Fantastic experience...only wish we would have had more time. We used this as a hub prior to climbing Mt. Fuji - not too far from the Atami Station and easy to access. Staff is helpful, kind and very welcoming. Beautiful Ryokan - would definitely come back to visit again.

Located in Atami, Furuya Ryokan is near the beach. Hakone Kowakien Yunessun and Tenzan Onsen are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Atami Sun Beach and Lake Ashi. Atami Plum Garden and Acao Forest are also worth visiting.
