Horrible security. Things stolen off the vehicle hours after we arrived and then plenty of random people walking through carpark looking for things to steal. Won’t be returning.

We just wanted a comfortable, clean, reasonably priced motel for a 1 night stopover. Homestead Motel perfectly met all our criteria. A bonus was a refreshing dip in their pool before going out for dinner. The motel is very conveniently located and easy to find. We enjoyed a walk in the lovely park across the road, which has water play features being well used by families. A very quick and easy book in (no forms to fill in or sign), but I did have to go back and get the wi-fi password. We were looking forward to having breakfast at the Bakery next door, but it wasn't open when we left at 8.30am on a Sunday.

Whilst the property was fine for a night, there was a lot going on in the carpark all night, coming and going etc. It didn't look like they were delivering pizza...

The room was dirty and rubbish from previous guests were in the bedroom side draw.. i had to go down to reception twice to ask for bathroom toiletries the cleaner hadn't supplied... very unhappy ...the outside carpark had structural issues ans dangerous hanging beams wrapped in tape it should be condemned

Outside is run down but rooms are freshly renovated. There was a dank smell in the room. There was a large family of ratbags that were screaming continuously in the pool until 9pm and the owners did nothing to quiet them. Lots of road noise

Nice large, modern uncluttered room which was well appointed, included an ironing board an iron, good hanging space the only down side was not a full length mirror. Plenty of room for a longer stay. The room was quite given it is situated in the middle of town. Would happily stay here again.

Air con in Room 304 needs fixing or replaced. Had a very hot uncomfortable night due to air con not being effective enough for weather conditions. Is this why this motel & that room in particular were cheapest I could find in Dubbo?

Very noisy with truck traffic. Locked out of room was able to get back in with next-door key. Not so secure? Also messeged office about lock out no reply yet 15 hours later.

We have stayed twice with Homestead Motel. Modern, clean, comfortable and fantastic heating and cooling split system. Conveniently located next to a beautiful, fresh soul food bakery.
