I found the front desk staff to be polite and friendly. Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel's lost-and-found service was extremely disappointing. Less than half a day after checking out, I realized that I had left a very important blue coat in the wardrobe of my room and contacted the hotel immediately. To my surprise, I was told that no such item had been found. It is difficult to understand how a large coat could simply disappear when I reported it so soon after checkout. The explanation provided does not seem reasonable, and it raises serious concerns about how guest belongings are handled after rooms are serviced. This coat was not just another piece of clothing—it has significant personal value to me. While I appreciate the kindness of the front desk staff, the hotel's management of lost property appears to be highly inadequate. This experience has greatly reduced my confidence in the hotel, and I hope the management takes steps to improve its lost-and-found procedures.

Good hotel with lots of restaurants within a 5 min walk. Staff very friendly, checkin and check out very easy and breakfast was good. Gym was very good for a hotel. Lots of space and good equipment. Paid a very high price for Sat night , but the Sunday night price was much better. Assume Saturdays and peak rates with snow. Room was slightly outdated, but was clean, warm and quiet
