Hotel was great for our family stay. The only big disappointment was that the pool was under renovations during our stay. I wasn't made aware of this when we booked and it was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel to begin with. We had to make different plans for the kids since we had planned to spend time at the pool during our stay which was a little disappointing. Had I known it would be closed we would have stayed somewhere else. We also requested a crib or pack and play for our 1 year old to sleep in but they didn't have one for us. Thankfully I had called when we were driving to the hotel to confirm and had time to stop and purchase one on our way. They should have called to let us know about the crib being unavailable I don't know what we would have done if we didn't get to the store before they closed to buy one. Also a heads up on the pool being closed would have been appreciated. Other than that the hotel stay was good and the room was nice with comfortable beds.

The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was good. The vending machines only accepted dollar bills. I had to get on the hotel to get housekeeping up to ny room was aggrevating.

I didnt like the parking there... Had a lot of work trucks and an 18 wheeler taking up multiple spots.. The hotel itself was clean and quiet will stay again

Clean hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms, with very nice and courteous staff. The breakfast was decent (omelets, sausage, waffles, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruits)) The pool area could use some improvement in terms of renovation and cleanliness. We would stay again if in the area.

We returned to room after a day out to find the room had not been serviced. Since we were tired we just ask for clean towel and left it go at that. I did ask for some hand soap that morning and she said she would tell housekeeping when they arrived and that was never taken care of. Not sure what happened with the service.

This property was a no from start to finish. The woman checking me in was so not friendly not welcoming at all . The room had roaches which was an absolute no for me. There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. No housekeeping service while there had to go find them for clean towels and wash clothes. Laundry facility at this location was broken. An I’m not really sure why one of the workers asked my daughter was she a single mother because she was looking after her two sister’s…I’m still appalled by that question and what warranted it…

Everything was great, it was clean the room was big, staff friendly, this would easily be a 5 star if the people staying on top of us didn’t have their children running and stomping all night all day, I couldn’t sleep and was sooo tired when I checked out

It was nice and clean. There was a sign posted $100 fine for noise after 10.00pm. There was a sign posted no food in the rooms. I've never seen that before. And there was no hot water at night or in the morning. Breakfast was good.

Our air conditioning was broke. We did get quick service but they had to replace the whole unit. Our remote for the blinds didn’t work and front desk didn’t have a battery it and said they would send service up but they never came. Took a while for water to get warm in shower. Breakfast was good.

Only good thing here is the guy who checked us in. Other than that this place is TRASH. It looks like 1983 in the rooms. TV took almost 20 mins to turn on. WiFi is absolutely horrible. The walls and ceiling are extremely thin. Literally till about 1:30am we heard people yelling and room above us. We were a party of 5 and only gave 2 us 2 towels. Called front desk asked for more was told go into hallway and ask a room cleaner. Nobody was in hallway. Called back and was told to wait then so we had to share towels instead. Pull out mattress had no additional sheets and nowhere in room was there a set. This place is absolutely not recommended.

We had a great stay here! Tara at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. She made us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and immaculate. Plenty of room for us and the kids. The breakfast was delicious and fresh and everyone working there was beyond helpful and nice, we utilized both the gym in the pool and my kids had a great time. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! The location is perfect when visiting the Pocono Mountain area

Unable to accommodate a change of room when we weren’t happy with the gas smell in our room. We understand sometimes it’s hard and the hotel is booked but for what we are paying there has to be room for understanding and trying to at least accommodate… what are we paying for then ? Luckily able to find another hotel who was very accommodating in such short notice. Now I’m waiting on my refund from Expedia

I think all hotels have fallen off since Covid and it's sad actually... Anyway Pros- relatively clean. beds were comfy, tenperature control was great, front desk was polite in person, ample parking, great restaurants and shopping nearby. Shower temp was great too. Pool and gym on premises. Cons - they dont answer the phone. I tried to call on my way there. 6 different times and no answer. My 1st night, I tried calling down, no answer... There was hair in a lot of places when I got there especially in the bathroom. So much so, the tub was clogged.

Staff here makes all the difference. They are incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. As for breakfast, the variety is well above the average breakfast, with a mix of eggs, sausage, breads, cereals, yogurts, fruits, and danish.

Hotel was close to downtown Stroudsberg and other areas, property was clean and well kept, staff was helpful. Breakfast in the morning wasn't great, but was hot and replenished quickly, including scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, breads, cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy. Sadly no waffles or pancakes, but additionally, coffee was always readily available.

I pulled into the driveway and left right after. This property is located next to a rest area for truckers and it's in an industrial area. I didn't feel safe and since I was traveling alone I decided to go stay somewhere else.

We stayed here 2 nights while in town for a wedding. Overall, we had a good experience. The area next door to the property was a bit unsightly (empty lot with old trucks and trash), but otherwise no complaints. The property was clean and very convenient to local eateries.

This is a very clean, well-maintained hotel. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is nice and big. Have enough table for busy hour. The breakfast selection is good. I also like the location of the hotel, which is close to many good restaurants in the area.

The property was decent at first glance but quickly realized the room must have been cleaned in a rush due to remnant on the floor and tub. The fridge had brown rust I’m assuming and the shelf was broke inside. Breakfast, all hot items seemed to be out of order from the pancake machine to the toaster. My kids (ages 8 and 9) asked me not to return and on their own, unprompted opinions gave the hotel a 2/5.

Great hotel. Nice and clean. Needs a little bit of updating as most of them do. Staff very friendly. Breakfast person very attentive, refills things promptly and keeps everything nice and clean. Breakfast is omelets, sausage,biscuits and gravy, bagels, cereal,fruit, wonderful cinnamon buns, juices, coffee. We will return here on our way back home!
