아메리칸 빌리지 근처에서 오래 쉬고싶어서 선택한 호텔인데 너무너무너무 만족했습니다. 수영장이 호텔 선택에 우선순위였는데, 더블트리 이용객도 힐튼 본관 수영장을 함께 이용할 수 있는 점이 너무 좋았습니다. 객실이나 조식 이용도 더블트리가 힐튼의 신관이라 더 세련되고 청결했습니다. 여행 중 정말 만족스러운 리조트였습니다!

I was originally debating between the Hilton and the Hilton doubletree as both are right next to each other but I am so glad I choose the doubletree! Staff was amazing, my check in experience was with Thanh who was exceptional! She provided us maps, recommendations for our entire stay! The scenic views of the water are closer to the boardwalk so you get to see the entire view that’s unobstructed and perfect to watch sunsets as balcony’s are equipped with chairs and tables. This place offered the easiest access to both pools and ground access to the board walk of American Village, I could not recommend more! If you also decide you want to rent bicycles, they offer them right outside the lobby which is super convenient to rent/use. We also had a later flight so needed a taxi scheduled around 4 pm. Apparently taxis stop running after a certain time and the hotel went above and beyond to secure us a taxi at a fixed rate. Amazing service and highly recommended if you’re staying in Okinawa!

部屋はすべてオーシャンビューで、広く清潔です。シャワーと浴槽が別で、使いやすいです。テイクアウトした食べ物を食べるパブリックスペースがあり、レンジもあるので、助かりました。お隣のヒルトンのサウナやプールを利用することもできます。朝食は、沢山の種類があり、卵料理だけでも4種あります。毎日少しずつ変わるので、飽きませんでした。スイーツ好きの私には、もうすこしスイーツの種類があれば嬉しいです。

깔끔하고 조용한편 좋았어요 바다뷰도 좋았고 한시간 얼리 체크인도 해주셔서 가족모두 기분좋았어요! 힐튼시설 모두 공유할수있어서 좋았는데 야외수영장과 3 층바 이용못하는기간이라 아쉬웠네요 그래도 전반적으로 굿굿😊

The property is amazing. The staff at check in were fantastic and helpful, the room was incredible, spacious, clean & tidy with impressive views. The laundry facilities are convenient but the dryers are not great and we ended up having to put the cycle on for a long time for our clothes to actually be dry but even then, they weren’t fully. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the pool facilities both on site and across the road at the other property were great. Very sad to have left the place but will definitely be returning.

環境優美，一定要住海景房～就算不去灘踩水，在躺椅上喝著飲料配海景都是一抹愜意。整個飯店都很時尚摩登。美國村步行可抵達，還可以使用希爾頓飯店的設施，十分優秀！浴缸跟房間的清潔需要加強，在浴缸發現一些頭髮；床裙掀起來有別的客人掉的水鑽串，有影響一些興致。

2泊しました。アメリカンビレッジ目の前でとても便利です。お部屋も清潔綺麗でフロントスタッフの方も皆さん親切でした。ただ、使っていないアメニティ(歯ブラシ、ブラシ類は持参して使用)はもちろんそのままで良いのですが、使った綿棒とコットンの補充がされておらず洗面所のお掃除も甘くアメニティの箱も乱雑に置かれていたので驚きました。綿棒も持参していたのでいちいち電話せず自分の物を使いましたが連泊でお掃除の際に綿棒の補充が無いホテルは初めてでした。

完全想像不到這家酒店會有蟑螂!!!!!就在晚上將會睡覺的時候見到它在地上爬來爬去！而且豪華海景房竟然是在2樓，這些在官方網頁上或訂購網站上是沒有提過的。便宜的房間樓層比我們更好，景觀也更好。由於我們是在最底一層，我們在露台位置的任何活動都像表演一樣給樓上的住客及外面的住客看到，一點隱私也沒有！

客室、施設はビジホのようなクオリティでしたが、安価で混雑しておりませんので割り切って泊まる方にはおすすめです。全体的には満足です。人手不足なのかフロントに一名しかおらずチェックインで30分待ちました。スタッフの対応は素晴らしいので、マネジメントの問題と思います。

The property is amazing. The staff at check in were fantastic and helpful, the room was incredible, spacious, clean & tidy with impressive views. The laundry facilities are convenient but the dryers are not great and we ended up having to put the cycle on for a long time for our clothes to actually be dry but even then, they weren’t fully. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the pool facilities both on site and across the road at the other property were great. Very sad to have left the place but will definitely be returning.

This property is right on the boardwalk just a few steps away from American Village. The staff was kind and the property was impressively clean. I liked that my view every morning was the water (if you decide upgrade to a room with a view and a balcony). This won’t be the last time I stay at this property.

Beautiful property with much to do to keep busy: Swimming, paddle boats tubing, zip line, outdoor pool, indoor pool. Only two restaurants on property, but there are two other hotels within walking distance to dine. Room was gorgeous.

Awesome place from the room we stayed at to cleaning the room, fantastic. The breakfast was outstanding, staff were very helpful. We would stay there again. The location is by the American Village just a few steps away. I recommend this place and we will stay there next time we visit Okinawa.

The room that had been arranged for me had a horrendous smell upon arrival. I asked the bell desk staff that arrange for an air freshener spray so that I can get rid of the smell. However, the staff seemed very unwilling and told me that all Hilton hotel rooms smell like that. Afterwards, I asked if there was another room available and he told me that that room was the only one left and told me that there was no air freshener spray available. He later came with a spray that supposedly could help get rid of the smell but was pretty useless. Disappointed that Hilton has this level of service when it comes to bad smell in hotel rooms.
