Very convenient location between the rain station and the main attraction street. Very cozy cute hotel. The bathroom was super small though. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and well organised, online waiting room really helped. Per my understanding parking is limited, but we did not have a car. View of the canal was nice. Onsen was pretty small, but at least not that crowded. No sauna and both baths were pretty hot. Other than that, I would stay there again.

目の前の小樽運河も良く見え、朝ビュッフェの整理券を遠隔で取得出来るなど満足です。ただ朝のお風呂開場時間がもう少し早いとうれしいです。また冷蔵庫の扉がベッドに干渉することも気になりました。

コンフォートツインを利用しました。バスルームがとにかく臭かったです。生乾き臭が換気扇をつけっぱなしにしても取れず、湯船に口呼吸で(鼻で呼吸すると臭いので)浸かりました。浴槽と壁の隙間にカビが見えるのも気持ちが悪かったです。こんなに臭いバスルームは初めてでした。また、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりが14時までと制限があることに不便さを感じました。部屋は落ち着いた雰囲気で良かったですし、朝食は美味しかったので、尚更残念でした。

Very nice hotel, however property was surprisingly dirty on close inspection. Mold in bathroom for example, damaged furniture. While staying here i became very ill, however staff were very accomodating and area around hotel is very ideal. Lots of tourist areas and very walkable. Main issue was cleanliness of the room.

The scenery was nice, but the sound of cars driving along the canal in the morning was quite loud. It was a shame that we could hear a lot of machinery noise. The bath was very nice, as it offered a great view. The breakfast was also quite good.

I was physically assaulted by a staff member at this hotel after two consecutive mornings of discriminatory treatment. The same female host repeatedly denied me service despite visible open seating, then immediately accommodated Japanese guests who arrived after me. On the second morning, when I questioned this calmly, she became verbally aggressive and physically grabbed and pulled me in an intimidating and inappropriate way. I reported this to management, but instead of receiving care or protection after being physically assaulted by their staff, I was met with dismissal and clear bias against non-Japanese guests. There was no meaningful action taken. This incident made it clear that discrimination against foreigners is tolerated here and that guest safety is not taken seriously. What should have been a positive stay was completely overshadowed by harassment, physical abuse, and a lack of accountability. I would strongly caution non-Japanese travelers before staying here.

小樽駅をほぼまっすぐ歩くとホテルがあり、ホテルのすぐ近くに歩いて2分ぐらいの場所にファミリーマートがあって大変便利だと思います。小樽のオルゴール館まではだいぶ歩きますが、いろんなお店があるので巡って苦になることはありませんでした。

Excellent location for our family ski stay in Otaru. Easy access to train/bus terminal, 30 mins bus ride to Asari Ski Resort. Awesome canal view and nice walkable area for exploring Otaru.

小樽駅からも近いし、堺町通り商店街にも歩いてすぐです。小樽運河クルーズの乗り場も目の前です。温泉もあり一日の疲れを癒してくれます。

立地はとても良いです。スタッフの対応は親切で満足しています。また、温泉の泉質もよくまた来たいと思えるほどでした。以下、残念なところで改善、対策が必要かと思います。・朝食が期待したほどではなかった。海鮮丼の具材が冷凍ものでした。北海道、小樽まで来て冷凍の海鮮は意味が分かりません。白米とブッフェではなかなかない大きさの焼き鮭は美味でした。・3棟の宿泊客が一つの大浴場に集まり、洗い場の空席待ちが脱衣所まで延びる。後ろに立たれながらのお風呂は非常に不愉快でした。時間をズラして行ったにも関わらずでしたので、1番混む時間帯は地獄だと思います。次回小樽へ行く時は別のお宿に、行くと思います。

朝食バイキングは写真より見劣りした。終盤に行ったら品切れの料理もあった。部屋はリフォーム済みだったが洗面の排水口だけ錆があった。それ以外はとても良いホテルでした。
