Communication over email was slow, however the location once there gave easy access to the umeda Osaka Train station and surrounding shopping area. The room was spacious enough but old, with a small bathroom. If was functional but in need of a coat of paint and new carpet. Otherwise it was clean and worked for our needs

I spend a good night in this hotel. Close to subway station. The room has to be refreshed. It was clean and bathroom well-equipped. Staff was pleasant

• Room extremely small, but very neat and clean. • Some staff are cooperative, some are annoyed at you. • AC works, but the controls weren’t user-friendly enough.
