にお願いして持って来てもらったのでそこの連携だけは上手くいっていないなと、感じた。それ以外は概ね満足です！ただ、大浴場が別館で別料金なので、それだけはそこまで価値がないかなと行ってみて思いました。

Stayed here while on assignment to Kadena AB. Breakfast hours made it tough to enjoy before leaving for work most days, but it was very enjoyable when visited. Great water pressure on 18th floor, able to enjoy the nearby fireworks from the balcony, as well as sunset(s).

スタッフ皆さん気が利いた方達で気持ちよく利用できましたホテル前に泊まるリムジンバスもあり、時間が合えばとてもいいです到着時は空港のどこから出るのか分からず路線バスを利用しましたが、バス停から歩くのも周りの施設がわかり良かったです窓からの景色も最高でした

Great location- Close to beach, American village, and Eon shopping Complex. Rooms could use some updating/refurnishing- but were clean and with nice bathrooms. Excellent breakfast buffet - had amazing quality steak for breakfast!

温泉が良かった。経験ないスベスベだった。中長期滞在型には不便が多かった。電子レンジ貸出は良かった。服の収納引き出しが無く、置く場所が欲しかった。ベランダの洗濯干しが欲しかった。朝食バイキングとランチバイキングが毎日同メニューだったので5泊にはシンドかった。メモ用紙・筆記具も欲しかった。しかし、驚くほどコスパは良いプランでしたので、同プランがあればリピートしたい。

以前よりこちらのホテルの立地やお部屋のタイプを拝見して宿泊してみたかったので、今回久々の沖縄旅行に予約させていただきました。全てが素晴らしかったです。短い滞在でしたが、とにかく素晴らしいお部屋からの景色に癒され　素敵なお部屋でくつろげ帰りたくなくなりました。お部屋は22階　アメリカンビレッジと海が見えるコーナーのジュニアスイート。チェックインもスムーズで暖かい対応。ロビーも植物が沢山あり沖縄！時期もありクリスマスツリーとシーサーのフォトスポットも映え可愛かったです。ホテルの方に　シーサーポーズ教えていただきました。朝食はビュッフェで沖縄名物をこちらで網羅でした(^^) ステーキ柔らかくてとても美味しかったです。ブルーシールのアイス　そうきそば　うみぶどうサーターアンダギー　もずく天ぷら　マグロ　パンケーキ。種類が多く食べきれません。アメリカンビレッジまで徒歩で2〜3分だったと思います。ホテルの皆様素敵な沖縄ステイ本当にありがとうございます。まだぜひ宿泊したいホテルでした(^^)

Good hotel, in front of the beach and walking distance to the American village, they give you access to a facility that has swim pool heated and not heated and onsen! Breakfast has lots os options but lack on quality, it’s better to try the restaurants at the American village. The hotel should have some tours options, and better Welcome at the checking would made the experience better! But I think it worth over all and I would go back again

The room is a bit outdated, but was clean. There were no plugs by the bed and the furniture and bed was a bit firm and uncomfortable. The view can't be beat in an ocean corner room.
