Very slow ,not efficient check in.

Hotel staff could use better customer service training. Passive aggression runs rampant

I was physically assaulted by a staff member at this hotel after two consecutive mornings of discriminatory treatment. The same female host repeatedly denied me service despite visible open seating, then immediately accommodated Japanese guests who arrived after me. On the second morning, when I questioned this calmly, she became verbally aggressive and physically grabbed and pulled me in an intimidating and inappropriate way. I reported this to management, but instead of receiving care or protection after being physically assaulted by their staff, I was met with dismissal and clear bias against non-Japanese guests. There was no meaningful action taken. This incident made it clear that discrimination against foreigners is tolerated here and that guest safety is not taken seriously. What should have been a positive stay was completely overshadowed by harassment, physical abuse, and a lack of accountability. I would strongly caution non-Japanese travelers before staying here.
