I understand things happen. But room was cancelled at very late notice which caused huge inconvenience. But what followed made me feel like I was being scammed not cancelling through the original channel. Asking for bank details to make a deposit had to follow up for days. Horrible service, horrible communication.

Beds were not clean, the bathroom door was broken when you slide it comes out hanging I would say not a great place to stay.
