Everything was fantastic. It started with customer service when I checked, and the gentleman was super super nice housekeeping was great. The room was very cleaned. Sanitized I like the security cameras everywhere. The gate made me feel safe. I get this a 10+.

The property itself is great for a two star! Clean, lots of parking, the only bad part is the area around doesn’t have much to do. Lots of historical things but most of the LA stuff you think of is about an hour away (or 1.5 hours during heavy traffic). So overall great place but far away

booking here is not it. you can’t even have visitors past 11pm. i was getting my guests out by 11pm and the front desk night time worker harassed me at 11:03pm and knocked on my door and told me straight up if i don’t have my guests out in the next 5 mins he will call the police for no reason. mind you it was 3 mins past 11pm he didn’t wait until 11:15pm he waited 3 mins past to harass me on my birthday when i told him that i was going to have people here and we will be out 11 pm by 11:03 our uber was LEGIT pulling up outside and he saw that and still decided to harass me and then tried to say i had extra cars parked inside when i did not. he said they took pictures of the car mind you it wasn’t mines or my companies vehicles. so he took random pics of someone’s else’s car and tried to blame me for it when that had nothing to do with me. due to the night staff i WILL not be booking here and i will tell people not to book here either i rather go to a motel 6 and risk my car getting broken into rather than that bs.

My reservation was lost & the clerk w/ very little help & appeared to have no knowledge of anything, as if he'd only started that day. Despite a confirmation in hand, it took over 45 mins to finally get checked in. The floor was filthy, my feet were black going from the shower to the bed. The bed was nothing short of a rough bed sheet over painful springs, woke up w/ horrible body aches. Not even a continental breakfast was offered. No linen or cleaning services offered over 2 days. Bad area of town.

I came from the UK to be with my son who had to have eye surgery at Kaiser Permanent Medical Center. Didnt know the area at all but i largely chose UNIK as the room had 2 double beds. A tall fridge, microwave, and an actual cook top, it is a nicely presented motel, and was so convenient to walk to the Medical Center if needed in an emergency. Motel was spotless, for us, no bugs, and soft towels! Nice TV lots of channels, and for those who know Panda Express restaurant/takeaway which is my absolute favorite, its up the road . Walk away . Target is a 25 min walkaway. Im sorry i didnt book for longer. Convenience stores close by.

The check in was easy, the room was nice and had a lot of extra amenities most motels do not. We've stayed at a number of places off PCH, most of which I would never recommend. My daughter and her family live in the area so we've tried a number of places and I would definitely come back to the Unik Motel! We have our regular place to stay now!!! Thank you!

The man who checked us in was so sweet and very helpful. We were there for 3 nights and it was quiet and comfortable. Close to food and shopping and only a 15 minute drive to the coast!!! I will definitely book again!!!

I came from the UK to be with my son who had to have eye surgery at Kaiser Permanent Medical Center. Didnt know the area at all but i largely chose UNIK as the room had 2 double beds. A tall fridge, microwave, and an actual cook top, it is a nicely presented motel, and was so convenient to walk to the Medical Center if needed in an emergency. Motel was spotless, for us, no bugs, and soft towels! Nice TV lots of channels, and for those who know Panda Express restaurant/takeaway which is my absolute favorite, its up the road . Walk away . Target is a 25 min walkaway. Im sorry i didnt book for longer. Convenience stores close by.

The man who checked us in was so sweet and very helpful. We were there for 3 nights and it was quiet and comfortable. Close to food and shopping and only a 15 minute drive to the coast!!! I will definitely book again!!!

We enjoyed our weekend stay. Check in was quick and easy. Parking on the property was a little small, but was gated and felt safe. Only downfall was lack of shower amenities such as blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner so just heads up to bring that. Other than that, we were satisfied

We enjoyed our overnight stay. No ice maker..... That was not necessary as it was a cool day... Anyone needing it for summer might want to take their own ice and keep it in the freezer...
