３回目の利用です。スタッフの対応も十分ですし、温泉も有料のプールも綺麗で施設としては文句ありません。ただ、有料のプールなのにリストバンドをつけていない外国人が居たり、温泉で大騒ぎしている外国人の子供が居たり、モラルの無い人も居ました。しかしながら、それらを全て排除するのは難しい事もわかりますし、必要な対応は全てきちんとしていただけるとホテルなのでまた利用します。

食事はとっていないので不明ですが、その他は最高でした！ホテル専用立体駐車場がすぐ脇にあり、アメリカンヴィレッジが観光客で溢れる中駐車場所を気にする必要なし。建物も新しく清掃も行き届いていました。大浴場に行くと常にお掃除してくれている係の方がいて、いつも挨拶してくれて感じが良かったです。フロントでカードゲームが貸し出し可能であり、夜部屋内で楽しませてもらいました。フロントの方も皆さん優しく対応していただきました。またぜひ利用させていただきたいです！

Lovely hotel in a great location. The downside to this hotel is having to pay per day to use the pool. No where on hotels.com does it state a fee. Around £30 per day for a family of 4. When I'm paying over £200 a night with no breakfast either I was surprised to find out the use of the pool was an additional cost.

When we arrived checkin was easy and all! Due to the heat and humid there was just a weird scent around the hallways ! Pool use is for a fee fyi but they’ll give you tickets to use the onsen! Onsen and pool areas are usually empty! They have a beautiful full bar! Only giving 4 stars because on the second day we had set up cleaning our room at 12 pm , we were out by 11:30 pm and came back 1:40pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned yet which we had to forego.

Location is excellent, right in the heart of Mihama and American Village, and surprisingly parking is free. The hotel is in good condition. The pool and pool deck looked very nice but we didn't have a chance to use it. A convenience store in the lobby is very convenient. Room, hallways, beds, etc., all were fine. Bathroom was a touch small and the carpet in the room could be part of the reason the room had a damp feel to it.

毎年お世話になっております。シュノーケルを終えてホテルチェックインガ19時半となりまして近くのレストラン四季に20時に予約していたので部屋に入らずそのまま食事に出かけました。食事を終え部屋に入った途端部屋がめちゃくちゃクサイ‼️ 我慢できる範囲内ではない。部屋中ファブリーズしたけど吐き気して我慢出来ないのでフロントに相談しにいきましたらすぐに別室を用意して頂けました！対応もよくいつもありがとうございます。朝食もとても美味しいです。差別ではないのですが体臭は我慢出来ないので部屋を分けた方が良いと思います。喫煙者と同じです。吸っている人は臭わないけど吸ってない人にはすごく嫌な匂いと健康に害す。お部屋が完全に匂いを消す事が出来ないなら一般の人に開放するべきではないと思います。

일본숙소들 작지만 일부러 큰방 고름. 오션뷰는 아니지만 굿 화장실 대빵큼. 욕조 아주큼. 직원들친절 주차장 넓음 옆건물이긴하지만 일본에서 이정도면 최고 직원들 친절. 안에 볼게 은근 많음 뭐 나가서 아메빌 보는게 목적이지만 코앞임. 옆에 편의점 굿. 8층 바도 쏘쏘. 청결 까탈스런 한국인이나 쏘쏘. 바닥이 털매트라 호불호잇음. 침구류 편안. 쓸말많으나 전반적으로 한국인이면 만족할듯. 예약하셈.

The rooms are on the smallish side and are poorly designed (very narrow rooms). Bathroom sink is outside the bathroom. The bed is at a 90 degree angle from the TV making watching TV from bed very uncomfortable. Mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. On the plus side, it was quiet and there were eating places nearby. Staff was first rate.

Got the suite room with private pool and hotspring bathtub! The pool and lounge area were great with excellent Sunset view from the infinity pool. The hoping bath was excellent! The breakfast was the best I have had, with lots of local Okinawa foods. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This is a Japanese Hotel Chain and more authentic to the culture than "western" chains such as Hilton and Doubletree. IF that is what you are looking for than i highly recommend. I will stay here again for future trips to the area.

チェックインの際の女性の方の対応が素晴らしかった。感じが良くて質問にも的確に答えてくれた。大浴場も綺麗で素晴らしかったが、観光客(中国人？)説明書きがあるにも関わらず、シャワーを浴びないで浴槽へ。洗い場でも立ったまた洗うので水が飛び散る。そこだけが残念だったが、これはホテルの問題ではない。フロントやエレベーター前にはクリスマスツリーがあってとても可愛かった。

The hotel itself is very nice and clean but there was one worker (didn’t catch her name) who was very snotty and seemed to have an attitude towards Americans. I had booked a double room by accident and was given a smaller room and was promised a refund of the Extra money from the other room and when I checked out they said we don’t give refunds so I won’t be returning for a stay the rooms were nice but had a weird crab smell that wouldn’t go away

There's a direct bus from Naha Airport to Lequ and conveniently located in the middle of American Village where you can find lots of food, sights & shopping. Everything is walkable and you could easily catch buses out to further places to visit. A Lawsons convenience store is also attached to the side of the resort for late night snacks. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were very welcoming throughout our stay. We loved every night we spent here and would definitely return!

A solid reasonable value hotel that is good for families to stay in. We parked easily right next to the property. Check in was fast, friendly and efficient. The room was a good size, modern, clean and quite well equipped, the property is in good condition. The cafe and pool area is nice. The location is great, smack bang in the American Village with tons of shops, restaurants and bars on your door step. There is a convenience store on the ground floor. The staff were really good, they ensured we were comfortable and any requests we had were dealt with instantly. The only let down was breakfast. The staff were friendly and kind but did not help with basic services such as helping guests to unload luggage. Since my travelling group contained myself and my young daughter, unloading was hard for us and we would have appreciated some help. The pricing was also not worth the hotel amenities and room. The room itself was neat and clean but very crammed, while the view was good but not anything extraordinary. However, it was convenient as it was right next to the American Village.
