This place is not for the nervous. Lots of homeless and junkies hanging around. Always people hanging around in the lobby. The hotel reception was behind glass and there were a number of paid security on the property...I have never seen this before and have just traveled coast to coast. This was the only place I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The room was fine, but the elevators were both filthy with spills and garbage. There were also spills around the entry. I know the homeless problems are no fault of the hotel.

I loved & enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but except it would be lovely to have a shuttle

Room was dated and okay, but was supposed to be equipped with kitchenware, pillows were horrible, breakfast was cheap.

The room was good. Checking in took a long time. The staff was dealing with a violent incident between two others who were staying at the hotel due to being evacuated from their home community. Wish we had known in advance the hotel was housing evacuees. There were people everywhere lounging around and walking the halls at all hours. My husband could not go out for a smoke or to warm our vehicle without being asked for change or smokes. Not what we wanted to deal with when arriving later in the evening after travelling home all day from our holiday. We just wanted to check in but had to wait 20 minutes and get some quiet rest before we continued travelling home.
